I had a great experience here. I called in inquiring about their wedding dress preservation services and spoke to the owner. I wanted two gowns preserved. The owner gave me his personal number to update me on everything, which was super helpful! It took about 3-4 months to get back and it was boxed up beautifully. There is one lady that seems to always be there at the store and she was very helpful during pickup. The value of the service is great for the price. I called ahead and asked if they offer alteration services and luckily the did. I had a bridesmaid dress that needed to be taken in at the sides (1 inch on each side) and the length of the dress to be shorter (maybe an 1-1 1/2 inch). They had a lady that comes to do alterations and they told me to come at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and the lady was 15 minutes late, which I didn't mind because I get that it was around rush hour time, so I let it slide. She pinned the dress to correctly fit my body. She was charging me $55 for a simple hemming. After I said that it was too much, she dropped it to $50 and I kindly told her that I would look some place else. I was shocked that she had audacity to say that I wasted her time and gas, which I think is super uncalled for and something you DON'T say to a CUSTOMER. Aside from the bridesmaid dress, I had two other dresses that needed to be dry cleaned and the guy who was there at the time (I can't remember his name), said that he wasn't too sure on how much one of the dresses would cost due to the material/beading. I left both dresses with him and he called back the next day and told me that the dress with the beading would be $24. I very much appreciated that he called to inform me of the price rather than just dry cleaning it and me being charged way more than what was told. Fast forward to picking up my dress that I got dry cleaned.. I was told that it would be ready today (Monday) after 5pm. I happened to be around the area and went to pick it up at 5:05pm and it wasn't even ready. I was told that it would be ready in an hour because they didn't pick up the dress until 5pm. How does that happen?! Basically, if you decide to come here, CALL before picking it up to be sure that it's ready for pickup. read more

I have been looking for a reasonable priced cleaners and when I inquired what the cost was for wash & press cotton short sleeve shirts I was told $3.69 and for dry clean 6.59 so 9 shirts were brought in. Big surprise however when my wife picked them up she was charged $5 per shirt. Plus the receipt showed only one item $45. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. read more

I have never been so disappointed. I brought in 3 items to be hemmed. 2 Dresses and one pants. Pants were $16 and 1 dress was $24 the other was $34. When I brought them in she was unable to tell me the price but i thought "how bad could it be?" and I really needed them done. So I went ahead and told her to move forward. I was shocked when she told me the amount. The pants and one dress were fine. The $34 dress was not fully altered as requested and was ripped to where it could not be repaired. I did not go back and complain because i've learned that sometimes it's just not worth it and easier to simply not go back. I'm used to paying $10 for pants and maybe $15 to $20 for a complicated dress. I will not be back. And I'm not a picky person..if I'm disappointed, you can bet you will be too! read more

We had our curtains laundered a couple of months ago here due to our dog urinating on them. If this would let me give 0, stars I would. I am so beyond disappointednted and almost in tears. I dropped my one of a kind, $1600, Florence, Italy leather market suede leather double sided coat, that I got on my honeymoon on 3/30/19. I was told that by tuesday, 3 days later, I would receive a call about pricing once the manager views my item. No call recieved, by Friday so I call and am told that it's going to be $40-$60 to clean and am asked if I still want to clean it. I say yes, and that the garment is very delicate/dear to me/from Italy and is real leather. I am told that by one week I would receive a call that it was complete. I didn't hear anything so I call one week later and am told that it is ready to be picked up. I wasn't able to pick it up until today, a week from when I called to check on my garment. I had a gut feeling that it wasn't going to be clean, so I ask to look at it before paying. Guys, NOTHING is cleaned. There is deodorant residue (white) on top of the sweat marks. I do see that they must have tried to do something to two areas because the stains in the front look like someone scrubbed it and ruined the leather on top of that there are freaking tape marks everywhere that they used when I was showing them the areas to clean. It looks like fused in. There is crusty food that I can pick at with my nail. Not only did they not clean my garment fully but they actually made it worse. I told them I wasn't going to pay for something that was not completed nor done. She calls the manager and instead of apologizing to me, the manager said that in his 30 years noone has complained about the costumer service, to which I said then this is his first time. He then says to leave it there so he can clean it again, to which I said no to because we are going on a trip to Japan in less than a week and I actually want it clean. He then proceded to tell me that stuff can take two times and I told him that it wasn't ever done once and he proceeded to tell me otherwise. I asked if he cleaned it personally and he said no, so I told him then he needs to talk to the person that did because this is unacceptable. On top of that his tone was defensive/rude. A client shouldn't be chasing down their stuff nor recieving incomplete service. I asked the lady at the front to take pictures of the spots and she said that she's never seen something like that ever happen. She at least acknowledge the poor job. Now I have a very expensive item made worse by people not even taking responsibility. It really really sucks. My husband is very upset, since he's the one that spent the pretty penny in the first place to buy it for me as a reminder of our time. read more

First time there and received Terrible service! Went in to take my sons shirt in at 8:05am for same day service as the website reads, "Same day service in by 9am and out by 5pm, mon-thurs". Man at the counter told me they didn't have a website, and looked at me as if I was incompetent. the windows had signs stating the same thing and when I confronted him about it, he had nothing to say. Terrible way to treat a potential new customer to your establishment! I'll take my business elsewhere. Work on your first impression and service! We have been using this cleaners for a number of years for both cleaning and tailoring. Vipul and the rest of the staff are always so nice and helpful. He has always been accommodating to any additional requests and our clothes have always come back exactly how I expect them to. When we have had tailoring done there, we make an appointment and his seamstress will be there to do the work. We have had dresses, pants, suits, etc done and they are always just what we wanted. I paid $55 + tax tp have a leather coat cleaned. The outside looks okay, but inside the pockets were still dirty. They couldn't even clean out the pockets! Be aware that this Dry Cleaners changes his mind all the time on what he is going to charge. Keep in mind when his prices say for most items that means if there is a large or extra large size you are going to pay more. It does not mean special fabrics. I think all of us expect to pay more for special fabrics. Make sure you know upfront what you will be paying because the claim check you get has no prices. Consistently great cleaning over the past two years. So great we thought we would write a review which, for us, means they are a super solid business. Had a button loose once and they spotted it and fixed it to make sure it did not get lost. The hangers and materials used to return the clothing are safe and never mar or catch on the fabrics. The cleaning itself is meticulously thorough and the item looks like new again -- every single time. The staff are always professional and polite. And last but not least the pricing is solidly in the mid-range of what reputable cleaners around them are charging. Since moving to the valley in 2012 we've tried all sorts of dry cleaners going from one to the next to try to find a cleaner that did an outstanding job at reasonable prices and provided great service and convenient operating hours.
