I came in to hem a bridesmaids dress and she offered suggestions on how to better alter the dress to fit better. She did such a great job even completing it within the timeframe I needed. I will definitely use her in the future! read more

My boyfriend has an old jacket that had a lot of sentimental value to him with holes and a missing button. They were able to repair it and replace the missing button. They did an amazing job and the price was lower than I expected. I definitely recommend this place. read more

She was friendly and had my suit done on time. It was a bit more than other places I had called but the quality seems good

She does amazing professional work! Completely trust her work and advice. She did a great job on my mother of the groom dress!

I have used them for over 20 years and they are amazing. The owner is always pleasant and their work is impeccable. I highly recommend them.

I've been going to them for a couple of years, very good work, very reliable and great personalities.

Service was great and very respectful. I went in to have a suit altered and they did an amazing job. The outcome was so good it made my other suite look bad. read more

I brought in my elopement dress less than 2 weeks before our big day and to my surprise, this incredible place was able to get it done just in time. Not only did they get it done fast, but the quality of the work was incredible and the customer service was great. Would highly highly recommend as they take pride in their work and get it done! read more

Drove all the way to the shop and waited outside to be there when they open only for them to not open. No sign posted as to why. If they have unpredictable hours, they must have unpredictable service. read more

I just had a few dresses and skirts taken in, and everything was done perfectly! The wait time (2 weeks) was more than reasonable for all that I'd left for alterations, and staff is SO amazingly friendly! I doubts I will every use another tailor now :) read more

Went there at 10:30. Neon sign and plastic sign on window said "open". Was locked up. Waited 10 minutes, no one opened it. Guess they didn't need any business that day. read more

Called to see if I could get a dress altered in a rush. Was willing to pay any amount. Whoever answered was super rude and very unprofessional. I guess I will have to take my money somewhere else. read more

Excellent work and always pleasant. Quality and attention to detail is important. My alterations are always done on time. Donna won't commit to something unless she can absolutely do it, and do it right. Have been going here for 10 years. read more

Brought my bridesmaid dress in to get hemmed and it was ready the day she said and she even steamed it after altering it which saved me a trip to the cleaners. Everything looks very nice and was super impressed. read more

Very sweet manager. She took in my dress no hesitation and will have it done before I even need it! They have a lifelong customer for sure!

I took my wedding dress here and the lady worked on what she could, but told me she couldn't alter to my custom requests. She told me it was impossible and came up with different excuses and why it wouldn't work. (Turns out none of that was true because another seamstress did EVERYTHING I asked for). She was being rude. She told me I am too "detailed and perfect." But it is my wedding dress so I wasn't expecting anything less. Seemed like she didn't want to spend time on it. She was getting loud when I voiced my opinion. I asked her to just finish it up so I can take it somewhere else. She legit drove me crazy but still ended up paying $400 for an unpleasant job. read more

The women working here are awesome. I needed my wedding dress shortened and taken in a bit. There was beading along the bottom and around the bust, and she did an amazing job! I could not have been more pleased. She was able to tailor my dress in less than a week (I had to travel on a plane with it, so I was petrafied it would not be completed in time. But it was!) Would highly recommend for any types of alterations. read more

January 17, 2017 I went in to this business today to ask how much it would cost to sew 4 patches on a jacket. The rude little asian lady, who appeared to be the owner or manager, said Forty Dollars. There was another customer in the store... I said "You have to be kidding, that is ridiculous!" And I walked out. This place is a joke and obviously do not offer anything resembling reasonable prices. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND wasting your time with this place like I did. read more

Kind of overpriced. Made my ugly suit coat slightly less ugly (my fault), but I will likely not be back.

I brought my suit here to get tailored for a wedding. The owner was very nice, she made small talk. & she also did a great job on making the alterations that I wanted. She did an amazing job & got it all done in the time I needed it. The only thing that sucks is that it was so expensive for the little things I needed done. read more

Love, Love, Love, Love awesome place to go my wedding dress came out beautiful made my curves show was nice to have it fit lost 50 lb so I felt pretty. She took care of me I'd recommend that place to everyone! read more

Such a nasty lady; will never have anything done here Absolutely no customer service; "so busy-so busy"; not another customer in the business read more

Excellent service. If you have made the initial investment with a garment you love and fluctuate in size, this is the place to take it! All alterations they do are "seamless" :) read more

I absolutely love this place, the seamstress is just the sweetest person and she does an amazing job. I took my bridesmaid dress there to get it altered and they did a phenomenal job it looked great. I highly recommend this place, you'd be in great hands (: read more

I have been taking my clothes to iTailors for over 3 years now and always had fantastic results. The turnaround time for me which is generally around a week or less sure beats all the other tailors that I have been going to by a long shot. Donna, the manager is a very nice person. She always brightens up my day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a fast turnaround time at a great price. Keep up the good work iTailor. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but this place always does such a good job. I have taken probably ten suits there for alterations on both he pants and jackets and they have gotten the cut and alterations right the first time every time. Definitely worth the price. read more

I have taken my alterations "I Tailor" for going on ten years and have only been to one other place since we have been in Phoenix. The owner bends over backwards to do whatever I have requested and is very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I have now turned my wife on to the "Alteration Lady" and they have seemed to click right off the bat. We have found the perfect alterations LADY and would not go anywhere else. Anyone considering buying a suit from iTailor should first consider my recent experience. In June I ordered a suit from their online site. I paid £132 through Paypal. When the suit arrived, on first inspection, it seemed well made until I tried it on. The jacket was so tight, it was very difficult to button (double breasted) and impossible to wear a sweater or vest underneath. The trousers were a close fit everywhere and likely to split the seams after a short time of movement even though I ordered 'comfort fit'. Worst of all, the leg length was over four inches too short. Though I was measured by someone else, each measurement was checked twice, iTailor refused to remedy or refund. Paypal decided in favour of iTailor because of their policy of not allowing refunds on 'custom made' items even if faulty which is entirely contrary to British and European Consumer Law (Paypal is registered in Luxembourg). I have now lost £132 and have a suit that is completely un-wearable. WATCH OUT!!! When I brought an item to be altered and I got the final product and was unhappy with the result and told the person there that it didn't look right, she argued with me repeatedly. When I asked her to return the item to its original state she was really rude, agreed to do it but told me that she didn't ever want me to come back after that. My advice: GO somewhere else!!!! read more

I took in a pair of Burberry wool slacks that have been hanging in my closet with the tag on for several years just needing to have a professional hem. The service here was great, the price was very very reasonable and the hem looked like it came that way originally from the designer. read more

Super nice lady. I brought in a few shirts that were hard to alter and she went above and beyond to get the job done. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her service. read more

I took my wedding dress in and she had it done within 2 weeks. But I absolutely loved he way she did it! It fits perfectly and I'm so in love with it! She was so sweet to me and helped me with anything I needed. While the price was alittle high, it was still for a wedding dress so I understood. read more

I had a blouse I washed too much and ruined the elastic. They repaired and made look like new. Thank you.

They do very beautiful and professional work. And the price is reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs alterations/tailoring done. read more
