I paid $1.99/pound for same day service which to me was a good deal. I was checked in by a very friendly gentleman today (1/28) who explained the process to me and advised I would receive a txt when my order was ready. You can buy mini bottles of downy, tide and dryer sheets for $3 each. They also have a machine to change your bills for quarters. I had a king size bed set I needed to wash and their large washer for 6 loads did the job, this washer cost $5.75 a load. Others went as low as $2.75 for smaller loads. The dryers were .25¢ but I was confused because one machine gave be 28 minutes for one quarter while another other gave me only 5 minutes. I did drop the review a star because after 2 dry cycles my blankets were still slightly wet and I had to get to work couldn't stay any longer.

This location had recently opened, and I must say--it left a great impression. All the washers and dryers are brand new and available in various sizes to meet different needs. The facility is kept clean, and there's always someone on-site who's friendly and helpful when assistance is needed.I see Mercedes often and she's always very friendly and helpful. Another very useful item is the automatic doors that are tremendously helpful when you have full hands or a cart full of laundry! A major plus is that the machines don't require quarters--you can fund them through a convenient app that also notifies you when your cycle is complete. It's user-friendly and incredibly useful. There are a couple of areas for improvement. First, I never received the promotional credit they offered after loading and using funds on the app, even after a second attempt. Second, the dryer lint filters could be cleaned more frequently, or perhaps customers could be allowed to clean them between uses. That said, this is the best laundromat I've ever used. I still go back from time to time, especially for bulky items.
