I have not used the service yet and will definitely be coming here for all my dry cleaning needs as they were able to answer the questions I had concerning a suit cleaning with stains. The woman I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable regarding suit cleaning from home in case dry cleaning isn't the best option for us. This is also the only place with the best reviews I've seen in Maricopa county. Last place I called before here, I was told there was no compelling reason to bring my husbands suit there. I needed a down comforter cleaned and the Goodyear area cleaners all had such bad reviews. Rite Cleaners not only had high ratings, but they picked up and delivered which was even better. I live on the far south end of Estrella Mountain. And the price for cleaning amazed me. I expected to pay way more. When I scheduled my appointment on line it was past the required time for that day, but they called and said that they were out here that day and would put me on the schedule. One time, I drove around for 3 months with clothes in my trunk that I kept intending to take to the dry cleaner. I would go so rarely, that every few months I would have a happy reunion in my closet with slacks I hadn't seen in almost an entire season. Besides being a teensy bit lazy, I am just so busy during the week, making it impossible for me to get those M-F, 9-5 errands done. This is why I love Dry Cleaning Home Express. My days are Mondays and Thursdays. That means, I put my bag of clothes outside on Monday morning, and viola, come Thursday evening when I get home from work, my clean clothes are bagged and hung (on the back of my gate, as I requested). During the summer, I don't wear a lot of clothes that require dry cleaning, so I am an "on call" customer. I call when I need a pick-up. In the cooler months, I need the service more regularly, so I can switch over to a regular M & Th customer. When I first considered using Dry Cleaning Home Express, I assumed the prices would be much higher than another dry cleaner - I honestly haven't noticed that the prices are inflated, and the door-to-door service is worth any extra $$, for sure. I brought my down comforter here and they left it looking like new! Their customer service has been great everyone is friendly and have helped me right away after ringing their bell for help or when I call their phones. The older gentleman that helped me today said they also pick up and drop off so that's a plus and since I live 30 min away from them it's something that's convenient for me. I just picked up my sons brand new Hugo Boss $70 shirt, they ruined it. I trusted them with new garments, only worn once, never been laundered or dry cleaned. Not only do they not care about customer preferences they don't even honor care instructions found on garment tags. Upon drop off I specifically pointed out the soiled stains on the garments and requested warm water/no starch/no bleach/no dryer for the shirt (as stated on the tags). If I got one of the four I'd be surprised. Now the stains are set and the garment cannot be worn again. They also snagged threads on my sons right cuff on his new suit jacket. They did not offer to replace the shirt or repair the jacket. According to the owner he has been in business "for years', apparently you must request his personal attention to receive proper regard for cleaning procedures. This is not rocket science. So no training for any other employees there, that is a management issue. Why is it so hard to find diligent quality service in a service industry? read more

I would give this place ten stars if I could. A neighbor gifted us with bugs and the only place that had the expertise, training, and willingness to handle the closets of dry cleaning that my daughter had was this place. In New York, Boston, and Chicago, there are many places with the training to tackle this ugly job. In Phoenix it seems no one is trained, so I was going to throw away thousands of dollars of clothes. My last phone call I took a chance and called this place. Not only did they save the clothes, they did the job correctly and everything that could be treated came back beautiful. Some came back looking better than before, because the local cleaners used before, was clearly not as good. Since the area they cover for pickup and delivery is so large, I will be using them for my regular dry cleaning needs from now on.
