I have been using Tide for a long time now. This age were more people are out to complain and wanted to take a minute to think the colleagues at Tide. They are always very friendly and very attentive when I used to come into the building however, now I use their pick up Service. Jack is our driver and he is wonderful. I am an international flight attendant and sometimes I need my things delivered first off the truck and they will do it for me if they're able to which I greatly appreciate. The cleaners lost a pair of my husband's pants and no one seems to be able to help me find them or get a reimbursement. The dry cleaners sent me to discuss this with the corporate headquarters when you call the headquarters number. No one answers the phone and you are told to leave a message even though they say they have customer service agents from 8 to 5. I have called multiple people and no one has been able to do anything in fact I've never actually spoken to anyone about this matter. I just keep leaving messages. So my husband decided to surprise me for Christmas time and took all the clothes in the hamper for wash and fold. We have used this service before and they charge you by weight. He goes to pick up today and they dry cleaned it all 72 pieces and the young man didn't know what to do, so we had to pay so we could get our clothes back. Now we start the fight with corporate. How do you ask about detergent preference and then dry clean 72 items. UPDATE- I was contacted by a manager and they went above and beyond to make this right, majority refund and even a store credit. Do not bring anything of importance or value here. I am new to the area and when I was in need of dry cleaning services felt confident when I saw the familiar "Tide" emblem on this dry cleaner. I brought them a $100 Dillard's blouse that I had worn 1 time so that it could be professionally cleaned (so that I wouldn't mess it up by trying to wash it). When I got it back, it had a 2 inch tear where the ruffled neckline met the blouse, the cheetah print was clearly faded and it had shrunk so much that it no longer fit. When I brought it back to them, the guy at the counter was low-key, looked at the damage, took my info and the value of the blouse down and stated that it would be looked at and a check for the damage would be mailed to me. I thanked him for making the process so easy. A couple of days later, I get a text that I have an item ready for pick up. When I call, an employee said that I had a blouse ready for pick up. I re-explained the circumstances and he said he'd call me back. Today, a different employee called (caller ID said "Delia's Cleaner"), to inform me that there was no tear in my top, that the fading was not faded but an optical illusion caused by the the white lining, and that it in fact had not shrunk. The Delia's Cleaner employee proceeded to further condescend me, informing me that my top was not actually damaged. I told her to throw the blouse in the trash as it was no longer good to me. $100 lesson learned. read more

Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with service. Took a dress in to be altered for a big trip. you would assume they also hem the lining. If your getting inches taken off of a dress, that means the lining needs to be adjusted as well...apparently not in their eyes. It's uneven and in one spot wasnt even hemmed at all. The lining is literally hanging out of the dress. I cannot believe someone thought this was a completed job. This was a total waste of money and now the dress is ruined for the trip. I've been here twice now and both times they did a good job getting the clothes cleaned. The problem I have is both times I've been here I've dropped off multiple items and when the guy gave me the claim ticket it said 1 item dropped off. I pointed it out to the dude and he told me it doesn't matter because the ticket is only there to give me something to turn in and doesn't reflect the amount of pieces dropped off. WTF? Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me. I insisted that I wanted it documented on the ticket what was dropped off and I got back a ticket that instead of saying 1 item said 6 items. Nothing about what type of items dropped off or even how much it will cost. I tried to make light of it by saying my wife will kill me if I don't come back with the right clothes but I could tell by the look on the clerks face that he thought my request was asking for too much. I can keep track of my own clothes but I don't really feel like it's my duty to either write down or try to remember how many and what clothes for my wife were dropped off. This half assed system doesn't make me feel safe that I will get everything back that I drop off. The prices are a little high as well. I gave 2 stars because the clothes were cleaned well but I don't plan to come back because I don't trust the tracking system. read more

Very disappointed. I brought my son's swimsuit in to have a loose hem fixed. The quality of the repair was shocking. I had specifically asked that the thread matched the old and it was not. The sticking was messy and the loose ends were left exposed on the front of the leg. They also left the old remaining stitching on the shorts. It looks terrible. read more

Not sure why people are giving this place such low reviews, but I just received my 900$ WHITE couture gown back and they did an AMAZING job! I also had them clean my husbands black tuxedo jacket that had tiny velvet dots all over it, thinking they prob couldn't get the scuff mark and white line out and they made it look brand new. On top of that, this location is brand new so they're giving everyone a 20% discount automatically while the word gets out, so I paid a little over $13 to have them restore the two pieces beautifully. I purchased the white gown in pretty bad condition, there was dirt and marks all over the train and chest area, but I thought I'd take a chance to see if they could help it and I'm pretty much blown away. This location sends off the garments to a bigger facility, but the pieces arrived exactly at the time they said it would, so KUDOS to Delia's! Very bad experience, I dropped off a jacket for a button repair, all they did was literally put the button inside the jacket and sew it up. They also ripped off my authentic tags which was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I had them working one 1 button at the bottom of the jacket and the tags were at the top. I came to pick it up and they are saying some chick messed up as usual and they don't have the clothes and have to call the "main center" to see if they can somehow get it by tomorrow morning.
