I made an appointment with Tony P. who is the best men's tailor I have ever worked with. He helped customize my black tuxedo and white dress shirt, along with make recommendations on several accessories (bow tie, suspenders, cufflinks, etc). I made a few follow up appointments with Tony to make sure the fit was perfect, and I honestly can say that this is the best tuxedo outfit I have ever purchased! For the quality, service, and price point, you really can't beat it. My favorite thing about this store is the customer service and experience ... they truly make you a feel like a world-class gentleman as I prepare for my big wedding day. I like this place so much, that I even recommended my groomsman to come to this location to have the same experience as me and they are all very happy with this experience. Overall, this place is amazing and I will definitely be coming back for more suits in the future. Thanks Tony!

The first two visits, I wasn't even acknowledged. On the third visit, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment to receive assistance. So today, I finally made one online. The website automatically assigned me an associate. When I arrived, no one greeted me, so I started browsing and trying on suits myself. After about five minutes, an associate approached and asked me to check in. When he saw that my appointment was with someone else, he told me he couldn't help me and that I'd have to wait. The associate I was scheduled with was busy with another customer, so I waited for about 20 minutes past my appointment time while other associates were available and had no other customers to help. When I finally voiced my frustration to the associate I had the appointment with, he made no attempt to make the situation right or offer any kind of solution. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted to shop at Suit Supply. For a brand that prides itself on service and tailoring, this experience has been consistently disappointing.

I went from that pp because they didn't have my waist of 35, which they told me was the most popular to another brand which the salesperson noted was "cheaper". They somewhat fit, but she said I had really skinny legs. And honestly it just didn't look good on me As I was departing she brought up a story which said I should look at Walmart for jeans because they are only 35. She mentioned Nordstrom Rack because they are cheaper and when I explained that I'd just go over to Nordstrom, the Rack was brought up again, and yep Walmart. Treating someone as At Ease did, doesn't empower any good vibes. In fact, they do the complete opposite.
