I recently took three T-shirts with graphics to Aloha Cleaner, and unfortunately, all of them came back damaged. The graphics on each shirt were completely cracked and peeling, which was incredibly disappointing. I was really hoping to keep these shirts in good condition, but now they're essentially ruined. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service and would not recommend them for garments with special prints. The company was not willing to even compensate me for the cost of just the cleaning of the shirts let alone the replacements of the damaged church which each shirt cost $65. They wanted to give me store credit but I don't trust them with any of my clothes at this point. Avoid this cleaner at all cost. Also, the owner suggested I returned the shirts back to the manufacturer because he believed it was a manufacturer defect, which is totally bogus. read more

Aloha Dry Cleaners is the Best! I've taken my pants here for alterations many times and they always do an absolutely incredible job, but this review isn't even about that. My daughter is a cheerleader at a local high school and the team had to purchase $300 hoodies. The very first week she wore it, another student dropped hot sauce on it. And if you know anything about cheap hot sauce, it's loaded with artificial red dye. We tried every household remedy we could think of with no luck. We were completely devastated and preparing to buy a brand-new hoodie. Then I remembered how fantastic our local dry cleaners are. I'd heard they work miracles with red wine stains... so could they do the same with hot sauce? The short answer: YES! The stain virtually disappeared. It looks amazing! The relief we felt was unreal, they saved the day (and our wallet!). On top of all that, their customer service is truly 5-star. Friendly, professional, and they genuinely care about their customers. I don't know how this place is still open. Girl who works at the front is beyond incompetent and rude. They will ruin your clothes (permanent stains) and then argue with you and tell you there is no way to prove they are responsible. My wife has been using this place to clean the blanket once a year for 3 years at least, they used to be fine except this time they put very strong softener on both the blankets, and both my wife and my 8 year old kid could not handle the smell, we even put the blanket in the sun, and the smell still did not go away; we ended up wash it twice using our own washer, and put it on the sun, until the smell went away a lot, yet, my kid still could not handle it, so we spent all this $ and inconvenience, and ended up kid does not want to cover that blanket anymore, so sad. read more

Absolutely ripped me off on price!! Quoted me $18 for a full suit dry clean including the tie and stated I needed it the next day (said it wasn't a problem). I pick it up and the lady ended up charging me $40 for the entire dry clean. She stated we usually give 30% off and that because I needed it the next day there was nothing she could do. If I could give Zero stars I would. I dropped off my suit jacket to be cleaned. When I went to pick it up it cost me $17 for one jacket. The gal at the register said it cost that much because it was a long jacket. It is not. I am 5'6" and it falls just below my hind end. It may be long to her because she is much shorter. When I pointed this out she said it was 3/4 length. Again it is not. It is no longer than my husband's suit jackets. She wouldn't budge on price. I told her I was going to post a review and her response was "I don't care, go ahead." I will never go back. Her attitude settled that decision for me. Horrible customer experience. read more

This is the worst cleaner place ever! I took my husband coat to be pressed (just purchased from Nordstrom). I got it back all sprayed with starch or whatever that was. It look like a white mist on it.... I went back to ask him what happened? Very rude he said that that's how we purchased the coat with that mist on it... Who in their right mind would buy a coat like that for? I would do negative stars if I could. Don't take your clothes there! read more

In all fairness I can't give them a poor grade. I went in there with 6 shirts and the girl behind the counter was absolutely the friendliest person I have met. She was attentive and tried her best to get me my shirts back same day!! She called me later to let me know she wouldn't be able to get them back to me today. No problem on that it was Saturday. Now to the not so happy part. I picked my shirts up Tuesday morning, when I got home the shirts were not pressed the way I requested, HEAVY STARCH!. One of my shirts wilted when I put it on and instant wrinkles, I had an important meeting with new clients and I looked great except for the shirt, it looked like I got into a wrestling match in a dumpster. Now I normally press my own shirts because I know how I like them and they never look like this, but I thought that I would try these cleaners. Overall I would say that you should give these guys a chance just be very clear what you want. I will give them one more opportunity to get it right! read more

Friendly service and no issues with any of the cleaning I've trusted them with. Clothes have always been ready on time (they even rushed for me on occasions when I needed an outfit ready sooner than expected). Give them a try. I've tried both cleaners in the immediate vicinity, and overall was happier with Aloha. Maybe you will be too Update: I dropped off a couple shirts and when they were picked up, one of them hadn't been cleaned. We were told it was dropped off with bleach spots on it so couldn't be cleaned. Well ...I don't own bleach and I take my clothes to the dry cleaner for a reason. Now I'll have to replace a $60 shirt. Their alterations service is very nice and high quality and I got my dress back within 4 days which was super nice! Only thing that irked me a little was that I made an appointment and I had to wait half an hour for the lady doing the alterations to show up. read more

This place is a scam. They pick and choose which shirts they will launder and which they MUST dry clean, which appears to be everything that is not 100 percent cotton. Then they say that there is tax. BULL, it's a sevice industry, they do not pay tax on services rendered. The owner is hiding this up charge behind the government. They might do good work but I take a dim view of any business that gouges the customer at every opportunity. read more

I used to live in LA and my old place charged up to $50 per comforter so Aloha's price of $90 for all that stuff AND really friendly, on time service was very much appreciated. read more

We got our kids a pet ball python. Sadly the python relieved itself all over my couch cushions. Two different occasions! Took the covers in both times to Aloha Cleaners to get cleaned. They did a fantastic job! Pleased both times, I thought the price was reasonable. They are super nice, they do great work, I get a receipt that states when I can pick up my order. Parking is just outside the location, plenty of places although shared with the rest of the businesses in the stopping area. I've never had any problems getting in or out. I've not even arrived when there was a line, so I get in and out quickly. Highly recommend! I will be going back! read more

I dropped out 5 pieces of clothing with a variety of stains and they got every piece super clean. My clothes look like new, especially the white dress! The kicker was a suit jacket that was missing a button. They saw that there was an extra button sewn into the inside of the jacket and they took the initiative, with out being asked, to sew the button on to the front of jacket. I have been here twice since I moved to Phoenix. The first time the clothes I brought were ok, but I did have to have them redo a dress. It just wasn't pressed well and the others were just barely passable. I should have cut my losses and tried another place, but I always think I should give someone a second chance. You never know if the person is having a bad day, equipment problems or new workers. Well the second time was even worse. Customer service was not great and they ruined the elastic if a blouse and they said it was like that when I brought it in. Well if I thought I could wash it safely I would have done it myself.
