Five sexy stars for such a fun and unique concept... a traveling fashion boutique on wheels!…read more I ran into Rolling Rack just as I was leaving the Blush International Wine Festival at the Clayton House in Old Town Scottsdale on a recent Saturday night... If my Uber wasn't already in the parking lot waiting, I am sure I would have shopped for longer and likely made a purchase too. I did hop onboard to check out this awesome new business... I learned that it's 34 feet long and 900 square feet filled with super trendy and moderately priced women's clothing and accessories. The owner was onsite and friendly. I hope to see Rolling Rack again in the future when I have more time to shop... in the meantime, I'll follow along on their adventures via social. Best of luck RRB!

Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the shopping experience I was hoping for. I noticed a mannequin outside displaying some dainty jewelry and a waist belt that caught my attention. After picking up the belt to look at it, an employee began following me around the store and later accused me of picking up a necklace as well, which I had not done. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, so I decided to leave without purchasing anything. It's disappointing because I genuinely liked the merchandise and was interested in shopping there. Customers should be able to browse without feeling watched or unfairly accused. It makes the whole experience feel very personal and easy. Some items can feel a little overpriced, especially when they are mostly polyester. Still, they offer beautiful high quality pieces like genuine leather and cashmere that are absolutely worth the price. Their coats, sweaters, and leather items stand out for how well they are made and how long they last. Overall, Aritzia offers a great mix of everyday fashion and premium staples, and the elevated service keeps me coming back!

This specific location is allowing an employee to go against company policy by taking pictures of…read morecustomers. I'm extremely disappointed to hear that this behavior is apparently being tolerated, especially after a paying customer brought the issue to the attention of multiple employees and managers etc... What makes this even more concerning is that, despite the complaint being made, nothing meaningful has apparently been done. Instead of taking the customer's concerns seriously and addressing an employee who violated policy, the issue has reportedly been brushed off. Customers should be able to visit a business without worrying about an employee taking pictures of them without their knowledge or consent. Paying customers deserve to feel respected, safe, and heard when they bring a legitimate concern to management. It's very disappointing to hear that this situation has not been properly addressed. Corporate management should look into this matter and determine why an employee's conduct is apparently being overlooked despite multiple employees being made aware of the situation. Company policies should apply to everyone and should actually be enforced. Just be aware if you come in with a concern, no matter who it is whether it's HR or higher up, they're not gonna do anything about it

You definitely need to bring a bag of patience while looking through the racks. I usually give myself a little to make one pass through for specific things. Lots of foot traffic in and out that's for sure.

I like to watch for deals and this location had no real sales or clearance items. The decor was very generic. I wasn't a fan of obviously the architect who lives out of state. However, the only social media photo representing Scottsdale was am image of selfie shadow standing next to a generic swimming pool way in the back. There are so many more interesting photos of local architecture or desert scenery they could have used and more prominently displayed. After my vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run in the Kierland Commons parking lot, by a member of the cleaning staff, I left Mr. Kea a voicemail on Saturday, July 18, requesting a return call regarding the incident. Unfortunately, I never received a response. As someone who works at Kierland Commons, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and concern. Instead, I had to flag down an employee driving a golf cart just to locate the security office myself. The lack of follow-up and assistance during a situation involving property damage is unacceptable. Additionally, the parking lot design is extremely narrow, making it difficult to navigate safely and increasing the risk of accidents. I hope Kierland Commons takes both customer and employee safety more seriously and improves its response to incidents like this in the future.
