Needed some clothes cleaned for an upcoming business trip. I found out I had a credit there from 6 mos ago so I decided to go back, even though I was disappointed before. I spoke to the manager when I brought my clothes in and let her know that on 3 previous occasions I asked that my shirt sleeves be creased and they failed but this time she said by attaching a "crease sleeves" tag on each shirt that they would be creased. Well today I picked up my clothes and my short sleeve shirt did get the sleeves creased but the 2 long sleeve shirts did not snd they still had the "crease sleeves" tag attached! I dont get it! Things can get very expensive if you don't check the type of cleaning (dry clean, laundry) and pricing with them beforehand. You could get charged over $8 for dry cleaning of a shirt which could cost you only $3 elsewhere. There are better dry cleaners in this area. Do your homework before using Tide cleaners. read more

If I could give a zero rating I would. I brought six ties to this cleaner on Saturday. I picked them up on Monday. One was OK but they didn't steam the wrinkles like I requested. Not a big deal. Two looked like they hadn't touched them. One had the lining all bunched up halfway up the tie. One had the tip lining hanging out and all frayed. The last one was absolutely destroyed. There was embroidery on it and the threads were pulled out and frayed terribly. These were all packaged up and ready to go. Nobody said a word about the damage. I took three home and left the damaged ones for management to inspect. A manager ended up calling me and said they'd send them back to the cleaning facility. Then she called and said they'd been repaired and were ready to pick up. They actually did fix the two with lining issues but the one with the fraying threads, they just trimmed the threads and cut the tie at one end in the process. The tie is still ruined, you can't "repair" the damaged embroidery and now it has a slice out of it. I left that one at the cleaner and told them I needed to hear from a manager by today and that I'm expecting reimbursement but she didn't call back. Avoid this place! They don't do what you pay them to do and don't take responsibility for damages caused. read more

Took a king comforter to be washed. Definitely overpriced- $40. The kid taking my order misspelled my name repeatedly, dispute my saying it out loud and her even writing it down. It's 6 letters and two syllables so I'm at a loss on that one. When I came to pick it up my name was wrong again inn the system which made finding and getting my order take a good bit of time. Kid that was there that time wasn't friendly at all, had a bit of an attitude. So basically they overcharged me, wasted my time, and were rude to me. Guess who won't be returning to Tide?! They do a great job. The store is always clean, their colors are always vibrant- and the staff is always courteous. Delia's and I have had a steady relationship going back over a decade now. When I first moved to the west valley after college in 2005, Delia's was a close convenient option that I relied upon regularly to get my clothes, suits, and even my bed comforter cleaned. Although I live in Downtown Phoenix now, I still run my dry cleaning to Delia's in the west valley since their 67th Avenue location is close to my office. I also go the extra mile quite simply because I've yet to find another dry cleaning business that can equal the speed, the price, the reliability and the relative convenience that Delia's offers. I desperately wish Delia had a location in or near the Downtown area, but this location remains convenient to my work. Every time without fail my dry cleaning comes back next day. Always clean, always perfectly pressed, always on time. They've even done some light repair work for me on buttons and zippers in the past. Delia's has coupon offers on their website all the time so just be sure to print those off before dropping off your dry cleaning to save a couple of bucks. This location also offers car hop service if you need assistance taking your dry cleaning inside. So if you live in (or in my case work in) the Arrowhead neighborhood and need a quick, convenient and reasonably priced option for dry cleaning, I highly recommend Delia's. For over a decade they've never let me down. And the fact they have free candy at the front desk doesn't hurt either. read more

I droped off 18 pieces last week for cleaning., the gal that took my clothes wasn't very friendly. my husband picked up my clothes on Monday, when i came home he asked me If it was normal to pay $140.00 for dry cleaning.... I was like "WHATTTT?" - omg that's too much., yup they charged him approx $7.77 per item. I'm sorry but that's way too much. and today when I went to wear one of my tops, I removed it from the plastic and found three straight blonde hairs on my blouse - yuk! I decided to try this dry cleaner as it is nearby work and I was disappointed with the one closer to my home. After paying three times as much here as my previous place, I was hoping for great quality. Unfortunately, both of my skirts still had bad crease marks--looked like they were barely pressed and were hung crooked on the hanger so I now have creases down the sides where they shouldn't be instead of along the seam lines. Guess I will have to keep searching for better. read more

This review is regarding alterations done at the Delia's on 67th and the 101. I had 2 pairs of jeans shortened, a pretty simple task. First was very expensive, I've relocated here from Las Vegas and was surprised at the price. Decided to do it anyway rather than look for somewhere else. I specifically requested that the crease be pressed into the center of the leg. The clerk noted this on the ticket. I was very specific about this. So when I picked it up it was creased on the side. She checked, and it was on the ticket but obviously ignored. She said that she would send it back and of course I could come back again 2 days later to get them. I said "no" and mentioned that I would never return and was going to give a poor review. Find another place for simple alterations! read more
