Beyond wonderful service!! I flew to Arizona for my son's wedding and my formal dress ended up so very badly wrinkled and creased. I stopped at Oxford to see if they could help 2 days before the wedding. 10 MINUTES later I left with my perfectly wrinkle-free dress for $12! The owner was helpful and kind. Highly recommend! read more

I had a few items cleaned here and everything turned out amazing! I was especially nervous about one of my more fragile dresses, and they took such great care of it- it came back perfect. The pickup and delivery was also awesome and seriously could not have been easier or more seamless. Such a great service and I'll absolutely be using them again! read more

This is literally the worst dry cleaning job I've ever seen in my life. I'm not even sure how somebody could pass this off as acceptable. I pull stuff that looks better out of the laundry. I dropped off a brand new shirt, still in the packaging. I asked for medium starch in preparation for a wedding. There are wrinkles everywhere. I'm probably gonna have to rewash the shirt and iron it myself. I really don't know what else to say read more

I've been taking my clothes to Oxford cleaners for many years and at some point, there was a change in ownership and without a lost moment to clients, Gabe the new owner, continued providing excellent service! He makes sure the clothes are properly cleaned and pressed, and if there's a problem, he is very knowledgeable, professional and willing to fix it. Also, he's such a kind person. I go there for my clothes to be dry cleaned, and I leave feeling cared for. Thank you! read more

I brought in a baseball hat and was told it would take a few days. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me the next day. The hat looks brand new, and all stains were removed, and the hat was in perfect shape. The price for the cleaning the hat was very reasonable, and the overall experience was great. Thank you for the great service. I highly recommend. read more

Oxford Cleaners - Our clothes that needed to be done asap and got done - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

I am very happy I brought in 6 shear drapes for Gabriel to dry clean. My first impression was that he is a kind man who takes pride in his work. That impression has never changed. He clearly explained the cleaning process so that I knew what to expect. To my surprise, he called me a couple of days later to let me know how the cleaning process was progressing and also to make a choice if I wanted him to "re-do" my drapes because some stubborn dirt remained. I then got a second call to say that my job was complete and ready for pickup, earlier than I expected. All of the above is to say that Gabriel delivers more than he promises. Even though he "re-did" my job, he did not charge extra. Other less honorable cleaners would have tried to charge extra. Gabriel's prices are more than reasonable. His work is absolutely great. If you are still reading this, stop! You have found your cleaners! I am particular about whom I trust. I trust Gabriel! read more

Great place. Veteran owned. Needed a fluff and fold for work last minute. Gabriel was friendly and got everything done quick and in time.

James at Oxford Cleaners Can't thank you enough for helping us with our father's uniform. You're a gem. After my father's recent passing we needed to get his uniform suits cleaned and pressed. The place we originally selected promised us a swift return on the items. However upon arrival to drop everything off, they said we had misinformed. They would not be able to accommodate our request within the necessary timeframe. To make matters worse they weren't even willing to help us find another place to help us. So I started making calls to cleaners across the valley. To no avail. That's when James at Oxford Cleaners stepped in to save the day. He was so accommodating. So sincere and so understanding about the need for urgency in this situation. While I understand that circumstances don't always allow for things, I feel as though in situations such as these that extra bit of attention is necessary. Life can be unpredictable, We all know that. When situations like this arise that are unexpected.... It's really nice when businesses rally to assist. Knowing that there are people like James out there who are willing to go out of their way to help out in times of need. It's really comforting to know that there are still good businesses out there operating with good morals and standards. Beyond the basic procedural day-to-day functions. But to be able to see beyond the normal everyday and extend yourself to accommodate unforeseen circumstances like these. I just can't thank you enough. I can't say enough good things about James and Oxford cleaners. You will forever have my appreciation...and my business. read more

The owner is really off putting. Weird vibe in the store and the dry cleaning takes a bit. Probably won't be returning.

I have been bringing my clothes to Oxford cleaners for several years now, and I love this place!! It's a small family run business and they always do a great job with everything from dry cleaning to repairing zippers! They will also offer you some discounts if you find a deal online or become a regular client of theirs. They are also very reliable and honest ... Business integrity is very important in this day and age! This establishment has earned my trust and as long as this business is open I will not take my clothes anywhere else. The owners are very nice and the best thing about this cleaners is that they do everything in house! So you don't have to worry about them losing your clothes because they were sent to another location .... I would def recommend this place to anyone looking for a high quality credible dry cleaning establishment in the area. read more

Oxford Cleaners was our go to cleaners for over 2 years when we lived in Chandler. While visiting family, we always use Oxford for any items needed during our stay. Gabriel goes above and beyond in how he and his team care for our clothing. Oxford is the BEST cleaners! read more

Disappointing. I took my throw blanket in to be laundered and was given an outrageous price. $10 more than the best dry cleaner in the valley. I called after leaving the shop to see if he would be interested in matching the price but apparently he has plenty of work and does not care to take on new clients. He said he would call me back when he finished up with a customer but chose not to do so. I was really hoping to find a fair, quality service dry cleaner on this side of town. I'll continue to make the drive for now. read more

Bought a (surprise) stained jersey off of Ebay and couldn't send it back. So happy I brought it to Oxford. The owner is personable and realistic, took my item to the back immediately, and was successful in removing the mystery (red!) stain from my (white) jersey. Thanks so much for the prompt service and kindness! Great local business to support. I rarely need dry cleaning but this is where I'll go. read more

Dry Cleaners are one of those businesses that you never know what you will walk into. It can be shady and dodgy, with some foreign lady that shouts at you or at an imaginary co-owner - you just never know. This place, on the other hand, looks professional and they act professional. This gives me peace of mind, and I chose this establishment due to their excellent reviews from my fellow yelpers. So far so good. But I do think they are a bit pricey. I don't dry clean that often to know what the going rate is, but it was more than I estimated. It could be worth it though, its not cheap being on top. read more

I can't thank Gabriel enough for helping me and my family out and providing a phenomenal experience during hard times. I've been so pleased with Oxford cleaners. They get my clothes back to me when I need them and the actual dry cleaning work and ironing has been really well done. Let me start off by saying that I have bad luck with dry cleaners. I don't know if it just me or if happens often in the industry, but my stuff always seems to turn up missing. I started coming here after I had a disappointing event with another dry cleaning service. What I liked was the dry cleaning was done on site, which means if they do lose it then they can probably find it. I also think it is a family owned business, which means I am not working with someone who is just looking for a paycheck. I've gone here for several years now and have not had any problems at all. I also like the fact that they put coupons in the little valupak type of mailers. read more

After several disappointments with my previous dry cleaners, (including "lost" and irreparably damaged clothing), I knew it was well-past time to find a new Dry Cleaner. So I did what most people do: I asked my friends for recommendations. One name KEPT popping up: OXFORD CLEANERS! Honestly, I had reservations, mostly because it was no where close to where I lived or worked. But with SO many friends recommending it, I decided to give it a go. And my friends did NOT disappoint!! The folks at Oxford Cleaners REALLY know their business -- I have seen them, quite literally, work MIRACLES! And just as important: their customer service! I am simply amazed at the kindness and confidence they exude every time I come in to Oxford Cleaners - whether I'm dealing with the owners or any of their staff!! Amazing work, AWESOME people. I wish could give them MORE stars!! read more
