They have affordable selection of scrubs. Unfortunately customer service ruined my experience. Came here for a set of scrubs. As soon as we walked in the cashier made us feel rushed and kept making comments about being ready to close and made it clear that she did not want to be there. When checking out she thanked us for being done on time and yelled out at the other employee to start cleaning. On a positive Mary Kay was very calm and gentle. Poor service. Drove here out of my way to use my "later" 30% off coupon. Same coupon as the "now" one I used last month on compression socks. The cashier refused to accept coupon stating the coupon could only be used on apparel and not accessories. I explained that I used that very same coupon last month without trouble on the same compression socks which I liked. Good selection of scrubs here, shoes, compression socks and medically related accessories like stethoscopes, penlights and the like. They carry men's and women's scrubs here and in tons of styles. I particularly like the Grey's Anatomy scrubs are they are the most comfortable and fit well. I got two pairs of scrub pants, ear pieces for my steth and some compression socks for about $55 which seems like a good deal. The woman helping me was so nice, she showed me where the items I needed were, started me a dressing room and was great to talk to. I learned that she was also a Nursing student as well! When buying personal scrubs, it's hard to find many options outside online. However, Scrubs and Beyond offered a wide variety of options that met my needs. At the time there was a marketed emphasis for recent graduates and nurses, but as a medical researcher, I felt just as welcome looking for scrubs. The staff was very friendly in helping me look for specific features, such as specific pockets or pants without the front tie and only the waistband. I suppose price is relatively reasonable. Besides the $5 sales rack, a standard top and pants pair cost about $20 each, with quality exceeding the generic scrubs found in the hospital. There was a wide variety of colors too. I visited the desert ridge location today and was kindly greeted by a girl named Eryn. She was very warm and welcoming (you need this for good business). Right off the bat she was eager to ask if I was looking for anything in particular (I was looking for the popular jogger bottoms, I have never owned a pair). She asked me my size and proceeded to show me a few different pairs and got me a dressing room ready. While I was trying on different pairs she even went to find more different options for me. I found a pair I liked and went to check out. I couldn't find my 20% off coupon but she somehow found me one and was super kind to do that. Though I work in a doctor's office and was buying for a doctor, ironically, I stopped by Scrubs and Beyond for a Halloween costume. We needed embroidered scrubs, stethoscope and various other medical accessories. Scrubs and Beyond was able to supply all of it. Our only other option might have been to shop online, for perhaps cheaper prices, but they made my job easier and I didn't have to wonder if the embroidering would turn out OK. Bought some compression socks from them and they were too small. Went to return them, with receipt and tags intact and they refused to return them. Wish I knew this before hand before I bought them. They accept people trying clothes on in the fitting rooms which is just as dirty and unsanitary as return Returned today needing scrub pants.. rude customer service person. Trying to tell me that the size I am trying is wrong. I tel her I have the same pants at home and she's telling me I must have gained weight. Christine was working the afternoon I came to exchange a pair of Danskos that I had previously exchanged, frustrated with the fit. Christine didn't ask any questions regarding the receipt or timeframe, she just immediately began educating me about Dansko and how they are made which affects the fit. Then she brought me over to the shoes and pulled out about 10 pairs for me to try on, then watched me walk in them to assess. She knew exactly what I needed and how to find the perfect fit. Christine took the time to really help me make an educated choice. Her concern was a reflection of the elite customer service skills she has, she didn't want me to go home with a shoe that didn't fit and have to bring them back again. Sad.... I have been buying my scrubs here for the past few years and always enjoyed coming in, the staff is friendly and polite easy to talk to and always willing to help. My whole family buys our scrubs here! I'm sad to say that none of us will return.... I went in and bought some scrubs and one of the styles I wanted they didn't have my size. So the female who worked there overly assured me that they run small and shrink and that I will be fine especially once I washed them. I tried them On and she was right they did run small. A few days later after I washed them I wore them to work and as they started to loosen up and they chafed the inside of my legs so bad that I was raw and bled. When I took them back to the store I was honest to the girl told her what I was informed about, and that I had washed them and wore them. She would NOT damage them out! She told me it was not a manufacturer defect and that bc I wore them and washed them the answer was no, but I could get another pair with a 20% discount. I usually get 10% already with my hospital discount. Then she preceded to check the lining inside for a "defect" which she didn't see. I offered to show her my legs which she said no. The worst part of the whole experience was the girl that sold them to me stood there and didn't say one word, never stepped in or anything..... Maybe she should have encouraged the manager to help me out like she encouraged me to buy them...... I will never go back.! read more

I went to this store yesterday looking for some scrubs for work. I was very displeased with the size selections. When I finally would find a style I liked they would only have them in large sizes. Also I noticed a lot of scrubs had make up and deodorant stains on them from people trying them on. When I finally found a couple of things I wanted the guy was so rude checking me out. He rolled my clothes in a ball and shoved them in a bag. You could tell he couldn't care less about working there. I'm giving two stars because Amalia (at the register) was awesome and earned this place back some stars. Otherwise, I've been disappointed every time I come here. The manager was very weird about customer service. I stated that I wanted some nice fabric scrubs- and she told me that all fabric is nice fabric and said I just didn't care for them properly. It was awkward. She asked me- "so you don't want cotton?". I told her that I liked the fabrics that offer more motion. I asked her about my size and she stated they didn't carry that size and I'd have to order it- however I saw that size all over the store, but not in the fabric I wanted. She also kind of yelled it out loud- which I get was strange to discuss someone's size in front of everyone in the store. I find that other scrub stores offer more variety and petite sizes- and the customer service is more helpful. I think this place could be great with a couple improvements in these areas! This has been an absolute horrible experience with ordering from the website. I will never order from this again nor would I recommend anyone to do it. I place a large order at the beginning of February and was told with would be coming within a week. A week came and I received nothing. I waited a few more days just to give it time. I contacted the Help Number on the website at 1-866-972-2849. I was told that my order was lost and delivered to a completely different state. I was informed my order would have to be replaced and shipped again and I would get this order within a week. I waited for this order to come and still again I did not receive anything. I call the Help Number again and was told they still have not shipped out my order and now they have canceled items from my order. They could not tell me when my order was going to be shipped out to me but not to worry because they have the order placed in their system. I told the representative I wanted to just cancel the whole order and I wanted my money back. I was told they could not do this because the order has been placed and now I have to wait for them to ship my order whenever they decided to send my order and then I could return it back to them to get my money back. This has been the worst experience ever. And never ever ever again will I be placing any orders with this company. read more
