It's because they have a drive thru! No, not lazy, it's because that's what I had gotten used to. Besides I really like drive thru service unless it's food related. I've always been pleased with them. My clothes are always ready when they say they will be ready and I've never had a problem with anything. In all fairness I have to admit I've never taken anything here that's stained or any dirtier than things get wearing them once or twice. The blonde lady is super nice and helpful and the others I just kill with kindness, it's about a 3 minute interaction so I deal with it. Good service at reasonable prices. Makes dropping off a breeze, and is great for the night drop box so you know your clothes will be under your account. Put a credit card on file, and you can use their automated kiosk (think clothing vending machine) to pick up your clothes 24 hours a day. Great for those times you can't get there before they close, or just don't want to have to hurry. They do cost a little more, but the quality of the work and the convenience factors make it worth it to me.

The prices are different every time I have clothes dry cleaned. The last time I dropped off a dress, there is a liner, so the cost to dry clean was $21. I called to ask why a liner would cost extra as that should be considered part of the dress but they said no. If it detaches then it's considered separate. Well, if you don't detach the snaps from the shoulders then it's one piece. Very expensive service that I feel should have been explained or called about. I would not have dry cleaned the slip liner.

I took a bride's maid dress, a cocktail dress and a few pair of pants to Kathy last week. I was immediately impressed that she had been in business for 27+ years and she knew exactly what she was doing. She really went above and beyond when I asked her if there was any way she could fix the cocktail dress for me that day. Same day repairs are hard to do, but she was able to wave her magic wand and I picked the dress up later that day. She did an excellent job with the bride's maid dress and both pairs of jeans. She works fast, knows her stuff and is very reasonably priced. My only complaint is that she wanted to be paid in cash or check, they really should tell you that when you make the appointment.. Who still carries checks?

Pulling up the pictures on their yelp matched and I thought it was really cute. Entering, it is a nice sized cleaners, bigger than the one I used in California (my whole life). It was clean and organized. I was greeted by a young man who was really nice. I informed him I was a new customer and he provided me with a 5% discount for being new. I had 28 pieces that I brought and the totals with the monthly special was around $99. I had jackets, shirt a, pants (which he notes the ones that had the belts with them) The clothes came back perfect! They are my go too even though they are on the other side of town.

Most of us don't bring donation-ready clothes to a dry cleaner, so it's upsetting to learn my dresses were donated after just 90 days. These weren't inexpensive; they were worth about $200 each. What made it worse is that I called at least five times trying to locate my dresses, and although staff promised to call me back, no one ever did. Eventually I was told they had already been donated. This was extremely disappointing, and I hope in the future more effort will be made to reach out to clients before taking such irreversible action.
