Staff were pleasant and wore company leggings and tops with Fanny packs emblazoned with the company name. Their leggings are modestly priced. The black and white leggings pictured are the first printed pair I have seen in a long time. Most leggings have been one somewhat dull color (in my opinion). Maybe the trend is changing. The merchandise in the store doesn't look that enticing the way it's set up. An item hanging looked like it was tried on too many times. Not the friendliest staff and they ALL seemed already busy with one customer, and I was never acknowledged and couldn't ask my question, so left without getting anything.

The kids section is encroaching all over the women's section. The clearance section is a heaping mess. The standalone racks are squished against the long racks. I guess to save space but it just looks cluttered and terrible. It's a short drive from my house so I go there frequently but I guess I'm gonna have to drive further away to get the quality I'm looking for. Honestly, it looks like they're gonna close the store because the quality and care is drastically changed.

You definitely need to bring a bag of patience while looking through the racks. I usually give myself a little to make one pass through for specific things. I still ended up spending a good amount of money, but found some critical essentials and what I would call 'selective pop' items to really accentuate my own personal vibe. Lots of foot traffic in and out that's for sure.

They had a great selection available, although only a few pairs were in my size. The prices were fantastic too -- about 30% off MSRP, which made the trip even better. After finding the flip flops, I took a quick lap around the store and found several other great deals. They had Ray-Ban sunglasses marked down around 50% off MSRP along with a solid selection of name-brand health and beauty products at discounted prices. Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of those stores where it pays to spend some time searching through the racks. If you're willing to browse a bit, you can find some seriously good deals on quality brands. The store itself was clean, organized, and easy to shop. Evelyn provided excellent customer service during checkout and made the experience even better. Plenty of free parking outside as well.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Angela for providing excellent customer service. She was personable, helpful, and just overall friendly. She helped us find clothes and wasn't busy or bothered as we asked a lot of questions and took some time shopping. She made our experience A+ and it was worth coming back here to acknowledge that as rarely do I really get that kind of hands on helpfulness in a more mall or big brand store like these. I can also second that most of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful for the most part. There were two other staff that I interacted with that were just as nice. Maybe not as helpful when I had questions but again I think it was busy and they did their best. Angela set the bar high. This store is clean and spacious which made for a good shopping experience. I love the quality of the clothing and the styles are pretty cute. I'm not fancy enough to really shop here for myself but when it comes to gifts for some of my fancy pants friends and family, this spot was definitely great and I'm happy I stopped in.

The prices ranged from the $200s + although the majority of them were over $500. The service was ok, our lady was nice, she brought the dresses my friend wanted and we sat in a small room in the back, the couch was not comfy or inviting. The mirror was nice and had two panels to the side for multi angle viewing. She actually DID end up saying yes to the dress here but nothing special for this from them, which I guess is fine, but a missed opportunity on the customer service side in my opinion. For such a momentous occasion why not make her feel extra special for having selected THE dress at your establishment. Was left feeling underwhelmed and semi disappointed but it was good overall and we are happy she picked her dress!
