I must say I was very pleased with the finished product. I went there on a recommendation and have no regrets. The owner and her assistant were very helpful and my wedding dress is beautiful! I received nothing but compliments. I would definitely go back for other work. Karen O read more

I went here for alterations. Rubi altered my mother of the pride dress. She was quick. The alterations she made had me looking stunning. She was very professional. Fitted me and made all the appropriate changes I needed. I definitely will be coming back if I need any other kind of alterations. Love love love her work! read more

Walked in to pick up my husband's pants, and the lady handed me a pair of pants without asking me my name or my phone number. I went home and my husband went to work. and it didn't dawn on me to check the pants. When he got home from work, he took the pants out of the car to get them ready for work the next day and they were women's pants and not men's. I definitely will not take my business there again. read more

Rubi was awesome! She got my dress done super quick and even helped fix the buttons that came off super last minute! Will definitely be coming back read more

They are rude - change the prices every other time I come in. I've spent well over $200 at this place and every time I come in they just give you a huge attitude and make you feel uncomfortable. They change the per pound price whenever they feel like it. They change the "fast" fee whenever they want - you'd think they would recognize I've been in there so much they can't lie to me like that. Just go somewhere else - they're super rude and unprofessional read more

Did a very nice job with my clothes. A pretty quick turnaround time and very cheap compared to other businesses.

Bad bad service, if you want to get insulted by the seamstress go right ahead. i dropped off a couple of work suits to have dry clean. Went back to show the lady what a terrible job she did and she insulted me I don't know what's worse her attitude towards her customers or her job read more

Pesimo trabajo! Y la doña le vale un cuete ! I would not recommend taking your cloths there ! They don't care !

They did such a great job and fast. I got my dress late in the mail and I had little to no time to find some to fix it and have it back for my occasion. The owner was kind and willing to help me. read more

These ladies do such a great job!! ive had my dry cleaning done here and they do a marvelous job read more

Took my wedding dress for alterations and after a terrible experience with another seamstress I took my dress to Rubi and it's absolutely perfect! Her pricing is very fair and I will be referring anyone I know to her. read more

After shopping around lots of different alteration places with unreasonable prices I finally found this tiny place that totally caught me by surprise! The price Rubi gave me was very very reasonable and her turn around time was faster than any other place I had went to. She was finished way ahead of schedule and really took care of my dress. I will definitely be back. read more

I was referred to this place by the place I bought my formal dress. I drop it off on a Friday the 4th. I needed it to be seamed at the bottom. So I payed and left it there. The lady tells me we will have it ready on Thursday the 10th. Thursday comes and I call around 10am since I was going to be close by. I talked to Rubi the owner. I say I am calling to make sure my dress is ready for me to pick up, she said when did you leave it? I say Friday. She followed by saying we don't have Fridays items ready. I said, the lady told me it would be ready on Thursday. She said I'll have it ready at 4. I get there Around 5. I get my dress and try it on in the bathroom. Very gross, I was afraid to get piss on my dress. So I tried it on quickly.I know nothing about sewing. However, they did such a horrible job. It was half fast job. I would not recommend this place to no one. In her description she says she love good quality doesn't like shortcuts. Not sure what happened here but I am not pleased and my honest opinion save yourself the trip and find a better tailor. read more

Very unreliable in regards to time. I was told a specific time that my clothes would be done and it ended up being 4 hours late. I then asked if I could just have my clothes back to take them elsewhere and the owner threatened to call the cops on me. Overall, this is a poor establishment and not worth the risk. read more

Oh. Expected it to be alot cheaper for the quality and just the whole service all the way around. They all speak very little English, they dont call to tell you it's done either. Once I got my 2 items back they barely looked any different and smelled the same. So apparently they just "steamed them both if they even did that. I won't be returning. read more

We contracted Better Look Laundry to do some contract sewing for us. Work was shoddy and the owner was unreliable, constantly late and couldn't follow instructions. We moved on. I would not recommend them for sewing. read more

After waiting 7 months for another seamstress to actually start my dress and half a** it the whole way through I decided to take a chance with Ruby the owner and she did an AMAZING job!!! I wish I would have went with her the first time. There has literally no issues with her. The process has had no stress and shes a great person to work with. I am blessed I found her and happy she was able to make my dreams come true. read more

Rubi was awesome, I called her because I needed my bridesmaids dress hemmed and she was very reasonably priced and did such a great job in the time that she promised.. I would reccomend her to anyone.. I do have to say though that her place is in rough part of town and at 1st I was concerned but she reassured me that my dress would be safe.. lol I will definitely use her in the future. read more

Went to Better Look for alterations on a mother-of-groom wedding dress. Ruby, the owner, did a fantastic job and was not only less expensive than most I got the dress back in less than a week! Only took a fitting and she got it perfect 1st time. I will definitely use Better Look Services again and would encourage anyone needing alterations to use Ruby!! read more

I had started a cape/cloak faux fur with a satin liner piece and wanted it sleeveless. I messed up the satin liner and needed the help. Specifically from someone experienced with satin and thought a quinceanera seamstress would be the best choice. After searching Offerup and Facebook Marketplace for quinceanera seamstress, I kept seeing Rubi pop up. I contacted her and she took it from there. I'm satisfied with Rubi's work and would use her and her team again. read more

I would give no stars if I could. I was very disappointed that for how much they charge that the clothing wasn't ready at the time they said I had to leave and go back a few hours later because the lady was working on them still this was a few days after I dropped them off. I would not be going back. If anyone needs there clothes done on time do NOT come here. read more
