I brought 5 pairs of pants in to have the length shortened. They did a Great job and it was just…read morethe right length I wanted. I also had them clean and press each pair. They had them done on the exact day that they said. The gentleman that I dealt with when I brought them in was very friendly and we had a great conversation during the time he was marking the length. There's a room that I was able to change from one pair to another. Also a full length mirror so I could check the length he had prepared. When I went to pick the pants up there were 2 very Friendly and happy ladies. It only took a couple of minutes for my pants to be found. Since I pre paid I was out the door in only minutes. When I got home I tried on each pair with the shoes I would wear with them. The length was perfect. I would Definitely Recommend them for alterations and Cleaning.

I recently took three T-shirts with graphics to Aloha Cleaner, and unfortunately, all of them came…read moreback damaged. The graphics on each shirt were completely cracked and peeling, which was incredibly disappointing. I was really hoping to keep these shirts in good condition, but now they're essentially ruined. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service and would not recommend them for garments with special prints. The company was not willing to even compensate me for the cost of just the cleaning of the shirts let alone the replacements of the damaged church which each shirt cost $65. They wanted to give me store credit but I don't trust them with any of my clothes at this point. Avoid this cleaner at all cost. Also, the owner suggested I returned the shirts back to the manufacturer because he believed it was a manufacturer defect, which is totally bogus.
