I have been searching for a dry cleaner that was close by. I consulted with Yelp and found Pressed For Time. It was interesting because I set my GPS to take me there and realized that I already knew where it was. It just never had that title. For instance, instead of saying "Pressed for Time" outside, it just reads "Cleaners." I hope they are not losing business because of that. At any rate, I was able to walk right in, bring in three, winter jackets for dry cleaning and never had to wait. All I needed to do is give them my phone number. It was a tad expensive. I believe $15 a coat which equal out to be just under $50 with tax. They were going to have it ready in just a few days even though it didn't matter because it's not winter anymore. I told him to take their time. Three days later I got a text saying that it was ready and five days later I was able to pick it up seamlessly. Pun intended. They make you pay upon arrival which makes pick up even easier. There is 10 minute parking right outside of the establishment. Overall, it was a very easy, and convenient drop off. They made error on one pair and when I brought back, they redid the work and did not charge me. That's taking responsibility. They will continue to get my business and my recommendation. Almost $27 for a 3 piece suit and a shirt and it looks like they literally took what I gave them wrinkled it and put it on hangers. This is terrible and unacceptable and do not accept this. I am pretty sure they did not even dry clean this. Basically stole my money. Avoid this so called family owned and operated business. Stopped in and dropped off a shirt and dress. Gentlemen who helped me was very nice. When I dropped off my items I needed to pay. I was told my items would be ready within a few days and it was even printed on my ticket for pick up. They even texted me to let me know my items were ready. Beware! If they ruin your clothes and you don't notice it within 48 hours, they will not "make it right". I brought in a very new skirt and had it dry cleaned. There was damage to the skirt and when I brought it in to see what they would do about it, they took three days to even call back. I'd called repeatedly to see what they would do to make it right and kept getting no answer. Their solution was to pay me half of what it's worth. If I could give them negative stars, I would. My experience started with the lady in front of me. She was very upset that they ruined her shoes. She tried to find out if they would compensate her for this and was told no. When she asked about speaking to the owner, they told her that the owner was in Argentina and wouldn't be back in over a month and that they couldn't contact them. I hoped that my luck would be better than hers. Not so. I had given them a vest that needed to be patched. I told them that it was important to be done for a certain date and was assured that it would be. I went to pick it up the day they said it would be done, and they hadn't done anything to it. He told me that they realized that they wouldn't get it done on time, so they just didn't do it. I asked why they couldn't have called me so I could have taken it elsewhere and was told that even though they had my phone number, the person sewing it didn't. This cleaner ruined 2 suits a week before my son's wedding! On one, the pants were partially melted from ironing and have weird shiny spots all over them. The other was a custom suit jacket that got ripped. The manager admitted fault. They tried to repair the rip in the jacket, and said they would replace the pants. The jacket was poorly patched and looks awful, and I never heard anything back about replacing the pants. I requested from the manager to speak to the owner. The manager said he gave my number to the owner and I never heard back. I returned 4 times to try to speak to the owner and never got any resolution. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANER! read more

Terrible service 0/10, no purpose in paying for them to ruin not 1 but 3 brand new shirts. the first time I dropped off an off white shirt and a chrome heart shirt that I had wore only one time and one was like frayed but in the form of a stamp, the other shirt had permanent oil stain. Not only did they ruin a silk blouse, but when I brought it in to complain, I was asked, "In our records this was cleaned in April!", (Now Sept.) I told them I only wore it once and brought it in, it's been hanging in my closet since I had it cleaned. The kid in his 20's got smart and said, "Well, HOW DO WE KNOW WE DID THIS, I MEAN, YOU'RE JUST NOW BRINGING IT IN HERE!" GOOD GRIEF, he got really loud so I told him WITH A SMILE to 'shhhhh' he said, "AND DON'T SHHH ME!" So I said, "Just clean the shirt and I'll pay for it." I walked out, they had my account on in the computer. I then decided to take my business elsewhere so I called and asked them to 'not clean the blouse' and they told me it was a family owned business and they have put my shirt in a bag and would like me to come get it. They won't be in business long. So now they will lose my income. HA! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BUSINESS. YOU RUIN THE CLOTHES AND THEN RUN YOUR CUSTOMERS OFF! I had brought an item in to have a new hem and they screwed that up and, a pair of boots to have heel taps put on and then the heel tap fell off not to long after that. I was in a time crunch and needed a shirt pressed. The staff here was so friendly and polite. They helped me right away, and I was impressed by how well my shirt was pressed. I served 8 years in the marine corps, where our uniforms needed to be meticulous, so I can be very picky. The shirt looked better than when I bought it, and I am very happy. Excellent job! read more

I tried and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I used this place when it was San Tan Cleaners and then I gave them my business when it changed owners. I have lived in the area since 2006 and there are not too many cleaners. Although their prices are a bit high I gave them a ton of my business. In November they lost items that my wife needed for a work meeting but at least the young lady was nice about it and apologized. Then they found it a week later. So I figured I would let it slide. The very next time I went to pick up my clothes, someone's pants was in with my clothes and I was missing a shirt. I advised the young man and his response was "SHIT" then he looked frantically. I calmly advised him without an attitude, this happened to me last time I was here and he stated "YEAH SHIT HAPPENS" that's it, then he just tells me "I'll need more time to sort through all this shit" I left and they did find my shirt a few days later, however upon wearing my shirts I noticed staple holes in the clothes too. I'm done, I will never return to this establishment. They are very disorganized and very unprofessional. I would rather drive to Gilbert for better service. read more
