I had a queen size comforter to wash. Found this location on my google maps. Was so thrilled. Clean inside, there is an attendant working. Machines look new. They have various huge load machines, up to 100 lb. capacity. Lots of good counter space. Coinless means you can use your credit card or cash to buy a machine card to operate the washers and dryers. The attendant helped me with this. It's pretty easy to do, and now I have credit on my laundry card. I can also replenish the card when I need to. Big shout out to the attendant there. She is awesome, hard worker. Vending machines for soaps, drinks, snacks. read more

Coin Less Laundry - 4/8/2024 The large 80 lb washer I used to clean my comforter. - Laundromat Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

It sucks because I really wanted to like this place :(( I got two different cards that didn't work and there's 30 bucks to waste since the cards don't work on the readers. Not to mention the clothes didn't dry within the time when I put it on the highest setting. Really bummed with this place. Hopefully I can get compensation for the money I lost. read more

Clean, friendly, automated machines. Parking limited, but can park on the side street too.

Changing my opinion of this place. I've learned a few things as I have frequented here Dropping them down to ZERO stars. Zip. Zero. Nada. None. 1st - the Easy Card may say you're awarded a Bonus. It doesn't tell you how much, if any Bonus was awarded. 2nd - machines don't always work. The machines that don't have "Out Of Order" signs posted on them can be a problem. I've put detergent in after adding clothes and the machine is malfunctioning and thus I have wasted detergent, laundry booster, and fabric softener in multiple machines. 3rd - you get a machine to operate and it 1) doesn't fill with water and your items go through an entire wash with limited water; 2) machines don't spin to extract the water efficiently and you have excessively wet stuff that's heavy and takes longer to dry; 3) dryers charge you double cuz you can't see it took a credit... 4th - staff is fluent in Spanish and although they're nice enough in the beginning they either lack the ability to communicate effectively to their English speaking clientele or they simply opt to avoid being helpful. They can't or they simply won't assist to rectify a problem. What, its not working? Give it a minute. Out of hot water. Out of hot water?! Is she that naïve or does she think everyone is that gullible? And then the maintenance guys come in and they are also considerate but seems management has them trained and they provide you with a slip of paper you're supposed to turn in --- to who?! No address on the form. No local contact number. No way to know your concerns will be addresses. read more

Coin Less Laundry - Finally -a phone number has been posted. - Laundromat Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

Clean, bright, and a very helpful employee to guide me through the payment process. Give her a raise!

Unfortunately, my washer and dryer are not big enough for my comforters but fortunately, this laundromat is literally across the street from my house. I haven't been to a laundromat in years, and from what I remember, they were always shady and not a place I would want to be for a couple hours let alone, so comfortable enough to leave my stuff if I had to run an errand while I was washing. I was able to wash all three of my comforters and one huge washer. It took 40 minutes, but it did cost about $10 I would say for the time inconveniency it's well worth the money. The place is clean it wasn't packed with people. Lots of options for a different size washer and dryer's and dryer's were only $1.98 and dried my comforters and one 30 minute cycle so all in all I would definitely recommend this place read more

See all

This laundromat is clean, well lit, and everything worked. This includes the locked customers only restroom. which I greatly appreciate. I personally don't speak Spanish. However, we've experienced none of the communication problems with the staff that other reviewers have complained about. The staff assisted me and my wife with using the card machine, vending machine, and the washers and dryers without issue. We will be back as needed. read more

Great place to go...... very very clean and the lady working inside takes excellent care of the machines and the floors.

We had 3 comforters to wash and can't do them at home. We read the reviews for this laundromat and gave it a try! We haven't had the need to use this type of facility for a long time so we are out of practice. Ha! The facility is spotlessly clean thanks to the sweet attendant who works there. Even though she admittedly speaks little English, she was very helpful with assisting us to buy a prepaid card. She was also helpful on how to use the machines as were a couple of patrons who were doing laundry there. We encountered one quite rude customer (not to us but to another customer). Absolutely unnecessary. A very positive experience! We will be back as needed. read more

Bright, clean and near to home. The machines are all in good condition, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Dryers are super cheap- but I'm guessing that's because it's hotter than an oven outside so people could hang things to dry easily? Always feel safe here, so not sure what else you could want in a laundromat :) read more

Have been coming here for years on and off, Crystal was working the night I had the worst experience there to date. Was trying to ignore it because again have been going on and off for years and never had a problem. She was unprofessional, very rude and treated me like I wasn't a paying customer. read more

Prices are set so you lose money. You need to buy a card for fifty cents to use any of the machines. You then have to add money to the card in fifty cent increments. But here's where they get yah, all the machines are set at an oddball price like $5.95 a load. So right there you have five cents left on the card. On the plus side they have the largest machines I have ever seen that claim to wash 10 loads at once. The place was clean, although I visited first thing in the morning. No air conditioning so you have to choose to sit in the humid heat indoors, or go outside and sit in the dry heat. read more

I was weak af when i saw these reviews but, i loved this place. It was very clean, organized, easy to use. Very nice people. I'd definitely be back here read more

Please close down. How do you expect CUSTOMERS to wash clothes when the run out of detergent if the machine for laundry supplies is broken? Do you realize how many other choices In laundromats there are here within even a 5 mile radius? You can bet I'll be visiting one of them next time. read more

Update to my previous message: luckily just happened to look over at washer that Cat Bed was stolen from on my way out and lo and behold, there's the Bed sitting on top of Machine??? I looked all over Laundromat when I realized it was missing and it was nowhere to be found. I wanted to ask Woman and Man working there that I spoke to before about it but Ironically they had disappeared??? Grateful to get bed back, but sounds like an inside job to me... read more

Bad Business. The machines are card only ( no coins). Good luck when the machines steal your money you will never get it back .. the attendant runs and hides in the back room if you have questions . The ladies pointed to her and she ran behind a locked door for 1hour and 30mins to avoid assisting . ALSO IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH YOU WILL NIT GET HELP HERE ,GO ELSEWHERE FOR A BETTER VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY!! This place sucks !!! Attendant overly rude read more

Zero stars. 3X what other laundromats run. Machines I used all worked, but the dryer says 1.00 cycle, which I took to mean 1 hr (as that's standard in english, 1.00 equals 1 hr), and charges 1.19. This should mean that you can either super fill it, or do 2 different loads separately with one charge of 1.19. What a waste of money, drive further and save some money, go anywhere else. read more

Very poor customer service, I always come to this location to do my laundry, 2-3 times a month the lady that is always here at night time is always yelling at me or telling my kids what to do, she closes the doors early, I'm currently here at 8:00pm and she locked the door. I can't even leave the facility to put my laundry soap or detergent without her locking the doors. Very unprofessional. She speaks Spanish and was shocked when I told her I also spoke Spanish, even afterwards I overheard her speaking to another gentleman in Spanish down talking on me and my children. I have a 5 and 3 yr old. I don't expect high hospitality but the service she provides is not okay, how I said before it isn't my first time here and she always has something to say. I don't think it's okay for a staff member telling MY children what to do when they're sitting down and near me at all times. Only reason why I return is because I have the card loaded and won't my money go to waste. After that I will never be coming back and I hope you guys are able to correct the lady's attitude read more

Coin Less Laundry - Laundromat Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

First time using a laundry mat in my life. We were able to figure out how to get and load money on a new card by ourselves. The attendant and even some the customers were super helpful when we ran into some confusion about how to use the machines. Very clean store and from what I can tell newer machines. Wish there were more places to sit though. When it was busier we had to wait in the car. Was a bit disappointed that the dryers were $1 for 27 minutes. Seems a bit pricey but I don't have enough experience with laundry mats to know for sure. Despite the seating and costs I would recommend this location and will be back myself. read more

This place was horrible. Person working was not helpful. Credit card machine wouldn't work and after trying 4 times she just said "no" and walked away from me, back to cleaning machines. Awful business. Now I have to find another laundromat that has the ability to take my money. Don't waste your time here. read more

Not wanting to wash a large comforter in my brand new and much hated washing machine, I found Coin Less Laundry which is very clean with shining floors, likewise matching machines of all sizes and content patrons. To make short work of the "figuring out how it works," there is a machine on the left wall upon entering where you must purchase a laundry card for 50 cents. You then "load" the card with money to wash and dry your clothes. What is/was unclear is the minimum load amount to the card. My cost to wash was $5.19 plus the .50 card for a total of $5.69. Since the card machine would only take bills, my minimum load would have to be 6 bucks, if I could go that low. I didn't try, knowing I wouldn't return and the difference from $5.19 (the cost to wash) vs. $6 for the card meant I would "wash" 81 cents down the drain since I did not intend to dry. Nope...and it turns out my latest nemesis did a fine job. On the other hand, if you need a laundromat on a routine basis this could be your place. Again, it's clean and I'm making an assumption the machines are in working order. But...coming back to my reason for not washing, (imo) with the card and pricing structure, you will always leave money behind unless there is a means to purchase the exact amount you need. Perhaps the business owner will weigh in. read more

It's not so bad in price but I've come across messed up dry machines that take all of my cards money & and no one could help me I just had to wait every 21 mins and put in the next load because the machine took all my money so I had an hour of dry time in one machine! also I ringed the assistance bell 5 times and no one came! I'm updating this post, there is a lady at the laundry mat she is dark with glasses and is really rude when you ask for anything at all she was chatting with another person and when I asked to use the bathroom she responded to me in Spanish saying no!!? Never coming here again! read more

Oh boy this place is a joke. You're better off hand washing every last item you own, as it will be less frustrating than using this place. My husband almost broke something today he was so angry with this place. Most machines were out of order. When he tried to use a seemingly functioning one, it took his money but then failed. The lady working can't speak a lick of English and was of zero help to him when the machine took his money. He tried another machine even though I told him to forget it and come home. He finally got it to work. Luckily we were only trying to wash 2 sleeping bags, so we chose not to use their dryers and opted to hang dry instead. How does a place like this stay in business? We're calling them tomorrow, but feel it might be a waste of time. Just like the hour spent there today. Totally wasted. Can't get that time back. Will NOT be using this place ever again. Do yourself a favor, find some place else. read more
