My Partner flew in for a few business meetings and then turned into a Golfing with Clients. A good things she's an excellent Golfer. So I ran and got her last min golf attire for tomorrow. We are staying right in this mall complex it's just an elevator ride down and the store is right there. Now when you come here , please see AVA she's is amazing, looked at my photos that were sent to me and matched them up perfectly! We went through some options and colors until my Partner was happy with the choices. Ava was extremely polite, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. The value of walking down to the store and getting what you need was amazing and you can't beat the prices. I would recommend you don't just see one store but walk around and look at all. This is the worst Lululemon store I've ever dealt with. What should've been a simple retail transaction has now turned into a complete nightmare where I've wasted countless hours over multiple days trying to address and resolve the issue that was created by both an associate and the assistant store manager ordering the wrong item. I had never been to a Lululemon store before, but I had to pick up a gift in the store last week, and I went into the Scottsdale Quarter location for the first time last week. The associates were very friendly and helpful, and while the products looked very nice and there were a variety of items in the store, the prices were quite high. Looking online in advance, I was surprised to see a nice black t-shirt with writing on it was $100. The Scottsdale Quarter store is located right near the splash bad, True Food, and the movie theatre. It is open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. If you go to https://shop.lululemon.com, you can shop online, locate a store, and learn more about their free membership program (https://shop.lululemon.com/membership). Benefits include free hemming, partner perks, early access to product drops, exchange or credit on sale items, member-only experiences, receipt-free returns, and select Peloton classes. After you spent $500, you bump up to another tier where you now get exclusive access to products and a personal shopper. After spending $1000, you get first access to restocks and complimentary customization. Sierra was rude, condescending, and will change how I view Lululemon as a whole. I spend a ridiculous amount of money a year here, and online but no more. Obvious some of these employees don't know what it means to make a customer happy with something totally within their power to do. But I guess that's something they will hopefully learn later in life. Jade also leaves a lot to be desired. Seems to be a new "manager" but needing A LOT of work. We were greeted in a friendly manner, the displays were very helpful, (mannequin legs displaying all the various forms of leggings with the different sizes well marked below.) There were lots of employees running around ready to help. The dressing room was well run with friendly ladies who helped me find a nearby coffee place. I still say $128 leggings are too expensive , but my daughter loves them and they are well-made and the bag they send you home with is reusable (my daughter used her last one for a lunch bag at work!) This product also holds value for resale on eBay or Plato's closet. The store was clean and organized and the checkout process was fast and friendly. read more

I didn't quite like the original one I saw online but I ended up something else, I wouldn't have looked at online. The cashier put my items in the bag and then put the bag on the floor, while I was making my payment. 4. I paused....WOW, really! 5. I paid for my items. 6. She didn't pick the bag up from the floor until my receipt came out. 7. She didn't do that to the person in front of me checking out, oh, they were not a minority. 8. How sad.... 9. I do understand a customer could take the bag and run without paying, but treat all customers the same. 10. How about putting the bag on the floor for everyone, not just for minorities. I would give this location zero if I could. I've now visited 3 times in the last 6 weeks and really don't think I'll be back. There are PLENTY of workers walking around, and each time only one of the workers has been pleasant and seems genuinely nice. All the others walk around whispering with each other about people walking around the store. Some of the things they were saying to each other that I overheard were terrible and so uncalled for. The rudeness has continued at checkout on all 3 occasions. People are spending lots of money on your products and trying to have a nice shopping experience... if you can't be polite then maybe you shouldn't work in customer service. read more

My daughter went into the Scottsdale Quarter location yesterday and was disrespected by two employees in separate instances. Upon being welcomed by a leggings section sales rep with dark hair and highlights, she was asked what size she wore. My daughter responded and the rep looked her up and down, scowled and said "Uhhh, whatever you think." Unreal. Even my daughters' friend asked her if she was ok because it was so offensive. Then when my daughter was leaving the fittings room, she turned in her unwanted items. While she was still standing there a blonde fitting room rep commented "I work at Lululemon OF COURSE I would have to wipe deodorant stains off of clothes!" Ever heard of sticky branding? Ask Abercrombie. Or take a look at this stores reviews. This location is awesome. I came at night parking at the Quarter isn't as fun but once in the store I really liked it. It's not as big as the Fashion Square location but also not as much foot traffic. We purchased an item yesterday, came to $105, we had a 100 gift card and would pay the difference, computer system kept crashing so they said run card, and the system crashed twice. Then we ran the gift card and the debit card for the difference. Today there was 2 charges for 105 and the 5 dollar which went with the gift card. Working online to get a resolution, they want the original receipt which due to the computer we never recieved. Multiple calls to the store never got answered and customer service has a 30 minute wait. For a store with a following i would expect to have someone to help when they mess up. read more

I have to say this is probably one of the BEST lululemon locations I have ever been to and this is including California and various places in Portland, Seattle, etc. I really liked this store because the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The store was very organized and everything was where it was supposed to be. I had gone to one other store in Phoenix earlier and they couldn't even demo the infinity scarf to me because they said they didn't know how ... hmm ... The check out was fast, the staff even recommended the food place next door and gave specifics (not just a blank sale) so I am totally digging this store. My daughter wanted the belt bag that everyone is carrying around. Went in and found what we needed. All while we were being eyed as possible shoplifters. You have to be kidding. The checkout associate was nice but the shopping bag we received reeked of moldy sweat. Not sure if I'd buy anything here given this. The belt bag is poorly made. I have always hated shopping here, I only do it because my wife likes some of their apparel. I usually shop here for Christmas, her birthday and a couple other time throughout the year. My average spend is around $900 per visit. I can tell you that after my visit today we will no longer be shopping here. Poor customer service combined with their ridiculous policies has driven us away. I know the employees don't care, but someone somewhere cares that customers are not coming back. I am a huge supporter and fan of Lululemon Athletica so it really disappointed me when they had such horrible customer service. I went to their Scottsdale Quarter location to return a pair of leggings with a hole in them. Keep in mind, I had only wore them ONE time and noticed the hole while wearing them. The lady working essentially said they can't do anything at all about it and it was my problem. $100 down the drain!!!! Not only this, but I believe she was using her ear piece to have every employee working listen in on our conversation. As I was leaving the store I turned around to find a clump of Lululemon employees staring at me and talking (we all know what that means). I strongly don't recommend this location of Lululemon. I called Lululemon's customer service line and immediately had the problem solved. Amazing service with the customer in mind. They also mentioned to me that all locations should be backing up their products 100%. Once again, I am truly disappointed with the service provided at this location. I have mixed reviews about this Lululemon because I've had both great and bad service here. Their products are expensive, but you get what you pay for! When my leggings fray or if something isn't right they will replace them for free. Most of the time service is great! I have come one time where, if I'm being honest, it was an all male staff and I needed to get my leggings replaced for coming unthreaded. They all stood around looking for a different employee to help me. It took me about 20 to be helped and they didn't have my leggings in the front (black, pace rivals, size 8) nothing special. They acted as if going in the back and checking to see if my size was in stock was the BIGGEST inconvenience and rather than checking they wanted to order them online and ship them to me. Not the best customer service that day. I continue to come back for the fit, style, and product integrity but not necessarily for that experience! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Met one of the managers Sara today when I was picking up 9 pairs of shorts (yes 9!). My husbands pants are obviously defective as I explained it is not a laundry issue as she rubbed the pants and nothing came off... saying they just needed to be washed and it's not a quality control issue. When I asked for her name even her co-workers looked afraid of her. Will not ever spend money at this location again and will be contacting corporate. I love lululemon and have always had a positive experience while shopping. I was at this location today and was treated SO poorly. They were busy and I pointed at a pair of leggings (didn't even touch them) and a female employee ripped my head off in front of my mom and other shoppers... she told me she just got done folding those leggings so if I wanted to look at a pair she would have to grab them because she needed to have "boundaries." Keep in mind I didn't even touch them and people around me were grabbing other piles. She was SO rude and obnoxious. We purchase a lot of Lululemon products both online and retail. This one at the Fashion Square is our favorite. The customer service is top notch and the selection is great. I love their sale rack too. The store is one of their flagship store, its huge. My husband had a hoodie that was a couple years old he loved but the zipper stopped working. Took it over to see if they can fix it and said he can exchange to whatever he wanted, no questions asked. I love that about their customer service. We were so impressed. I've shopped at the Lululemon at Fashion Square and always had a good experience. This one, not so much. The sales staff needs more training in customer service. Standing in the front of the store looking at your phone and loudly gossiping about your personal life, rather than helping customers, probably isn't what you are being paid for. Throwing the shirt carelessly and unfolded into the bag isn't either. Nor is rudely arguing with the customer, who simply asks for a box and tissue paper. This is my new favorite store for workout attire. Not only are the materials of the highest quality (they have made it through several washes and still look brand new) but everything fits perfectly. At 6'5" 200lbs I have a hard time finding clothes that fit. Particularly long sleeve shirts with sleeves long enough at the arms without being too baggy around the waist. And the staff here are incredible helpful. I felt like I had my own personal shopping assistant trying her best to ensure I found just the right items. The only downside is that everything is expensive. On the flipside the clothes seem very durable. I have a hunch I may end up saving money in the long run. And lastly - they actually have size 14 socks. And the most comfortable socks I have ever worn. Amazing! read more
