Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

You can't just use any washer -- there are specific machines, a specific way to pour the soap, and a sacred dryer temperature and time you must follow... or else. There are no clear instructions, just someone popping up to correct you. The unsolicited advice quickly turns into raised voices if you're not doing it their way. You feel watched like a hawk the entire time. And for a place with this many rules, it's not even that clean. If you enjoy being micromanaged while washing your clothes, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I'd go somewhere else.

And at least twice a month, I come to Wavemax at this 32nd St & Greenway location to use their 60 lb washers to wash all the dog blankets, pillows and rugs and I also wash all my comforters here too! Been coming here for years, Alex was one of the first employees I got to know, super friendly & helpful! Today I came & used 5 of the 60 lb washers and I mentioned to the attendant, Crystal if anyone ever turned in a laundry card with money on it because I couldn't find mine so I had to buy a new one and load it. She checked the two cards that were turned in, and they were not mine, but she mentioned that she would call the owner to see if they could possibly retrieve the dollar amount on my old card since it was registered in my name, but did not make any guarantees. Within a few minutes, she looked for me and let me know that they are going to put the balance I had on my old card on the new card, which was to me a substantial amount! Crystal is really nice & also helpful. This place is clean, the bathroom can only be opened by an employee and it is very clean and every time I've come the staff are always nice! And I love the fact that it's next-door to a Food city in case you're hungry and want to go get something from their deli! LOL!! If you got a lot to wash and not a lot of time, this is the place to come! Their dryers only take 20 minutes and they dry super excellent! And if your card is registered to your name and phone number, it actually alerts you when a washer and dryer is done! I love it!!
