I've seen at-home dry cleaning kits, but that idea kind of confused me, so I took the old fashioned route at Rite Cleaners. At both drop off and pickup, the employees were super nice. Best of all, my pillow case smells and looks brand new. Though I try to avoid buying dry clean only clothing and items, I would not hesitate to return here for future needs.

When I received the uniform back, the thread color was wrong, all the patches are in random locations and not centered.. And they were sewn through the pockets.. THIS IS A MILITARY UNIFORM - you can't just do what you want... now I am paying the next guy 35 dollars to remove them and sew them on right.. NOT GOOD

His total was $18.88, and he handed the cashier a $20 bill. Instead of providing change, the employee told him he needed exact cash. The man was clearly confused, and another customer had to step in and give him change so he could leave with his items. When it was my turn, I asked about the price for cleaning my comforter and was told around $37. I mentioned I had a coupon texted to me and pulled it up, but the employee said it had to be "added to my account." When I asked how, she simply replied, "I don't know." If you're going to send promotional coupons, staff should know how to apply them. And as a business, you should always have change available for customers. Between the lack of professionalism and inefficiency, I chose not to leave my comforter and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I pointed out a stain on the item, and they said they'd do their best to remove it--but assured me it would still be ready the next day. Today was the scheduled pickup. I called ahead, and they said it would be ready by 2 p.m. When I called again at 2, I was told they didn't even launder it--because of the stain I had already shown them. They then claimed they tried to contact me, which is simply not true. This was a poor experience made worse by the lack of accountability. There was no manager or escalation process available. At minimum, they should've offered to comp the service for wasting my time. That would've shown some sense of responsibility. If they don't start handling customer issues with more care, their already poor reputation will only get worse.

It was a great system and one reason I trusted them. I no longer live in Arizona, but I recently had a wedding in the area and needed a suit and shirt cleaned. I decided to return to Express Cleaners because of my past experience. I dropped off my clothes Monday afternoon and requested Thursday pickup. I also asked for heavy starch on the shirt. I had a few other items cleaned with the same request. When I returned Thursday afternoon, my order was incomplete and one item was missing. The employee told me to come back the next day. I returned Friday and picked everything up. I trusted the order was correct and did not inspect the items before leaving. When I got back to my hotel, I noticed the shirts were not heavy starch at all. They were very lightly pressed. One red dress shirt also had a stain near the bottom that was not removed. That part is on me for not checking the clothes before leaving the store. I did pay extra for the heavy starch and expected the work to be done correctly. I tried calling the store so they could address the issue, but no one answered the phone. I now live in another state so there is little I can do about it. I am sharing this so others pay close attention when picking up their clothes. Check every item before you leave the counter. The quality and attention to detail were not what I expected based on my previous experience.

I received contradicting information that they can try and get it out tomorrow morning, but if they can't get it out by tomorrow morning, then it'll have to wait till Monday. Which I need these items prior to Monday for work. How can you fix something on the weekend if the cleaners are off on the weekend? Do yourself a favor and to avoid your closing being damaged, go elsewhere.
