Went here yesterday with my boyfriend so he can get a nice tailored suit for an upcoming wedding…read morewe're attending. We looked online for places that can do his measurements and there were a few in the area with this one being the closest. Jos A Bank had a sale going on as well so we visited them to see if we can get a good deal. Danny greeted us right away and asked what we need. He helped with everything-- the measurements, style recommendations, etc. My boyfriend ended up with a good looking suit! They have a clearance section where you can get knit sweaters for $15 as well so we took advantage of that great deal. Overall, it was a $400+ trip but that's the suit, alterations, tie, dress shirt, and the sweater. I think that's a good deal! Can't wait to pick up the suit after alterations to see how they turn out!

I visited this location on a Saturday afternoon. It was very crowded with about eight customers and…read moreonly two sales people trying to measure and help everyone. I ended up buying two tuxedo shirts that had studs and cuff links displayed in the package. I got home and both shirts had only one cuff link. I called the store since I live 45 minutes away and was told that the older version of the shirts only came with one cufflink. He quickly offered to give me the second cufflink for each shirt if I drove back up to the store. I appreciated it, and drove back to the store however I feel this is a bad business practice and was not happy about having to spend another hour and a half traveling back-and-forth to the location.

Father of the bride review. The good: a decent rental tux…read moreThe bad: These stores are variable in their motivation, knowledge, and customer service . Our party was from AZ and CA. Wedding in AZ. California store mismeasured the Groom. He tried on tux in AZ and young sales dude says things looked fine to him as if any groom wants skinny jean fit and jorts length. Equally egregious: variable return dates in our party. All on same account but depending on the discretion of the salesman returns were a jumble of Sunday or Monday for a Saturday wedding. So I get 3 late fees for a Monday return of 4 tuxedos while returning mine on Monday. Buyers beware of these tactics. Seems conspicuously intentional or completely inconsiderate to have no consistency in assigning a uniform return date. Three late fees $60. Have a little decency. After a big Saturday give your customers 2 days to return our Tuxedos. Last comment. Stores vary in attitude and service. If you aren't happy up front walk out. Cheers to you on your own wedding journey. Don't let the wearhouse of horrors steal your joy

Helena's Creative Sewing - After - she removed the ruffles and fit it perfectly to my body!

We have taken several things to Helena over the last couple years. She does a good job but I'm not…read moresure we will be back as her prices must have increased drastically!! She charged over $40 per Jean to get hemmed- just shortened not taken in or anything. $85 to hem 2 pairs of jeans is outrageous- almost costs as much as the pants! We had a 2 week turn around time if anyone was wondering. She might be able to do it quicker but I'm sure that would also come with an additional cost...

To start on a positive note, she did agree to take my jumpsuit back for a second round of…read morealterations after I realized it was too tight. I take full ownership for not being more vocal at the initial fitting when she completed the first alterations. That part is on me. After trying it on again at home, I texted Helena to let her know it was still slightly too tight. I was polite, apologetic, and expressed appreciation for her work. I also explicitly asked how much I owed her for the additional alterations -- I did not request that they be done free of charge. She responded kindly, said she just wanted me to be happy, and told me not to worry about paying more. I thanked her and reiterated my gratitude. When I brought the jumpsuit back in, the tone shifted. I was scolded and warned that if this "happens again," I would be charged double. For clarity: I never asked for complimentary alterations. I paid $150 for the original work and simply wanted the garment to fit properly so I could actually wear it in the future. Fast forward to today when I picked it up. I asked, as standard practice, if I should try it on before leaving. Her response: "Why would you do that? I didn't charge you. You don't need to try it on." The implication that I was being unreasonable for wanting to confirm the fit -- especially after the previous issue -- was unnecessary and unprofessional. I wasn't trying to "get away with" anything. I was trying to ensure the service I paid for was completed properly. While I appreciate that she ultimately adjusted the jumpsuit, the attitude and reprimanding were unwarranted. Professionalism matters just as much as craftsmanship.
