I don't usually leave reviews, but I am making an exception this time. I have been going to Tip Top Laundry for a few months now and it is hands down, the best laundromat I've ever been to. It's incredibly clean, there is a wash and dry service, there's even a kids area in the place so your kids won't be bored while you're doing your laundry! There are TVs all over playing news, or shows... really anything you want to watch, just ask. Free Wi-Fi, vending machines, NO BUGS.... do I need to go on? Well I will! The staff there are incredible. Everyone I've ever dealt with there are always willing to help, be it grabbing you a nice cold water or even helping you with your laundry out to your car! I have to give a shout out to one employee specifically, her name is Angie. She is super friendly, professional and thorough. I am SO glad I found this place, I thought I'd NEVER find a laundromat with all the amenities this one has, with the bonus of EXCELLENT employees! I am a first-timer, omgosh, when I walked it, I at first thought how inviting this laundromat is, very festive for the holidays!! I was greeted with a friendly voice, saying, "Good morning!" I said it back she then said welcome if you have any questions, I will be happy to help you. BOY, DO I NEED HELP, The girl Antonia, sure made my day, she went through all the washers and dryers and where the soap and softener went, how to change the settings, and how to use the dryers. I can never thank Antonia enough she is an ANGEL!! I felt at home, she made me delicious coffee, I felt so special, what I thought was going to be a nightmare ended up being a great experience all due to Antonia!! The place is extremely clean also, which makes a world of difference to me too!! THANK YOU ANTONIA at Tip Top Laundromat - I hope others appreciate your down to earth friendliness! I love coming to Tip Top Laundry to do my laundry. This laundry facility is modern, well-managed, well-maintained, clean, and pleasant in every way I can think of. Their selection of washers and dryers is so large I've never had to wait to use them. They keep their machines working properly and even go the extra step of keeping them, not just clean, but also sanitized. Tip Top Laundry also features several large wall-mounted flat screen TVs for entertainment, vending machines with an excellent selection of snacks and beverages, knowledgeable and friendly attendants, an area that sells laundry detergent and many other related items that you might need to do your laundry. They'll even do your laundry for you for a reasonable fee. Tip Top Laundry is just a great place to do your laundry. I highly recommend them. read more

feel like I don't have enough good things to say about this place! I had to find a laundromat to deep clean my king sized comforter and this place was a blessing in disguise! It was super clean, had good music on, the machines were clean and very easy to use, the option to use cash or card was also so convenient. The kind woman at the front showed me exactly how to use the machine so I wouldn't waste any time trying to figure it out. I will most definitely be coming back!! read more

I came here today to do a load of laundry because our washer is waiting on parts. Christina was very friendly and helpful with explaining how everything works. This place is super clean and has free wifi as well. Even when our washer gets fixed, I'll be back to wash bedding and larger objects. With our home under remodel, we had to find a laundry. We stumbled upon this one searching yelp. Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and options of unit sizes to choose from. We were able to wash and dry in no time, with ability to use our credit card vs. trying to use coins. We found out they offer wash fluff n fold service by weight, appeared reasonable; we will do that on our next time here. read more

Love this place. I don't have a washer and drying super convenient, amazing atmosphere, great workers. Sonia is so lovely always cleaning, staying on her duties and offering waters. Even has stuff for kids!! Life saver .. As a girl I feel like this is a safe laundromat even at night in Phoenix I appreciate that feeling so much. read more

I'm always worried to try a place that's unrated. However I find this place comfortable very clean and affordable wash and dry. It's bright and modern and has a kids play area. You can use a debt card for a wash and dry if you don't have coins. read more
