He helped customize my black tuxedo and white dress shirt, along with make recommendations on several accessories (bow tie, suspenders, cufflinks, etc). I made a few follow up appointments with Tony to make sure the fit was perfect, and I honestly can say that this is the best tuxedo outfit I have ever purchased! For the quality, service, and price point, you really can't beat it. My favorite thing about this store is the customer service and experience ... they truly make you a feel like a world-class gentleman as I prepare for my big wedding day. The first two visits, I wasn't even acknowledged. On the third visit, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment to receive assistance. So today, I finally made one online. The website automatically assigned me an associate. When I arrived, no one greeted me, so I started browsing and trying on suits myself. After about five minutes, an associate approached and asked me to check in. When he saw that my appointment was with someone else, he told me he couldn't help me and that I'd have to wait. The associate I was scheduled with was busy with another customer, so I waited for about 20 minutes past my appointment time while other associates were available and had no other customers to help. When I finally voiced my frustration to the associate I had the appointment with, he made no attempt to make the situation right or offer any kind of solution. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted to shop at Suit Supply. For a brand that prides itself on service and tailoring, this experience has been consistently disappointing.

After my vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run in the Kierland Commons parking lot, by a member of the cleaning staff, I left Mr. Kea a voicemail on Saturday, July 18, requesting a return call regarding the incident. Unfortunately, I never received a response. As someone who works at Kierland Commons, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and concern. Instead, I had to flag down an employee driving a golf cart just to locate the security office myself. The lack of follow-up and assistance during a situation involving property damage is unacceptable. Additionally, the parking lot design is extremely narrow, making it difficult to navigate safely and increasing the risk of accidents. I hope Kierland Commons takes both customer and employee safety more seriously and improves its response to incidents like this in the future.
