Easy and convenient. Their regular procedure is to send a driver to your door, take it to the store and clean it, then return it to your door a few days later. I'll call them again for the next dry cleaning I need. read more

Reliable cleaners. Friendly service. Like the pickup and delivery service. I will definitely recommend this cleaner. read more

A nice small family business. Dropped a sweater of my husbands with a major spot in the front and they took great care I. Removing it and returning it good as new. read more

After trying three other dry cleaners in the Surprise area, and being very disappointed with poor quality, I found Rite Cleaners through Yelp. I should have checked here first. This place is the real thing. My husband's dress shirts come back professionally pressed. It's not an easy thing to find these days! I have had the pleasure of speaking with the owner on a couple of accasions. They have been in business for years and the attention to detail expected is evident. Everyone there is very nice and very attentive when a customer walks in. I have complete trust in leaving my finest clothes with them. read more

We took in 11 items of clothing. And they had them ready the same day!! Excellent service! Great quality!! Definitely coming back , and definitely would recommend !! read more

I have not used the service yet and will definitely be coming here for all my dry cleaning needs as they were able to answer the questions I had concerning a suit cleaning with stains. The woman I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable regarding suit cleaning from home in case dry cleaning isn't the best option for us. This is also the only place with the best reviews I've seen in Maricopa county. Last place I called before here, I was told there was no compelling reason to bring my husbands suit there. When it comes to expensive suits one hopes to make it last a long time. read more

I needed my dress uniform cleaned on short notice. Rite Cleaners did an excellent job and even delivered it to me!! I will definitely use them again. They do pick up and deliver within a certain area. Everyone there was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. read more

LOVE Dry Cleaning Home Express! Prices are comparable to other dry cleaning stores AND what's BEST? They PICK UP and DROP OFF!!! The convenience is invaluable. I've been using them for YEARS! Even before Joanna took over and I have never been disappointed. Joanna has always been accommodating and helpful and her company does an outstanding job on my clothes. WHY would anyone choose to drive to a laundry location to drop their clothes and then have to remember to pick them up?! They also handle cleaning my wool rugs! As long as I'm living within their service area they will have me as their client!!! read more

I needed a down comforter cleaned and the Goodyear area cleaners all had such bad reviews. Rite Cleaners not only had high ratings, but they picked up and delivered which was even better. I live on the far south end of Estrella Mountain. And the price for cleaning amazed me. I expected to pay way more. When I scheduled my appointment on line it was past the required time for that day, but they called and said that they were out here that day and would put me on the schedule. Delivered back the same week, cleaned on a hanger in a plastic garment bag. Fluffy and no longer dingy looking. Highly recommend!! read more

Right cleaners is great. I've gotten a few pieces washed here. They have been successful in removing stains from some of my garments. They also pick up laundry from your house! read more

Customer service was amazing, as was the dry cleaning. They processed my garment so quickly! I'm very appreciative and will absolutely return. read more

I operate an online vintage shop which includes vintage clothing. The clothing is not always in the best condition and needs delicate care when cleaning. I whole heartedly trust this operation and in the 2 years, maybe more, that I have been using them I have never been dissapointed. Not only is their work of high quality, their prices are very reasonable. The fact that they offer free pick up and delivery is the cherry on the cake! Unless this place falls off the face of the earth, I have no intention of ever going anywhere else and am happy to give them my highest recommendation. read more

One time, I drove around for 3 months with clothes in my trunk that I kept intending to take to the dry cleaner. I would go so rarely, that every few months I would have a happy reunion in my closet with slacks I hadn't seen in almost an entire season. Besides being a teensy bit lazy, I am just so busy during the week, making it impossible for me to get those M-F, 9-5 errands done. This is why I love Dry Cleaning Home Express. My days are Mondays and Thursdays. That means, I put my bag of clothes outside on Monday morning, and viola, come Thursday evening when I get home from work, my clean clothes are bagged and hung (on the back of my gate, as I requested). During the summer, I don't wear a lot of clothes that require dry cleaning, so I am an "on call" customer. I call when I need a pick-up. In the cooler months, I need the service more regularly, so I can switch over to a regular M & Th customer. When I first considered using Dry Cleaning Home Express, I assumed the prices would be much higher than another dry cleaner - I honestly haven't noticed that the prices are inflated, and the door-to-door service is worth any extra $$, for sure. The price list is all on the website, so check it out! read more

Just moved to the area so I searched them out and wow am I thrilled! They do a super job on my clothing and it's one less thing for me to worry about since they pick up and drop off, I can't say enough, so professional and accommodating, well done team! read more

I had had a dry clean only table cloth cleaned twice by another company. The spots I needed cleaned were not removed, one being ice cream. I decided to try Rite Cleaners as it got such great reviews. I pointed out the spots, the agent tagged them immediately. I checked when I picked the item up, the spots were gone! Great job! I will continue using Rite Cleaners read more

Wish I could give them 10 Stars! Excellent customer service, prompt pick up & delivery, and great cleaning and pressing. Don't waist your time with any other cleaner in the Valley. Rite Cleaners is the best! read more

We've been using Rite Cleaners for a few months now, and they have been fantastic! They pick up and deliver your clothes, no issues at all with the dry cleaning, and (I feel) very reasonably priced. Additionally, we've had a few alterations needed, and they have been perfect with a pretty quick turn around! read more

I brought my down comforter here and they left it looking like new! Their customer service has been great everyone is friendly and have helped me right away after ringing their bell for help or when I call their phones. The older gentleman that helped me today said they also pick up and drop off so that's a plus and since I live 30 min away from them it's something that's convenient for me. I'm very happy that I decided to give them a try and didn't take my chances on closer dry cleaners that had bad reviews. I definitely recommend this place! read more

Great, friendly fast service! I chose them for the cleaning and preservation of my wedding dress. The delivery and the packaging was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them! read more

I just picked up my sons brand new Hugo Boss $70 shirt, they ruined it. I trusted them with new garments, only worn once, never been laundered or dry cleaned. Not only do they not care about customer preferences they don't even honor care instructions found on garment tags. Upon drop off I specifically pointed out the soiled stains on the garments and requested warm water/no starch/no bleach/no dryer for the shirt (as stated on the tags). If I got one of the four I'd be surprised. Now the stains are set and the garment cannot be worn again. They also snagged threads on my sons right cuff on his new suit jacket. They did not offer to replace the shirt or repair the jacket. According to the owner he has been in business "for years', apparently you must request his personal attention to receive proper regard for cleaning procedures. This is not rocket science. So no training for any other employees there, that is a management issue. Why is it so hard to find diligent quality service in a service industry? read more

Amazing service I never have time to pick up and drop off my dry cleaning. The local place I took it to was great but the hours they were open was horrible. Now I just bag it put it on my door and a couple days later they are dropped off at my office. GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY read more

I would give this place ten stars if I could. A neighbor gifted us with bugs and the only place that had the expertise, training, and willingness to handle the closets of dry cleaning that my daughter had was this place. In New York, Boston, and Chicago, there are many places with the training to tackle this ugly job. In Phoenix it seems no one is trained, so I was going to throw away thousands of dollars of clothes. My last phone call I took a chance and called this place. Not only did they save the clothes, they did the job correctly and everything that could be treated came back beautiful. Some came back looking better than before, because the local cleaners used before, was clearly not as good. Since the area they cover for pickup and delivery is so large, I will be using them for my regular dry cleaning needs from now on. I like that it is a family business and that they take pride in their work. read more
