They had a great selection available, although only a few pairs were in my size. The prices were fantastic too -- about 30% off MSRP, which made the trip even better. After finding the flip flops, I took a quick lap around the store and found several other great deals. They had Ray-Ban sunglasses marked down around 50% off MSRP along with a solid selection of name-brand health and beauty products at discounted prices. Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of those stores where it pays to spend some time searching through the racks. If you're willing to browse a bit, you can find some seriously good deals on quality brands. The store itself was clean, organized, and easy to shop. Evelyn provided excellent customer service during checkout and made the experience even better. Plenty of free parking outside as well.

I'm not sure what their issue is but they are the only salespeople in town that seem to want to call me fat. I ask them to get me an extra small and they question me. Not only is that my best fit, when it's not too large in this store. But some ladies like things clingy. If that was my taste who are they to judge if I'm willing to pay their high prices. I like to watch for deals and this location had no real sales or clearance items. The decor was very generic. I wasn't a fan of obviously the architect who lives out of state. The artwork is reprints of Instagram postings of various locations around the United States. However, the only social media photo representing Scottsdale was am image of selfie shadow standing next to a generic swimming pool way in the back. There are so many more interesting photos of local architecture or desert scenery they could have used and more prominently displayed. The California or New York architect that designed this A&F did not care about connecting their brand locally. The locally employed retail workers were friendly and helpful.
