We've been utilizing Tide cleaners for several years now. My husband wears starched and pressed shirts to work every day. They do a great job, pressing his shirts, and if he accidentally leave something in the pocket or his collar stays in the collar, they always clip them on the return bag when we pick them up. Most employees are very friendly and the manager is super efficient and kind. When I walk into their store, she knows who I am greets me and gets my dry cleaning quickly. I can definitely see a difference since she has taken over. We enjoy utilizing their loyalty program. I currently have a promotion going on If you donate a backpack, you can get 30% off of your dry cleaning order. Fool me twice...shame on me. Decided to give this place another chance. Used them back in March of this year (2 suits & 3 dress shirts). Gave 1 star due to my suit not being cleaned. I was actually really surprised that somebody from the company called me, apologized, and gave me a credit for one dress shirt and 1 suit cleaning. When I went in to get my suit and shirt today I expected not to have a charge, but was told that they could not see the credit on my account. Before leaving, I wanted to make sure the suit was cleaned this time. The person said that they could re-clean it for free. I'm leaving town tomorrow and need my suit. I even made it a point when I dropped it off on Friday to the gentleman that these two areas needed to be addressed. The person working today told me this location has hired new people...Seems to me that this place lacks accountability and training. I'm not looking for a credit. I'm looking to get a full refund. Oh my goodness! Speaking of customer service that is impeccable, exceptional and totally goes waaaay above expected...that is Krystal at Tide Cleaners. My husband and I had to drive 90 minutes north to his doctors appointment. I am now almost a month overdue for attention to nails...meaning I need a mani-pedi for far too long. After calling from 08:30 to 09:00 and getting a disconnected notice, I was getting frantic: Because it made no sense. Queen Creek Nails and Spa has been around forever and I can't imagine anyone but Mona taking care of my nails. Suddenly it hit me. Tide Cleaners is immediately next door. What the heck...can only try (but not expecting much help, understandably.) I called and a most lively, alert and engaging young woman answered the phone. I asked if she had a minute (not wanting to interrupt her if she had a customer.) She said she was alone and could help me. I explained the 'dead' phone next door. What a complete and total shock it was to hear, "I go there all the time. It can't be closed. Hold on a minute." It was stunning to realize the lengths she was going through to help. It all happened quickly; I heard her explain to the person at the desk. Next thing I know, an appointment has been made for 2 PM. Krystal: Thank You!!!! You have no idea what you've done. This Queen Creek Tide location lost my husbands suit pants over a month ago. I've yet to hear from the manager or receive any sort of apology. The staff keeps saying that the manager will call but nothing. Every time I call to find out about the claim for my missing pants, the staff has no clue what's going on or when I can expect to receive a refund. This place has gone so far down hill it's sad. I have been going here for many years got dry cleaning of my suits and blazers. In the past year, the quality has gone down substantially. My suits look worse after being dry cleaned than when I dropped them off. My biggest issue is how they press the suit coats. They do a horrible and half a** job and really don't care. Specifically, they don't press the lapel on the coats or if they do, they press the lapel way too low past the buttons. I have brought this issues to their attention many times and they have taken down several notes but the issue persists. During my last visit, the employee who was very nice told me I would be better off going to another dry cleaner so I did. For the price I would expect better quality. I will never go back here. I got my white coat cleaned here and was given it back missing a patch and with new stains. They never found my missing patch and asked me to buy a new one and bring the coat back for them to sew on the patch. I was able to purchase a new patch, however, I had to drive to Goodyear to pick it up which was a huge inconvenience. The patch was also not the same quality as the original patch as they no longer make the original patch. But I did not have a choice since the cleaners lost my patch. I brought my coat back for them to sew on the patch and they sewed it on VERY crooked. They were able to remove the stain they caused and did not charge me for sewing on the patch. However, I was not offered a refund for the patch or any refund on the original service. I was weary about going to this cleaner in the first place after reading the reviews but I decided to give it a try since my original cleaner is temporarily closed. Don't ever use this dry cleaner. Take this as a warning. We have used Delia's for years and then "Tide" bought them. Since then we have had 3 shirts ruined. The first time it was a spot so I though maybe my husband got something on the shirt and I hadn't noticed so I let it go. I mentioned it to the girl that I found it odd as I didn't remember the shirt having a large spot when I dropped it off. She shrugged her shoulders at me. That's it. The second time it was pretty obvious it was them as I had checked all the shirts. Again the only offer was to rewash it. It's a giant red stain on a white shirt. Exactly how are you fixing that?!? I've been going here 6 months now mainly to dry clean my shirts and to have my dress pants hemmed that I buy brand new. One of the hems came out of a pair of pants I had them do a few months earlier and the help at the front desk implied that maybe I didn't get them hemmed there and refused to repair them without charging me again. Welp ! Is all I can say . Had a lost dress scare . My elopement dress nonetheless . It was very stressful. The employee Serapina did everything in her power to help me . She did find it a few hours later , but yeah it was disheartening . They still charged me 1/2 the bill - really mgmt , really !? I'm just glad to have the dress and I do appreciate this employees efforts and true care and concern yet I'm disappointed in the managers. To top it off as this employee helped me in the chaos a line was forming and the other employee was too focused on closing out cash registers and didn't help guide the person helping me at all. Literally told her to handle it all and call x as she had to count registers ! I was shocked 5 people in line poor lady helping me as nervous as I was and this was her retort - nice teamwork . I have been coming here for around 2 years now, what started off as great service has change as of late. 1st my wife gave me the complaints of staff being rude, so I figured I would give it a try. 1st visit a few weeks back, the young lady was very rude, told me to throw my bag in the bin and nothing else! Not good morning, any changes? Any repairs or anything she should be aware of ? 2nd was this past Saturday, walked in and the same young lady & same response throw your bag in the bin! I asked if it was still early enough for same day service, she gave me a stare and silence as if I just ruined her day, then answered the phone and mentioned her name of Cassie/Cassidy. She ended the call and said yes, be here after 5 with disgust. I can promise this I dont need this company as they do me. I do spend hundreds monthly and will be taking my business elsewhere if i get one more bad visit! my wife called in to make a compliant and the manager stated, let me guess the girl with piercings? I use this cleaners every time I visit the Mesa Arizona area for work. I like the convenience of them as well as the emails that I receive. The only thing I usually have an issue with is the personalities of the young employees that always seem to be working when I go pick up my dry cleaning. I'm not looking for anything fancy here, just a standard please and thank you would be pleasant. I would like to see them upgrade to a text messaging system that tells me my dry cleaning is ready, and maybe just train the front line personnel to have a better personality for the clients. read more

Dropped off half a dozen very nice shirts for laundry. Picked them up, packed them in my suitcase and took off on a business trip. Next morning went to put on the first shirt, and Tide Cleaners had broken a button and didn't replace it. Grab the next shirt, and Tide Cleaners had ironed in a very strange crease across the collar. OK, so reach for the third shirt, and finally one that was wearable. Pretty poor quality work. Well, you may say, maybe they make up for it with their exemplary customer service at the counter? When the name changed to Tide my husband convinced me to give them another try, we loved to Tide Cleaners in Ahwatukee. Quickly found out they may share the name but that's it! Didn't take them long to ruin my $80 White House Black Market shirt. Never found out how a dry cleaners with the experience they have can ruin a white shirt And with no explanation. Gotta say, for a dry cleaner, this really is as good as it gets! The service here is unbelievable! When I walk in I am always greeted with a huge smile and warm welcome from atleast 1, but usually 2 or 3 of the people working there. Seriously, you would think that this is the best job in the world from their smiling faces and positive attitudes. I love it. I always bring coupons so the prices are great. They do a good job on the shirts - have only had 1 "issue" where the shirt had been pressed funny and had a weird crease, but they re-did for free, no hassle. I know it's hard to get excited about a dry cleaner, but these employees do and it's contagious because I'm super excited to have them doing my dry cleaning! Thanks Delia's!!! =) read more

We've been using this cleaners for a few years now. I'd like to give a big shoutout to Marie Brown, who works at this location. We recently had an issue with a men's suit that was damaged during cleaning. The suit was new; worn twice. Marie and other employees at this location saw the problem and tried to help get it resolved by sending the suit back out to the Phoenix location that actually cleans the clothing. That location continually made the suit worse. Eventually, Marie stepped up to the plate and made direct contact with her supervisor, Ashley Duran. Through Marie's efforts, I was contacted by Ms Duran and ultimately reimbursed in full for the cost of the suit. I want to thank Ms Duran for her efforts, but more importantly I wanted to thank Marie, a frontline employee, for caring about her customer and getting this matter resolved. The employees at this location are great. The overall problems stem from where this business sends their clothes to be cleaned. read more

I use to frequent Delia's for service. However, the last time I got dry cleaning they clothes were still very much dirty.

The staff at the front of the store are always pleasant so that's what elevated their score to two stars. Where I am disappointed is that I specifically requested and asked for my account profile to read "no starch." I recently returned to having my work pants and shirts cleaned here because I got tired of ironing my own clothes. My first visit in many months was disappointing. I dropped off four shirts and two pants and specifically stated, "no starch." Additionally, one of my shirts had a small food stain which I also was sure to specifically point to the stain. When I picked up my clothes all shirts were starched and the one with the stain was still stained. Of course they rewashed that shirt (making my no starch request again). I asked the front end associate to have the manager, Brittany, call me because I want to learn the process used at the cleaning facility in regard to ironing and how they ensure a shirt does not get starch applied. I was hoping to find out that there are two presses, one for items requesting starch and one for items requesting no starch. My hope with speaking to the manager was to learn what I could do or say to ensure I get no starch each time. Well, I did not get a call the next day so I made my request again for the manager to call me. I waited another day and no phone call from the manager. I returned on the third day hoping the manager would be in the store. She wasn't. I told the associate that three days ago I requested a call from the manager and she has not called me. I explained how a customer, namely me, interprets the lack of a call from a manager. I explained that it comes across as my business and concerns are not important to the business. I added, and because my business is not important that today would be my last visit and my account profile may be deleted. read more

I've been going to Delia's for almost a year and have always had great service. Before trying Delia's I went to another cleaners closer to my house but my clothes never came clean, they always smelled dirty. I recently took some pants into Delia's to be altered as I have many times before, they've always came back perfect. Something happened and the seamstress cut to much off the length of the pants rendering them unwearable. I notified Delia's corporate office and spoke with "Jeanette", she was very apologetic and completely understood my frustration. I filled out a claim form and within a week received a check to replace the items and for the inconvenience. I have to say that I am so overwhelmingly impressed with Delia's customer service and how they handled the situation!! They truly went above and beyond my expectations. read more

I dropped off two simple white lab coats that came back dirty on the cuffs and not pressed properly. So I sent them back for a second time and yet still the cuffs were dirty and no pleats on the arms, even after I asked for it the second time. This might be the worst dry cleaners I've ever seen in my entire life. Clearly the people that are doing the dry cleaning do not have it together. I really didn't think it was that difficult to clean and press a white lab coats. Not even sure how this place stays in business. read more

They will not give you your money back instead they want to issue a credit at the store. It took about four weeks for the corporate office to mail me a check. We take my husband's suits to be dry cleaned here- he wears them everyday so they definitely take a beating. There were some chalk stains we couldn't get out of one of the jackets and asked them to clean it off. They did a great job and even got off some other dirty spots we forgot to mention! As for the service, we've only ever seen one employee working up front, so sometimes it takes a while to get your order through. The employees were kind and attentive, however. We've been twice and each time our order was ready the next day! I wish they would post their prices somewhere, but I haven't been able to locate it on the website. A suit jacket and pants are $7 each... which seems reasonably priced compared to other dry cleaning services. There aren't a lot of options in Queen Creek, but they definitely get the job done. We'll be back here next time we need his suits cleaned! Another tip- sign up for emails on the website and they'll send coupons every so often. I have to say that with the kind of service and flexibility I do come back when I need items cleaned. The absolute worst dry cleaners I've ever been to in my life. They completely ruined my BRAND NEW extremely costly duvet cover that my little puppy peed on. You'd think being professional cleaners that they would know to not put it in the dryer and set the stains in before making sure that the color came out. Puppy pee does NOT stain if the stains are treated. My wash wasn't big enough or I would have washed this myself it's not rocket science. I've taken it back 3 times, maybe 4 I can't remember at this point and they said the manager would call but guess what? No call.
