I was looking for a local dry cleaner and noticed mixed reviews for several places. I saw enough positive reviews for Diamond Dry Cleaners and was impressed by how thoughtfully they responded to the few negative ones. I decided to give them a try and dropped off a dress and a men's dress shirt, hoping my experience would match the many 5-star reviews. I'm happy to say it did. The shop is clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming both when I dropped off and picked up my items. The turnaround time they quoted was accurate, and the total cost for both items was just over $20, which is a great price for a local cleaner. I'm glad to have found a reliable neighborhood spot and would happily recommend Diamond Dry Cleaners to others. read more

Diamond Dry Cleaners sent me a fair quote for hemming a pair of men's slacks. I took the slacks in and took home a receipt with an estimated complete date. I checked back on that date and not only were they ready but the hemming was done perfectly!! Excellent service and very nice front desk as well. I will definitely return to Diamond Dry Cleaners. read more

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share an EXCEPTIONAL experience with Diamond Dry Cleaners in Chandler. I brought in an expensive cream colored pair of women's trousers that had a large balsamic vinegar and olive oil stain running all down the front. For anyone who knows stains, balsamic vinegar is right up there with blood, mustard, and soy sauce as one of the most difficult to remove. Honestly, I expected the pants to be a total loss. To my absolute amazement, they managed to remove 100% of the stain! The trousers look perfect, as if the accident never happened. Being new to the area, I couldn't be more thrilled to have found a dry cleaner I can truly count on. From now on, Diamond Dry Cleaners will be my go-to for all my dry-cleaning needs. Thank you, Tina and the entire staff--you've earned a loyal customer! read more

I have some work colleagues in town from Germany and they wanted wash and fold services so I hunted around. Contacted here and they were friendly even on Thanksgiving 4 day weekend. I did not acquire any services with them (yet). read more

The owner is extremely rude. Had a problem with a dry cleaning issue, girl at desk had to contact her, owner called me, said it wasn't her problem and hung up on me read more

Overall good experience with this cleaners. I needed a suit and dress shirt dry cleaned for a wedding in June. It was Wednesday or Thursday before the wedding on Sunday. I called to make sure they would be done in time to pick up Saturday. They said no problem bring them in. When I came to pick up my dress shirt was misplaced or didn't make it back from wherever the cleaning takes place. But the suit was well cleaned and ready to go on time. I just wore a different dress shirt. Couple days later they called to say shirt was located. No big deal. Just my experience. read more

This is absolutely the worst cleaners I have ever used. 1- 6.00 a shirt is a ridiculous price and you gouge the people. 2-when you have a new client and say it's bank on Wednesday you should at least use communication skills and say after 5pm. Then they are disrespectful and terrible too you when your upset at the inflated price and time. Don't use if you value actual small family owned cause they don't even do the cleaning. They are just a collection stop My husbands shirts were clean when I brought them. They just needed to be pressed. So 6.00 each is tidily and I did not scream at you I tried to explain with you constantly interrupting and telling me about how your a single mom and ya ya ya don't care about that what I care about is professionalism and communication you have neither of read more

I've recently moved to the area and found Diamond Cleaners near my home and I'm so glad I gave them a try! I've been using them for more than a year now and have been consistently happy with the clothing that they've cleaned & pressed to perfection. (I figured I should write a review, because a year was long enough...sorry for the delay! ) I not only found their staff to always be friendly, but the pricing and time to get the garments back very reasonable. (I moved her from CA...where dry cleaning is totally hit or miss and very expensive most of the time.) I'm not worried about dropping off things here, I know they'll pay attention to the fiber content and give it back in perfect shape. (Fancy or not fancy, I've taken all kinds of garments here and have had the same consistent quality cleaning on them.) I recently had a 100% camel hair blazer cleaned and it looks phenomenal! Thanks to everyone at Diamond Cleaners for their professionalism and attention to detail. I know I won't be going anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs! read more

Yep they are cheerful, helpful! They made this errand pleasureful. Got I. And out no trouble and my sweater is clean ready for more coffee and chocolate to smudge. Lol read more

The owner responded right away with the estimate for the alteration which was very helpful and I had the dress back within few days despite the busy prom season. Definitely recommend. read more

Did not wash shirt. Shirt smelled upon inspection at home. Did not treat areas and simply pressed sealing in stains that could have been removed if they did what was paid for. Go somewhere else. read more

In a world where consumers have multiple choices of where they spend their money, is being greeting by a smile and a hello too much to ask? I've been here multiple times and every time I have walked in the door it was myself who had to say hello or simply provide my name so they could provide me my clothes. They do a decent job on my clothes but I imagine others will as well and I choose to provide revenue to any business who cares as if I am there. read more

Everybody who works here is so friendly and helpful. My clothes always come back looking great. If I need my clothes earlier than scheduled, they are always accommodating. I would highly recommend Diamond Dry Cleaners. read more

We love Diamond Dry cleaners! We have been coming here for over 10 years and have never experienced a problem. They do a great job with our clothes. Have been a patron of Diamond Cleaners for 2 years and have never been disappointed with their service. Special instructions are precisely followed and no matter the item, never had a problem with staining, shrinking, or damage. My favorite hands down! read more

This is the best cleaner I've ever been to. I've dropped off shirts that I was sure were done for. They came back looking almost new. I tried a few other cleaners in the area and they always give me the shirts back with a tag saying something like "sorry we tried to get this stain out but it would cause extra damage." Never with this place. I won't use any other dry cleaner in town. read more

I have been using this dry cleaners for 8 years since they opened up. When I first went there I had a stain the other cleaners could not get out and they were able to remove my stain. I also had some alterations done and they were very quick and did a great job. I moved from chandler to queencreek but they are worth the drive. I will never go anywhere else. They also have a location island cleaners at McQueen and Warner. I have also gone to this location on my way to work with the same great service. read more

I still LOVE this place! I was gone to Michigan for two years and came back and they remembered me! They know my name and are just a perfect hidden spot for all my clothing needs! I also really like the calming ambiance in the store. It always smells so nice in there and there is sometimes a little fountain (there used to be a bird in a bird cage, but I don't remember if he's still there). I always enjoy my visits to the cleaners. Just really nice people! read more

This place lost my shirt then told us that we never dropped one off. When I pushed them, they said that they had it all along and that it was never lost. They gave me someone else's shirt. When I returned that shirt they again told me that they had my shirt and that it was never lost. They then gave me a different shirt. Again the wrong shirt. When I told they that it wasn't my shirt they told me that I didn't know what my shirt looked like. I pointed out that one of these shirts wasn't even my size but still they made it my fault. How many extra shirts do they have laying around? I'll never go back read more

This is the best dry cleaner I have been to in a long time. I brought a light grey suit in that had some pretty severe greasy stains on them. I honestly thought the suit was ruined due to its light color but I wanted to see if It could be saved. They had it ready the next day and it looked absolutely brand new. I scrutinized every square inch of all pieces and there was not one trace of any stain. I can not say enough good things about this place. If you want speed and quality, this is the place to go. read more

Would 100% recommend. They do a fantastic job with alterations and give great customer service with their dry cleaning. I like knowing I can depend on them not only to get the job done but also go the extra mile when I need it. I will forever be a loyal customer because of this. read more

Quick, efficient, and caring service. A superb dry cleaner! I travel for work frequently and often need quick turnaround on suits and dress shirts, and they always do a great job. I came to them originally many years ago after having used one of their chain competitors who often got my order wrong or late, charged more, and on a couple of occasions even ripped shirts. With Diamond, I found excellent service, great prices, and friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended! read more
