Thankfully Aqua Caliente was open 24 hours and reasonably close to the Biltmore area of Scottsdale. Bright, clean and well stocked laundromats are a thing of beauty especially when visiting one unexpectedly late on a Saturday night. A plethora of machines and stainless steel folding tables constantly being wiped and cleaned were especially appreciated. Thank you Grace. Saturday night at a laundromat wasn't fun but when is laundry fun? There are however moments when we can stop to take notice of something special. Something out of the ordinary. Someone enthusiastically cleaning a surface or performing some other thankless task. My daughter's team lost today but all is ok. We are still in the fight. So is Grace and Aqua Caliente. Thank you both for making my chore an unexpected surprise. For taking the time to smile and care for what you do. For bringing something of quality and value for all those who appreciate it. I did and I do!

We had a very disappointing experience with this laundry service and would not recommend this…read morebusiness to anyone. Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

We typically get a text saying that the laundry's been finished only a few hours after we dropped it off! It also functions as a laundromat and the prices are affordable if you want to save money and do it yourself. There are plenty of machines, you can purchase soap and other products from a variety of options. There's also a vending machine if you want a sweet treat while you wait! We love that this is a part of our community and we will continue to use their services when laundry stacks up.

The place is great and I've been using them for many years for my dry cleaning and launder…read moreservices. They are great at removing difficult stains (compared to many cleaners in the valley) and has reasonable pricing. As a customer and business owner, I realized that dry cleaning prices are not fixed and there are many challenges and complexities within the business. Not all stains will lift and not all materials are susceptible for cleaning. With that said, we all need to take ownership of how we care for the garment and be more well informed and educated of whether the item can be cleaned (i.e., read the labels, can you clean it and if so, dry clean or can it be laundered?) It humors me reading a complaint about buying an antique dress for $50 and being quoted $450 for steaming and spot treating. A place across the street can provide the same service for $15! The context of the review doesn't even make logical sense as I have never heard a place charging $450 to press a dress. Yet, what place across the street can do it for $15 and still both are in business? Don't even get me started on calculating the math on the difference in mark up as the information provided is absurd. Really disappointing customer service experience…read more At 6:42 PM, I called ahead as a courtesy to ask whether I could still drop off clothes since I knew they were close to closing. The phone was picked up, I heard some fumbling and a "hold on" that was clearly directed at someone else in the shop, and then the call was ended within about three seconds. I never got a chance to say a word. Thinking it might have been an accident, I called right back. That call was declined immediately. I attempted a third call but canceled it myself, figuring there was no point. I understand the end of the day gets busy, but hanging up on a paying customer who is actively trying to be respectful of your time isn't acceptable. A simple "sorry, we're closing in a few minutes" would have gone a long way. Won't be returning.
