Meh, I'm up and down about an updated review. I'm not sure if they have new employees or what the deal is but this place used to be cleaner and run smoother. Fabulous!!! Laundry room remodel at home, husband was going to another laundromat in the area but when we got there all machines were full. Googled and found this Jewel! Clean, lots of machines, coinless. I know some reviewers do not like to purchase a card and I agree, we did an app on our phone, easy peasy. Does get busy in the afternoons, which is expected. They open at 5 am so we have been going at 6 am, nice and empty and quiet. Did I mention Clean??? There is an attendant on during the day and they do offer drop off laundry. No reason to go anywhere else! Highly recommend if you are in need of a laundromat. read more

I wanted to wash my heavy winter comforter in machines that could handle it. SUDS is clean, bright, and a good set up. If you want to buy soap, you'll have to ask about prices, nothing is marked. For a $1 laundry card, you can reload it as needed, so no coins here. Desiree, the attendant, was helpful, polite, and informative. Sadly, they have to deal with graffiti, but you could tell they try to stay on top of it. Lots of seating. The machines were clean and efficient. I would go here again. This laundromat was one of the first businesses we patronized after moving to Surprise. Upon arriving to the laundromat, we were quickly greeted by a friendly attendant who explained their card system and advised us on which washing machines we should use based on the size of the load we had. She also assisted us by selling us dryer sheets from behind the counter, which worked out a bit cheaper than buying them from the vending machine. The washers and dryers worked in a timely manner and cleaned our clothes well. I believe all machines in the laundromat are new, especially when compared to previous images shared on Yelp. We have since purchased a washer and dryer setup, but I would definitely return to this laundromat with bulkier items! It was a great experience. read more

I haven't been to the laundromat in probably 20-25 years.... I normally take my stuff to the cleaners or I wash my items at home! But I needed to get my bedspreads cleaned and this time I decided to try the laundry mat! Suds Laundry mat happened to be the closest so I decided to try it out. I was so surprised! It was clean, the machines were newer, and the Lady attendant working there was helpful! Because I haven't been in a very long time to a mat...I needed a little help with what machines and I also have never used coin-less machines before so I needed a little schooling.... Other than how busy it can get, this place is very convenient and clean. I enjoy being able to get my laundry done quickly and sometimes only having to use one machine. They have multiple size washing machines which allows you to bring large items as well. read more

The laundromat in town is pretty popular, but it gets crazy busy, especially on weekends. They say they open at 6am, but it's more like 6:08am, which can be annoying when you're waiting outside with your laundry in your car and you have others standing outside the doors with their laundry baskets. It'd be great if they could just open on time. Also, the place could be cleaner. There's old gum stuck on the floor and dust everywhere. read more

Stacey was the attendant on duty - she was wonderful. I had very wet clothes because my washer had quit during the wash cycle. Clean and all machines work. They use a in store credit card (bought from a laundrowrks machine) next to the front counter. 5.00 dollars to wash and 2 dollars for 30 minutes of drying time. They also offer soap and fabric softener theough vending machine. Bathroom is clean and functioning. All in all good solid place to do laundry while here in the area for work.. if i stay over a weekend or just need to do laundry i will come here read more

So gross and dirty!!!! I came here because of good reviews but holy crap what a dump! The floors are filthy, the machines are obviously not cleaned regularly and there's leaking water all over the floor and the whole place is just grungy!! It's the kind of place if you accidentally drop your clothes on the floor you may as well throw them out And to top it off in the middle of a pandemic 90% of the people in here aren't wearing a mask... so unless you want to be surrounded by filth and catch covid, I don't recommend this place at all. A very clean and well priced laundromat! We came in around 6pm ( last wash at 7pm) closes at 8pm. They have a great variety of washers priced from 1.50-4.00 dollars! A vending machine for food and cold drinks. A working tv, small tables with chairs. ( perfect for grandma to come and sit with us) they have a great assortment of soaps/softeners. Their change machines work and the place is very clean. Tammy is very nice and welcoming. A great great facility!! The bathroom is so so well kept! Tammy is AMAZING! I used to take my babies back in the day here to wash the laundry and such and used my Change.. well fast forward to 2022 and this place is all digital and an entire facelift, it was such a pleasant surprise. Suds has been a staple since forever and this new look is refreshing and so welcoming, I'll come back again and again, it's great for comforters and just knocking out all your laundry. Great memories when my kids were younger. I just wish the water n ice was still around... such potential for that entire plaza. Suds is great every time I've gone. It's melting pot of greatness! This is the cleanest laundromat I've ever used. I only saw one machine out of order. New owner as of Dec 2018 who said he was updating the place and cleaning it up as quickly as possible. Nice small tables and chairs available and nice large TV. I'll come back. read more
