Walked in to pick up my husband's pants, and the lady handed me a pair of pants without asking me my name or my phone number. I went home and my husband went to work. and it didn't dawn on me to check the pants. When he got home from work, he took the pants out of the car to get them ready for work the next day and they were women's pants and not men's. They are rude - change the prices every other time I come in. I've spent well over $200 at this place and every time I come in they just give you a huge attitude and make you feel uncomfortable. I was referred to this place by the place I bought my formal dress. I drop it off on a Friday the 4th. I needed it to be seamed at the bottom. So I payed and left it there. The lady tells me we will have it ready on Thursday the 10th. Thursday comes and I call around 10am since I was going to be close by. I talked to Rubi the owner. I say I am calling to make sure my dress is ready for me to pick up, she said when did you leave it? I say Friday. She followed by saying we don't have Fridays items ready. I said, the lady told me it would be ready on Thursday. She said I'll have it ready at 4. I get there Around 5. I get my dress and try it on in the bathroom. Very gross, I was afraid to get piss on my dress. So I tried it on quickly.I know nothing about sewing. However, they did such a horrible job. It was half fast job. I would not recommend this place to no one. In her description she says she love good quality doesn't like shortcuts. Not sure what happened here but I am not pleased and my honest opinion save yourself the trip and find a better tailor. read more

Very unreliable in regards to time. I was told a specific time that my clothes would be done and it ended up being 4 hours late. I then asked if I could just have my clothes back to take them elsewhere and the owner threatened to call the cops on me. Overall, this is a poor establishment and not worth the risk. read more

Oh. Expected it to be alot cheaper for the quality and just the whole service all the way around. They all speak very little English, they dont call to tell you it's done either. Once I got my 2 items back they barely looked any different and smelled the same. So apparently they just "steamed them both if they even did that. I won't be returning. read more

I had started a cape/cloak faux fur with a satin liner piece and wanted it sleeveless. I messed up the satin liner and needed the help. Specifically from someone experienced with satin and thought a quinceanera seamstress would be the best choice. I was very disappointed that for how much they charge that the clothing wasn't ready at the time they said I had to leave and go back a few hours later because the lady was working on them still this was a few days after I dropped them off.
