We've used them a handful of times, and have been very satisfied with the results and service. I recently entrusted an expensive evening gown to them, and they did a beautiful job with it. It had beading and sequins on the bodice, so the normal warning/disclaimer for damages beyond their control was given. Everything was A-OK, they even packaged it nicely on a cardboard dress form to help maintain the appearance. Hubby's family was/is in the dry cleaning business, so we know the limitations and feel we are good judges for what constitutes quality work. We will continue to patronize this business. read more

I've been taking my clothes here for the past few years and have had no major problems. There was a couple incidents where my clothing came back discolored, however they offered to fix the items. Today I called to see if they had same day or next day pickup. The female I spoke with was VERY rude and condescending. She told me they did not and was very annoyed I asked. I then asked if I dropped my clothes off today would they be available in two days. She replied "So basically you are asking for next day service!" I felt as if I were being scolded. For starters, I am not in the dry cleaning business. I have no clue if they send clothes out or if they work through the night. A simple response of "no" would have been sufficient. I asked the female if the company was a family business and she replied "yes". Just because your boss is family doesn't mean you should treat customers disrespectful. Word to the wise, word of mouth is quite powerful. read more

Can't say enough great things about this place. Customer service was fantastic, I was immediately greeted, and this is definitely small mom and pop shop. The place is run down, but truly does not represent their workmanship and customer service. For my first time here, the woman went through each and every article of clothing, assured me they could be dry cleaned and pressed. She read every single label and answered any questions I had, honestly and very professional. Handed me my pick up ticket with price already on it so I had no surprises. Picked up my clothes a week later, fresh and pressed. Perfect seams and symmetry, no bleeding. As promised. I had approximately 5 ties, 5 jacket and 7 pants dry cleaned. Loved it! read more

I didn't necessarily have the greatest experience here. I was referred from another cleaners because due to shortages they couldn't guarantee my stuff ready for a week and a half. I dropped my dry clothes off on Monday and was asked when I needed it ready by and I said Friday, which I believed was plenty of time for the material I had (5 pieces of basic cotton/polyester blend). I've had it done in one day at another cleaners. I went to pick up my cleaning and was told it wouldn't be ready until after 5, which was a little frustrating for a few reasons. I wasn't asked if I needed morning or night, because if I knew it was an option I definitely would have said morning. And the lady didn't even bother checking to make sure it was ready. She was rude, brushed me off and walked away before I could even ask her to check. It left me with no clothes for work. I grew up in the area so I love to support local business but this was disappointing. The other cleaner I was using was a further drive but I guess I will have to make the drive because this is for my job, otherwise it wouldn't have been such a big deal. read more

I'm SO glad that I chose this place to take my soiled items to get dry cleaned. I had two white comforters and a blanket with an awful stain and I was so sure that it wouldn't be removed properly. Monica and Adam are the best. Extremely friendly and helpful. They make it a priority to know you by name and that you're completely satisfied. I love the gas station look. It could use a small coat of paint but love the nostalgia look. They are my cleaners and would recommend them to anyone in the west valley. They do all my clothes and clean our comforters too. Without other Yelp reviews, I would have passed up this merchant. The repurposed gas station is not very inviting in outward (or interior) appearance. Think of them like finding an unpolished diamond. That being said, the staff was very friendly and accommodated my unexpected need for same day dry cleaning. That was possible because they operate the cleaning equipment on premises. It is visible from the front counter. It was encouraging to see a continuous flow of customers driving much nicer cars than mine. This appears to be a business that customers seek, not happen by because it is conveniently located. This has been my go to place for many many years but this last time my shirt I had dry cleaned had milk stain on the sleeve still and it was ironed in, was super disappointing that they did not see the milk stain and ironed over it. Found Western Dry Cleaners through a Google Search and felt the reviews warranted giving it a try. Have been using another cleaners in Goodyear for many years and have seen prices rise and quality diminish severely. Took a dozen silk shirts and 2 pair of khakis for the first visit. Paid the same price of $4.00 for shirts as the previous location but the quality was MUCH better. The khakis were less cost and better quality. This is a family run business and the appearance of the building will make you think twice about stopping but go in and be as impressed with their quality and service as I was. BTW, you pay at pick up, not in advance as is the previous locations policy. read more

No. Just no. I brought in a very expensive quilt to be dry cleaned. I specified that it be DRY CLEANED, because I am extremely allergic to most detergents and fabric softeners. 1. It was not ready the Tuesday it was promised. 2. It was not ready the next day either. The following day I picked it up, brought it home, opened the package and was overwhelmed by the smell of GAIN detergent. It was also shrunk about 5 inches in both directions and (2 days later) it is still airing outside to get rid of the overwhelming perfume. I paid $25. to have my quilt ruined. read more
