Pricing is based on item. The staff is really friendly and will let you know how to best take advantage of deals in the future. So base pricing is on the more expensive side, but there are ways around it. They also gave us some freebies the first time we went and were honest about why they were giving it away: they were laundry scent beads and they found that the scent was too strong for most customers. I appreciated the honesty. My partner got a wool item dry cleaned. It came back clean with no issues the next day for pickup. Unfortunately, they will not clean heavier bedding as their machines cannot handle it. Again, staff is really nice and they did let us know about another cleaner that may take it. I love the energy that they are okay with competition and supporting them too. If you need items regularly laundered or dry cleaned, Tide Cleaners can be pricey if you're not using deals or coupons. This location has gone down hill in customer service ever since all the new employees were transferred from the other stores. There was a great girl named Christine who worked there all the time - she was polite , curious and always welcoming. Since her absence - the manager and this new girl today that was chewing while talking to me and treating me like I'm just another dummy that can't spell his name properly. I just heard Christine quit :( . I have given feed back and hope it is listened to. It's a 30 -60 second interaction that makes ALL the difference. Absolutely furious!!! Tide Cleaners (7650 South McClintock Drive Tempe, AZ 85284) DESTROYED my UGG comforter set (comforter, 2 shams, 3 throw pillows). I had sent it in, along with an UGG throw blanket, as I have many times before. The throw blanket came back as normal. The set was mangled. The fibers are matted and appear heat damaged. They refuse to take responsibility and I'm out the cost of replacing it. I've used them for years. Never again. It's not that they ruined the set - s**t happens. The problem is the utter disregard for and denial of the damage. This is not good business. Photos below. Compare the good to the bad. But according to them, this isn't their fault. BS. First time using Delia. I recently moved and my old spot was closed. I googled all the closest dry cleaners and they all, ALL had less than 2 Stars. For the first time, I chose a place based on Yelp reviews. Sad day. Anyway, place is clean and the clothes were what I expected. Clean job, no damage. 1 star lost is due to obnoxiously high prices, in my opinion, and because I think the staff is ok. Better comparatively to other places I've been but not QT status. Recently I dropped off 3 articles of clothing here: I asked for their lower-priced, simple laundering, as the more expensive dry-cleaning didn't seem necessary this time. They agreed and the drop-off was complete. But later when picking up the clothing, they indicated their lower-priced laundering service was only available for dress shirts - so for my order they did the simple laundering I had requested, yet they still charged me the $16 dry-cleaning fee (more than double the cost). So I ended up having to pay more than double what I expected at drop-off, for an extra service I neither requested nor received. Even worse, when I highlighted what had happened, they showed no concern or interest in making things right. Very disappointed in this bait-and-switch, poor communication, and lack of interest in providing reasonable customer service. read more

This review is being written in the middle of COVID-19 lockdown in mid April: The reason I used this cleaner: This store started offering free cleaning for first responders and healthcare providers. My wife and I took advantage of this which allowed us to cut down how much both of us had to interact with the outside world. Why I will keep using it: After using the "loads of Hope" program I really hope they continue the pickup and delivery service. Came here since i just moved to the Area. I received a coupon in the mail, so i though i would give them a try. My fabulous Dry Cleaner is now far away in inner city Phoenix. I had a coupon that boosted what a great discount they give with this fabulous coupon. They did do a good job, but for 4 items my total was $18.72. I feel that is ridiculously high. My 4 items were a very plan skirt(no pleats), A shirt , a pair of shorts and a scarf. Plus they wasted a lot of packaging , There is ample parking in the lot. It is located in a nice shopping center. I am so disappointed in Tide Dry Cleaners (Delia Dry Cleaners)! For the money they charge you would expect quality work, not!! All are run by young adults and they don't check if buttons are missing or broken done by their carelessness!! My clothes are stuffed in 1 bag and when I get home they are wrinkled. I have never left a Yelp review in my life but after my experience here I really felt like I owed it to the community to warn everyone of my experience. I brought a dress to be dry cleaned here. When it was returned to me there were several holes in the front of it making it unwearable basically had been destroyed. I filed a damage claim and it was sent out for a repair attempt by Tide Dry cleaners. When they decided it was not repairable I was told I would be reimbursed instead. After several weeks on them not contacting me and me having to reach out multiple times in order to get proper forms to fill out. I was finally issued a check that was way less than half of the proven value of the dress. Their excuse being becuase it was two years old and not brand new. Basically just terrible customer service and ruined a dress I loved that I had planned to wear at my baby shower. Avoid this place if possible! read more

Will never return!! I went there after Delia's left. I have never paid so much for cleaning in my life. At most, my $250 should have been at least $100 less. Of course, they do not list their prices on their website or in the store. I was charged $17.85 for each dress, none of which needed pressing. I still cannot figure out what they charged $19.90 for. I have been going to Delia's for awhile now. They are reasonably priced and the hours of service are convenient. This location, the service is hit or miss. You might get an employee who is in a good mood and wants to help out, or you may get someone who doesn't really like where they work. You have to point out if you need something to be cleaned specifically or else it won't be done. read more

We like them so much! We paid $6 for their club and get a bag with our preferences every time. They are inexpensive, recycle their plastic and recycle their hangers. Plus they are nice, which you don't get every where. We had to go through a few places to find this winner. Very happy! read more

Well, we got our clothes back - I suppose that is deserving of at least one star. And they were reasonably pressed and looked acceptable. Unfortunately, whoever staples those numbered pieces of paper through the button holes of shirts is a bit overzealous on his or her stapling. Of the 10 shirts left, 4 had multiple staples actually stapled through the shirt fabric. I've actually never had this happen anywhere else in all the years I've been using cleaners. This might not seem like much of a deal until you go to pull the paper off and actually rip the shirt in the process. Absolutely do not give them your business. I dropped off 7 work shirts for dry cleaning. They were not dirty at all, just normal wear. It had been a while since they were worn so I wanted to just get them cleaned before wearing again. I dropped my items off on Sunday. I will admit that finding an open dry cleaners on Sunday is tough but this was SO NOT WORTH IT. I asked what their rates were for my items. They could not give me a price. The girl said it would vary from garment to garment because of the materials. She said not to worry because I would get a %25 discount. I told her that it shouldn't be more than $20. She agreed. Three days later, I pick up my items and the guy rings me out with a total of $46!!! I asked him for the itemized break down of the charges, he could not provide this. He threw his hands in the air and said, "hey, I don't make up the prices. That's including your %25 discount." Never in my life have I ever paid almost $50 for dry cleaning such simple items. The most I've ever paid for dry cleaning is $2.50 per item. There was no explanation for the cost. I told him I would never return. Also, when I got home, I noticed a stain on a shirt that was not there before. I can't tell what it is. It looks like a white paste got burnt into the fabric somehow and it is not coming out easily. Please take your business somewhere else. They are staffed by teenagers who cannot provide answers to customers regarding costs. This is not good. I used this cleaner a number of times and always been satisfied with the quality of the job. I never had shirts cleaned, so can't attest to that, but have had wool pants and a suit coat done. I also get my duvet, comforter and sham cleaned here when I can afford it. It's a good idea to join their club program as you will save a lot of money. I feel they do a professional job and are timely in getting the job done. I think it's too bad they have so many negative reviews here at Yelp because I don't think they deserve it. It does cost a lot of money to get things dry cleaned, but it you want your finery to last, you better pay. I like the way my items are presented on hangers. If I could give negative stars, I would. First off, for 3 items, the cost was over $20. One of my items was a peacoat. I had told them that the button on the inside of the jacket was loose and would like it tightened back up. This is where things go wrong. I get the jacket back and not only is the button not fixed, its missing entirely and an extra button I had inside the inner pocket was also missing. I return the jacket. I'm picking it up for the second time. I check to make sure the button has actually been sewn on and there is not problem. A button has been sewn on, but a button may 1/4 the size of the original (which physically doesn't work with the larger button whole and the second button is still missing. I bring it back once again. Finally, the correct button has been sewn on and the second button has been return! Mazel Tov! Today, Its cold and I put my hand in my pockets to discover that, in addition to sewing the inside button back on, for some reason they resewed all the other buttons on with the mini buttons on the back side, and in the process have sewn straight through the pockets! I can't even go back to this place to have them fix their endless mistakes, because I will wait the two days that I have had to wait every other time I brought it back just to find something else wrong. If they do it right there on the spot with me watching them, them maybe I would go back. This is by far one of the worst experiences with any sort of business in any industry. Its like they are f***ing up on purpose, because they find it amusing. Never, ever go here. Overpriced and a HUGE headache. Update: 1/13/2016 I got a call back from one of their representatives and they refunded me and offered credit. They had a pretty fast response time. I was a loyal customer for years. They are affordable and convenient due to location/hours/parking. I am giving them 3 stars due to the way they handled the loss of my husbands shirts. The ONE time I throw away the receipt, his shirts go missing. They denied and turned the blame on me. My husband went in to ask if he could look through as he thought he saw them and they told him "no". Months later they miraculously turned up. My first impression was bleh as the young lady at the front counter (name purposely withheld as I don't want to embarrass someone publicly) was having a bad day and not friendly at all BUT the manager made it right! I was a potential first time customer, after my first impression I walked out without dropping off my clothes and followed up the next day to voice my concerns about the lack of customer service. The young lady (Lisa Marie) that answered my call was very apologetic and advised she would have the manager (Jeanette) call me right away. True to her word, I received a call within 15 minutes. She went above and beyond to make it right (comping my bill which wasn't even an expectation) and I went from being a potential customer to being a repeat customer!!
