I've been to Suit Supply four times now, and each time has been frustrating. The first three times I walked in, no one greeted me or offered to help because I didn't have an appointment. The first two visits, I wasn't even acknowledged. On the third visit, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment to receive assistance. So today, I finally made one online. The website automatically assigned me an associate. When I arrived, no one greeted me, so I started browsing and trying on suits myself. After about five minutes, an associate approached and asked me to check in. When he saw that my appointment was with someone else, he told me he couldn't help me and that I'd have to wait. The associate I was scheduled with was busy with another customer, so I waited for about 20 minutes past my appointment time while other associates were available and had no other customers to help. When I finally voiced my frustration to the associate I had the appointment with, he made no attempt to make the situation right or offer any kind of solution. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted to shop at Suit Supply. For a brand that prides itself on service and tailoring, this experience has been consistently disappointing. read more

I was hoping for a better experience. On March 29th, I went to the store to look at suits after doing a lot of research. I wanted a custom made suit to my measurements. After spending some time shopping around in the store, I decided to get measured and order. The process seemed easy, the suit jacket they use for fittings fit great and they would order with slight adjustments. I spent $1200 on a custom suit. I received a notice when the suit was shipped. I logged on and noticed it was being shipped from China. I assume it's assembled in China. On April 18th, I went in and tried the suit on. The pants were too tight and the suit jacket was off. The suit bowed out at the chests. My sales associate went over to speak to the Custom Suit Manager who just looked over at me and nodded. He didn't bother to come check what changes needed to be made. They took more measurements and would make adjustments in store for a later pick up. I went back on April 24 and the suit jacket still bowed out at the chest. Same situation, my Sales Associate spoke to his manager and he looked over at me apparently agreeing with the proposed changes. He never came over to look at the suit of check. They went to make more alterations in store. On May 10th, I went back and it still had issues. Another sales person looked at the suit and saw the same issue I kept having acknowledging it was a problem. They decided that the size of the suit was a size too small from the get go. They decided to completely reorder the suit jacket. On May 22nd, I got a notice the suit shipped from China. Once scanned by UPS, there were no more scans after that. On June 6, I emailed service@suitsupply.com to ask what the status of the shipment was. They didn't respond. I texted them on the US phone number on their website. They didn't respond. On June 12th, I emailed again asking for the status. They responded the next day that the suit was at the store ready for pick up. I called the store the next day to confirm and was told they are having problems with their system notifying customers the suit is there. So it's been there for some time. On June 14th, I went to the store again. And the same issue, the chest of the suit bowed outwards. At this point, I asked for a refund. The manager said "Let us know if we can help you again in the future." That was the end of it. I'm not sure what else I was expecting but I felt like there was no desire to save me. There was also no one in the store on a Saturday. This is not a true custom suit. I'm not sure if they can't measure correctly, they don't know how to make alterations, or just aren't concerned. So all in all, it took months to get nowhere for a "custom" suit. For the money, there are much better options. read more

I went to Suitsupply to find the perfect black tuxedo outfit for my upcoming wedding. When you walk into the store, you immediately how big and spacious this place is. I made an appointment with Tony P. who is the best men's tailor I have ever worked with. He helped customize my black tuxedo and white dress shirt, along with make recommendations on several accessories (bow tie, suspenders, cufflinks, etc). I made a few follow up appointments with Tony to make sure the fit was perfect, and I honestly can say that this is the best tuxedo outfit I have ever purchased! For the quality, service, and price point, you really can't beat it. My favorite thing about this store is the customer service and experience ... they truly make you a feel like a world-class gentleman as I prepare for my big wedding day. I like this place so much, that I even recommended my groomsman to come to this location to have the same experience as me and they are all very happy with this experience. Service was pretty good. The selection was limited to a couple styles. The big problem came when their multiple tailors could not adjust the pants to fit comfortably . I am a fairly in shape 190 pound guy. I've never had a problem having suits tailored until this experience. After multiple attempts and different suitsupply tailors I gave up and got my money back. This was for a suit off the rack. I had ordered a custom suit and had the bad experience. In order to properly measure someone for a suit it should take at least 10 minutes for an expert. They measured in under 5 minutes using some tailoring app on an iPad. Measuring someone for a suit is not something that can be done by a fancy app, IMHO. I would NOT reccomended getting a suit from suitsupply! read more

Terrible concept and execution. What appears to be a great store front, fancy dressed sales clerks, is in reality a China based operation. In fact all sewing is done overseas and you will get your stuff sometime in the future. I waited 4+ weeks for a pair of pants and never got them! Showed-up to an appointment on November 12. Waited for 20+ minutes to be seen as I wanted a pair of custom pants. Measuring took 10 minutes, and I selected fabric and paid around $250 for 1 pair of pants. Delivery was discussed as 2 weeks perhaps few days more. 2 weeks later, I called to inquire on the status of my order. Well they said work in China is behind and it will take few more days. Ok thank you! Called a week later again asking when will my pants be ready and was told oh yes they are even further behind should be done in a week. Called yet another week later, only to be told, yes we don't know what is the status and when you can expect them. Holidays are around the corner and it might be delayed further. After 4+ weeks I cannot get an update on expensive pair of pants???? This company is a total joke as if Bernie Maddoff himself created it. Fortunately for me, I asked to get my money back. Olivia came over to help us and it was the most pleasant experience. Their suit package was everything we needed for our elopement. It was a one stop shop for all of our needs in such a short amount of time and even comes with tailoring that will be ready in a few days. The staff is so nice and definitely amazing experience. Terrible customer service experience from start to finish with Suit Co. I flew in to the AZ location specifically so that I could I get fitted and talk to an advisor in person about my wedding suit. The advisor I scheduled a consultation with ended up splitting my appointment time helping a friend of his who walked in. When I expressed my frustration, he stated it'd only take a minute although it ended up being over half my allotted time. A little disappointed with the lack of customer service I decided to continue through the process because I liked my suit and the advisor promised to follow up and immediately address any concerns I had. However, when the suit arrived the pants were too small, I reached out over text twice to my advisor but after our first initial text exchange I never received a reply or a follow up. Additionally, I called the store and left a voicemail asking for a return call and assistance but never received a call back. I was left feeling like as soon as I'd purchased my suit I was on my own. I'll begin this review by stating that I have never experienced such terrible customer service at a place of business as I experienced here at SuitSupply. The whole storefront business model is based on stylists that help guide you through the process of designing and purchasing a suit. It's safe to say that the one part a business like SuitSupply has to do correctly is provide good customer service via their stylists. Well, they fail at that. I have never had an experience with a more unprofessional and simply rude person. I believe the stylist's name was Keenan, but honestly I do not care to remember their name. They were pompous, arrogant, and rude. My friend made a comment about the trousers and Keenan acted as if he had personally insulted him and his ancestors. Thereafter, we were met with rude comments and under the breath remarks until I made an excuse to leave. At the ridiculous prices they're charging for Chinese made low quality suits, I expect the experience to at the very least be easy and comforting, not hostile and rude. Although I will not support SuitSupply, if you like the clothes they offer, then I suggest ordering online, having it delivered to your house, and getting it tailored at your local tailor. TLDR; avoid the pompous, arrogant, and rude stylists here at SuitSupply. If you like the clothes, then I suggest ordering online and taking it to a tailor. read more

We have purchased a few suits here the past few years and just visited again the past weekend to fins suits for our wedding. My fiance likes the fit of the suits he has bought before from SuitSupply so we're hoping our groomsmen will too. The 3 store associates that have helped us and that I remember: Ioan (pronounced John), Kevin, Anna Anna was the associate that helped us on our most recent visit. Our wedding planner had picked out a suit online for us and she was able to locate it in the store (in a different size). She hunted down the correct size for us in a different store and even took the time to chat with us on her day off. Kevin is very knowledgeable in the products and the store. We remember Ioan only because of his name - It's "John" spelled with an 'I' - hahaha. read more

I sent my mom and sister into this store today to help me find a dress shirt for groomsmen that will match my bridesmaids dresses. I was on FaceTime so I could see the shirts. When my mom explained that and why they were in, the employees who were working laughed at her to her face and did not assist in any way to help them find what they were looking for. They had to wander around to find a staff member to ask questions. Even though they had a shirt that matched, I will not be purchasing from them solely because of the experience my mom and sister had. If you're working in the customer service industry you should act like. And always be respectful to your customers. This isn't the first time I've had an experience like this at this store either. Came to Suitsupply in Scottsdale quarter to buy my son a gift certificate for his bday. I was greeted upon entering, and even though this gentleman was busy with customers he made sure to get someone out to help me. Both of the employees here are absolute adorable as they fumbled to get this gift certificate complete. As people don't normally buy gift certificates in person anymore I suppose? Not a big review guy but...Went in to buy a few travel suits for my season. Had lasik eye surgery yesterday to improve my vision because I play a professional sport. Got to the store a little early (thought they opened at 10, but they open at 11). I couldn't see well but the employee was pointing at the door (had no idea what he was trying to say). So he just stood there pointing at the door, not wanting to have to walk over. Finally, he rolled his eyes walked over and pointed to a low part of a window again (still had no idea what he was saying). He opens the door and rudely says "we open at 11 man, that's why I was pointing at hours on the window." (People without having eye surgery the day before would have a tough time seeing the tiny letters on the window). So I said "oh I apologize, couldn't see that, just had eye surgery." He proceeded to shut the door. I hope you don't treat everyone that way, I am sorry you were having a bad morning and I inconvenienced you for having to walk 12 feet to the door. Hoping your day turns around and you treat the next paying customer a bit better. read more

Two had to be brought in for my size and once they were all in they proceeded to tailor them to complement my frame. This review is based solely on my experience today, June 16th. When you spend money in a store buying suits, you expect a bag to carry the item out of the store. Imagine going to a restaurant and ordering appetizers, but the server tells you that you can only get a fork when you buy a full meal. Brady in the Scottsdale Quarter store didn't want to give me a bag to carry the pants to my alteration out of the store. His response, "if you had a bought a suit, I could give you a bag..." Staff clearly lacked knowledge and experience. I explained what I was looking for and why. I was given two jackets to try on (both in different sizes, neither in my size), told they didn't have anything else in my size, and asked which of the two suits I wanted to buy. They clearly didn't listen to or understand my input. They had no clarifying questions or input of their own. When I was in high school and went to Macy's to buy a suit, the lady that mostly stocked shelves could tell my OTR jacket size when I walked up to her to buy a $70 special. Maybe Suitsupply should look into hiring some department-store shelf stockers to add some knowledge and professionalism to their staff. read more

Buy far the best place to buy a suit in Scottsdale, especially for the younger and middle-aged crowd. Went around town going to all different kinds of suit shops, and I was blown away at the quality of the store and the people working inside at Suitsupply. I was helped by William and can't say enough good things about him. He was by far the most knowledgeable and professional salesperson that I encountered at any place I visited, and I would definitely recommend talking to him. As for the suits, I wasn't able to find another suit that simply fit me and gave me that tailored look like the ones at suit supply. I'm 5'9" and definitely more on the skinny side, and their styles and fitments for my size could not have been better. Their style definitely keeps up with newer suit designs, shying away from a classic squared suit and focusing more on physique and having an overall tailored fit. Holy snob of a place! We came in here on a whim after brunch to begin our search for a suit for our wedding. There were maybe 2-3 other people in the store and at least 3-4 employees. We didn't get as much as a nod in our direction. No hello or be with you in a minute, nothing. We left after 10 minutes of being completely dismissed by each employee. Stopped by Suitsupply for a last-minute interview suit. I admit I was nervous as usually suits aren't something you can just grab off the shelf and go. Thankfully I was assisted by Ioan who put my fears to rest, as I walked out same day with a fine-quality, tailored suit for a reasonable price. We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop, and had courteous, professional service the entire time. Ioan simplified the selection process by asking just a few questions. Honestly, the only difficulty I encountered was choosing just the right tie. Within 45 minutes I felt comfortable knowing that I had a great looking suit appropriate for an interview. I was slightly bummed that they didn't have the matching shoes in stock for my size, but this actually worked out for the better. I found a similar set of Aldos at Nordstrom Rack for a fifth of the price. I'm not really a suit-and-tie person, but for those few moments in life where I need to look damn good, I'll come back to Suitsupply. read more

What a wonderful place! It is such a trendy atmosphere and the staff were so friendly and knowledgable. We were helped By a gentlemen named Chris. He truly went above and beyond for our needs. A highlight of my trip to Arizona. Like many other folks here, I was visiting from the LA area and decided to stop by. All of the guys working here were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, especially Kevin. He struck a great balance between helping with specific requests and adding his own advice. Suitsupply's product is made of excellent materials and comes (mostly) at a very reasonable price point. The only drawback I encountered was not being able to find the attire I wanted in my desired size, despite the size of this location. In the previous week I had visited Suitsupply's other locations in Los Angeles (Venice and Beverly Center), and this Scottsdale one definitely seems better stocked, so your experience may be better. Having said that I would not hesitate to return next time I am in the area. Practical tip: not easy to find from the road. Go to the movie theater and take the escalator/stairs/elevator to the second floor. Beautiful location, just tucked away from the road. read more

Top of the line suit store. First, I need to give props to Sean who hooked me up with a swaggy Tuxedo. I love how he gave me his honest opinion on styles and personal fit for what I was looking for. Sean was able to deliver exactly what I needed and went above and beyond my expectations. He was working with 3 customers at once (it has been crazy busy there) and I still felt like I got all the help I needed (Loan even pitched in at times, real team players at this store). Sean was sharp, honest, and very friendly. Just know when you walk in some of them already have scheduled appointments and may not be able to assist you right away, it will be worth the wait. I left with a perfectly fitting tuxedo ready to crush all 20 weddings coming up this year due to all the COVID postponements and you should really consider elevating your suit/tuxedo game and do the same. Honestly, for a place that brands itself on being bespoke and customized tailorinthe suit to fit perfectly with your body type, it doesn't live up to that name. I spent $700 on a suit, and it still didn't fit perfectly. Not saying this place doesn't have great suits, but there are plenty of options out there superior to this at that price point. $700 for a suit that fits "okay" is not worth it. read more

Often times I am hesitant to try a new place. It's hard to branch out and cross your fingers that the staff will be helpful and actually listen to your wants and needs. Originally I was drawn in to SuitSupply by their modern styles and advertising. The staff is more than knowledgeable and whether it's been 2 weeks or 3 months, when I come back they know my name and remember many of my preferences. The manager at this location is definitely on the ball and runs a tight ship. I won't bore you with the details of how much money you'll save or the quality of the product because that's also subjective. I will however say that if you want to be treated like a regular after a visit or two, while receiving the old fashioned desirable customer service, this is where you want to go. read more
