There are plenty of chairs where you can sit near the entrance. There is one snack vending machine and one drink vending machine. There are also restrooms that required a code and no coins. This was a very busy laundry mat. There were no available restrooms! Many rows of different size washing machines were available. The machines don't accept cash or card but by a rewards card. All machines function very well. I was happy to see cold beverages, and a snack vending machine. The TV inside to distract the kids or adults from laundry time. I am happy with my experience. read more

Staff was friendly and the place is really clean! The only thing it does feel stuffy in there but I mean it's AZ. Definitely recommend!

Free WiFi , good prices . The staff is helpful , I do recommend using this place. And they have ac in the summer.

The machines are all well maintained and building is very clean. Purchasing a prepaid card was great!

Laundry has gotten expensive and they don't take coins anymore and they can use more heavy load machines

I don't normally go to a laundromat, so when I do, I have no idea how to work the machines. The attendant was very nice and helpful. She walked me through everything. (Meaning she basically did everything from helping me load money onto the laundry card, to starting the washer) When it was time to use the dryer, another woman who was doing her own laundry came over and showed me how to use the dryer. Very friendly and helpful. For my first experience using a laundromat, I couldn't be any more pleased. I will definitely be back when the need arises. read more

You can use credit or debit card to load the laundry card. Lots of washers and dryers. Clean.

Efficient. And reasonable. We needed same day service for a baseball tournament and they were able to fit us in no problem. It was ready when they said and facility was clean read more

This is the first time I've used a laundry mat in a long time, and Maria was SUPER helpful and patient and kind. She didn't just tell me how to use the soap dispense and washers, she showed me what to do. I think she went above and beyond. The place is big and open, plenty of room in the aisles, and a ton of machines of all sizes. It's very clean, and while I was here I saw Maria sweep the whole place at least twice. Thank you Maria for your help. I so appreciate you!!!! read more

Highly recommend. Clean, A/C, lots of washers and dryers, friendly customer service, user-friendly, and a safe environment. Job well done. Another satisfied customer. read more

The washers are decent but the dryers are a scam. It's $0.30 cents for "5 minutes" $20 later my clothes is still not dry and no it's not a lot of it in the dryer all at once. read more

I mean I live about 20 miles from here. Slim pickings in this area. Can't complain it's clean enough. The lady that works here has seen rough times I'm sure as she feels the need to comment on every one of your actions. I don't think I'll return even though the value is not bad. Oh and the ceiling is hella moldy and there is no air conditioning. read more

You have to buy a laundry card to use the machine, no coins or credit accepted. The card coasts .75 and the minimum you can put on with card is $10. I only had a $20 and asked for change, the woman working said she had no money. No change available. Waste of time and money, won't be coming back. read more

Update: They raised prices on all their machines by at least another .25! Still my favorite place to come if you need a laundromat. Staff is very friendly and helpful but every time we come more and more machines are out of service, especially the nice larger machines you can use for blankets, they are now harder to come by. I hope they start fixing their machines and dryers soon. read more

This place is a scam! If I could give no stars I would! Washers did not wash my clothes right. And lets not even talk about the dryers!!! You get 8 minutes for $0.30 and it took $20 to mostly dry all my clothes I still left with damped clothes! read more

The lady who is working is always firm but kind. She is helpful and knowledgeable with every machine. She has helped me every time I've been there. read more

Great laundromat, friendly staff, very clean. Prices are fair. Machines are a variety of sizes for washing. Small machines holds 2 loads I'd do at home it would be 2 separate loads. Large machines 4 loads read more

I washed my laundry tonight and put the dryer in for 24 min on hot, after it was done drying my clothes were cold and still damp. I advised the laundry attendant tonight Jovanna about the issue and she was rude and dismissive with my request to check the dryer. She didn't even want to know which dryer it was, all she could say I can't do anything about it. She also said she wouldn't pay for extra dry for my clothes on another dryer since I didn't tell her earlier. Then she got back to talking with her friend. Well my bad Jovanna and laundry mat owners, but when your consumers come to utilize your business of services everything is expected to work. If you continue to utilize us as your target market beware the more bad reviews about your organization the less business and credibility you will have. read more

Broken money card machines. You have to purchase a card for a price then load that card, many machines are broken so when you use the card to pay for a cycle it will deduct your credit and it's lost. The dryers are inconsistent some are hot some are so so. read more

Clean place. They have a card system instead of change. Vending machines with snacks and detergents. A couple tv's to watch while you wait. Free WiFi but you need to ask attendant for passcode. Staff is friendly and ready to help. $2.25 for double load, $4.25 for quadruple load. 22 min for quad load. In and out to dry at home. read more

Very clean and I got some much done so fast. the lady that was there helpful and kind. There isn't any restrooms which sucked for my kids

We came because of the good reviews and the WiFi. No WiFi! And you must use a card and you can't get the unused money back. We travel and won't see this place again thank goodness. read more

Free wifi. It was pretty clean, even the restroom. They use the card system here. It was $1.99 for the double load washers and $0.30 for the dryers. I wish the dryers were free like some other places though. Come early when it's empty! read more

Very disappointed in this laundromat! Used to come here and you have to use a card, which is fine, but apparently the cards expire and if you had money on them, was told oh well sorry about your luck. Oh and you have to get a new card and pay for that, only to put more money on it and lose that too. What a racket. So not only did I lose over $10 on my so-called expired card, I have to pay them more just to get another card. My advice to anyone even thinking of using this facility.....think twice. They have lost my business, as I was coming in from time to time to utilize their heavy duty machines, which of course significantly cost more. read more

The only one in Avondale I'll go to! Clean. Friendly, helpful staff, tvs, vending machines read more

Clean place to get the laundry done. Many machines available with several load sizes to choose from. They go on cards instead of coins, but bring cash, because it only takes cash (not debit cards). The cards are reusable, and cost .50 to replace. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in 30 years but my washer machine went out and the part is on backorder. So I go to Yelp and pray that I'm directed to the right place for "me". My fellow Yelpers didn't disappoint. Western Laundry was super clean and the attendant was very kind and helpful. If every in need of a laundry-mat this is a safe, friendly and clean place to be at for 3 hours! read more

If you are not hispanic don't bother to go here. Staff was borderline rude to me, while gracious to the Hispanic crowd. Sorry for being a white guy that had to use a laundromat. Machines were plentiful land did a good job. Facility was clean. read more

I always check my card before I leave to see how much I have left. On my last visit here I went to add money to the card and saw that the $4 that was on there last week was now gone. I went to the woman at the counter and explained what happened. She tells me that the computer resets the cards every month?!! I asked what does that mean? Why would my money that I just had last week be taken off? When does the computer reset, because it is the 20th of the month today?? She could answer nothing, just kept shrugging her shoulders and saying that's just what happens. This should be illegal! At no point or nowhere does it say that after getting the card (which is the only way to use the machines) that if you don't use it all that it is removed when the computer resets...The whole thing makes no sense and seems suspicious. read more

When my washing machine went down I found Western Laundry here on Yelp. It's a nice clean place with a couple tv's and a snack machine. You do have to buy a one time card (0.50) that's re-loadable with the machine. The only drawback is you can not put the exact change on the card,it's only in dollar denominations. A double wash is $2.25 so you need to add $3.00 to the card. I haven't been to a laundromat in probably 30 years but the lady who works there was very helpful in showing me how to set up my card and also the washer. I would highly recommend this place. read more

Just want to add that the attendant does a great job of maintaining this place. I come here once a week for about an hour and spend $5. I take a walk or clean my car while the clothes wash. I shop down the street at the 99 cent store while they dry. I've saved a ton of money doing this. I decided months ago I wouldn't buy a washer/dryer and I do not regret it. read more

The laundry service is pricey @1.00 a pound, but they did an excellent job! Laundry smelled wonderful, was wrinkle free, folded neatly, hung neatly, and done promptly! If I could afford it, I'd use it regularly! read more

I have not been to the laundromat in many many years. It exceeded my expectations. Clean establishment, very spacious. I went during the middle of the day on a week day. There were not a lot of people. The washing and drying units were a decent size. They no long use or accept coins. You take your cash, get a card at the machine inside and reload as needed. The card costs 50 cents to get initially. The attendant was helpful, but seemed annoyed I had asked for help. read more

Really appreciate that there are attendants on duty. You do have to purchase a wash card for 50 cents and load with money for the machines. Wish they had more seats available, but have never had a problem getting an available basket. read more
