Beware!!! The Tide at Higley/Chandler Heights will destroy your shirts! I have alerted management but, they have not identified the cause nor done anything to fix the issue. Over the past few months, 15 of my shirts were returned to me with either missing buttons or cracked buttons. This happened with brand new and old shirts...so, it wasn't the shirts. Since they can't fix this, I had to find a new dry cleaner after 10 years here. Bye! Update 2/15/26: The last time they fixed my damaged buttons, one fell off right in front of the clerk when I was picking up my shirts. The clerks are nice but, WATCH your shirt buttons!!!! read more

Tide cleaners is a scam. Multiple times I have brought clothes and blankets in for cleaning only to have my items sprayed with a deodorizer and hung onto hangers. These items were to be laundered which I paid for but were, in fact, not. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I don't like leaving negative feedback, but feel I need to in this case. My wife dropped off a leather jacket to be dry-cleaned since it was her recently deceased father's jacket and we wanted to have it cleaned before storing. She was given a one-day return date (Saturday @ 10am) , which I thought was unusual. We return @ noon on Saturday and we're told 5pm instead. My wife decided to give it a whole day and returned @ 10:30am on Sunday to be told "they don't do leather" which is totally contrary to what their web site states. Would've totally understood if they told us up front but wasting several trips to this business and getting the run-around wasn't fun. I have used this location for dry cleaning for two years now as they are right across the street from my development. They've dry cleaned all my Travis Mathew's polos for work. I brought in a TM grey polo I had worn once. They texted me to pickup and when I physically put eyes on it the arm pits were stained red. I showed the person working and he said,"oh yeah that's not good". I could see it wasn't coming out either. He said they had to send to corporate to see if it could be fixed and if not they would reimburse. A week later I get a text it's ready again. Show up, same red stains. Same young guy says he'll send back again and I should get reimbursed for price of shirt. It should be said I make very good money and the shirt was paid for by my company, this is principle. Another week later I get a call from a women at another store saying corporate says it's my fault the shirt was ruined and they aren't paying for anything come pick it up. To say I was shocked and angry is an understatement. I explained to her I've had other white and grey TM polos dry cleaned there dozens of times and no issues and I'm using the sane deodorant .The women said she's just the messenger I need to call corporate. I called corporate got answering machine and I leave message. Never heard back from them of course. I go by the store no shirt. Women doesn't know where it is I'll have to come back. Arrrrggghh! Week and a half later I get text my shirt is ready. I went by there today and they hand me a hanger with an envelope. I'm thinking finally they did the right thing. Nope! A letter telling me I'm not getting anything it's my deodorant my fault take the shirt. And guess what... no shirt! If I wasn't so angry I'd laugh because you can't make this up. So now I'm over three weeks no shirt and when I get it back it's going in trash and I'll eat the $75. I cannot believe Tide Cleaners is willing to lose years of business over one shirt!? Even if it wasn't cut and dry (which it is) their fault you would figure just from a business perspective it makes sense to keep that customer and reimburse them for the cost of the shirt. I spend hundreds if not thousands a year there. I've never experienced customer service this horrible. I'll have been there 5 times for this and not had my shirt for three weeks by the time I pick it up. My hourly wage and gas money I've spent pencils out to five times the cost of that shirt. And their answer is still, "Your problem customer!" That speaks volumes as to how much they care. Swan Cleaners is 4 minutes from this place. Much better Service, quality and price. Definitely will not be going back to this place and I suggest you don't either because one day it could be you writing this review. read more

I have been using this dry cleaners since they opened because they are convenient to my house. Even though they are more expensive even with their so-called coupons. However their customer service is horrible and I will never go there again, I will drive a little bit further to the super nice lady at the Higley/Queen Creek cleaners (Can't remember the name of it). Today my bill was 20, I tried to pay with a 50, they had enough to make the change, but refused me saying I would "wipe out" their cash. (When it would Not have wiped it out, she pulled out more than 60 and counted it before they refused me) I ended up having to go to Frys to get change. This business has lost a customer , I will never go back. I have had a couple other customer service issues with them in the past that I won't go into, but this one is the final, end it all, won't be back one. read more

I'm continually upset and frustrated by my experience with Tide cleaners. They have made their costs public when you walk in so that's a step in the right direction but my latest experience was not great. My wife dropped off laundry and told the rep that a button needed to be fixed and we had a 25% off coupon. He ok'd her quickly and she left. I returned the next day and guess what, button wasn't fixed and coupon wasn't added. It's simple customer service they can't get right. I only continue to go because they are the closest to me and it's convenient. I should probably find a mom and pop type store to go to from now on. I don't recommend. read more

I have been a customer here for several years, before Tide bought it. In the past I have had good service and responsive personable staff... lately however when I come in the evening after work to drop off/pick up, the clerk is put out that I'm there within 30 minutes of closing! She's "ok" if I'm dropping off, but really put out to get my clothes for pick up. I had some cloth that needed to be cleaned. The lady working there told me: "we are going to try our best to make it clean!" Out of 9 shirts I dropped off I threw away 4 which they couldn't save. The shirts were pretty dirty and there was no guarantee that they would come out clean. But the fact that the lady didn't look closely and told me honestly which ones I should drop off to save me some money makes this only an average experience. Staff was friendly and it took them about 1 day to get it done. Update* I got a call from the store, they apologized for not taking a closer look at my cloth and refunded me my money and gave me a gift card. I would say that's going above what a regular business would do. So +2 stars for my experience and I will try them out again. read more

I purchased a matching tie and handkerchief for my sons wedding, which was hard to find because the set was matched with my wife's dress. Tide cleaners lost the handkerchief so, I had to rush to find/purchase another handkerchief and tie set that would match her dress because the wedding was the following day. I was informed, The cleaners policy covers up to $100 without receipts. The handkerchiefs were $25 each. The ties were $80 each. I felt, if I had to purchase a whole new tie and handkerchief set (because the other tie is now no good to me now) in order to match the wife's dress, then the amount of the tie should be included ($105 Total), especially considering the trouble and panic that this issue caused right before my sons wedding. When it was all said and done, Tide cleaners sent me a check for $50. Take that how you want. read more

I was excited to have a dry cleaner next to my house when Delia's went in. I have most of my clothes dry-cleaned so I view myself as a fair judge of cleaners. First the program they offer is a joke, with the program you are given a coupon for 50% off. The coupon when I attempted to us was only good for "one set" and not the entire order. Delia's packages everything into sets of six items. So the coupon was only applied to one set of six items. The pricing is really expensive, $7.50 to dry clean a single pair of pants is more then I pay at when I use the 4 and 5 star hotels. Was there the other day and the staff took a bunch of hangers out the back door and into the trash can. They claim to recycle 35% percent so I guess this store had there 35% stored away in the back. I recently brought 12 dress shirts to be cleaned. I have used this cleaners several times because it is close to my house. After pick-up and upon initial inspection, I noticed most shirts had creases pressed into various parts that I had to iron out myself before wearing. Also, the collars on nearly every shirt were pressed in such a way that the top section of the shirt (where the top button is sewn) was folded over and needed to be ironed again. Furthermore, on four of the shirts (including two brand-new, never worn, $80 dress shirts) the sleeve buttons were torn off. One shirt was actually missing 2 on one sleeve like someone ripped the sleeve open to unbutton it. I called to let them know they were damaging my clothes and they were receptive. They offered to fix them and re-launder them for free. I appreciated that, but will not be returning. I'd rather not give this business my money so they can damage my clothing and create extra work for me. Be cautious when bringing nice clothes here. read more

I have tried to work with their customer service and, no matter how many times they promise to "get it right", I end up with wrinkled shirts and collars. I went here since I needed fast dry cleaning since I have to go out of town for business. I searched Yelp and this business came up. The website said they could provide exactly what I needed. The young lady at counter said they could, indeed have ready by 5pm today, then some guy in back yelled NO, Monday by 5pm. I asked about service details on website which is why I came here, he rolled his eyes and sorry...busy. The young lady just said she was sorry. Based on her reaction, she was trained per the claims on website that they offered but apparently he was her boss and could veto that. Very sad that a business can state one service but not live up to those claims. The young lady was obviously trained correctly and knew what they offered but he was able to overrule her. Terrible service, if you cannot provide stated services, then at least be able to apologize and attempt to explain why you cannot follow through on website services provided. Will NOT use them ever again. I brought my son's Cubscout's shirt in to clean. Despite having my email and phone number on file, they did not have the decency to either call or email me to tell me they could not clean his shirt. They claimed it to be "unsafe" because the patches may fall off, had they asked me I would have given them the ok and had them sewn back on; all they did was email me telling me the shirt was ready for pick up.
