Pants are not properly pressed, shirts come back unfinished, and items are sometimes returned with stains or not cleaned at all. When I raised these concerns, the manager's response was dismissive and unhelpful. At the same time, prices have nearly doubled, which makes the poor service even more frustrating. I am now looking for a new cleaner, though I understand State 48 Cleaners operates multiple locations in the area. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope improvements are made.

When the WiFi for the washers isn't working, digital credit cards won't work. The manager seems to help a lot of homeless people. Almost like a halfway house. I've seen at-home dry cleaning kits, but that idea kind of confused me, so I took the old fashioned route at Rite Cleaners. At both drop off and pickup, the employees were super nice. Best of all, my pillow case smells and looks brand new. Though I try to avoid buying dry clean only clothing and items, I would not hesitate to return here for future needs.
