The associate was very helpful, I unfortunately didn't get his name. He did tell me he recently moved here from California. I was looking for new scrubs in royal blue. He was helpful by helping me find pants that I liked. I ended up getting the pants he suggested. There are so many different styles to pick from so his help was very much appreciated. read more

The female sales associate had an arrogant, snipy attitude. She was incredibly rude and not helpful. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Very disappointing. She needs a new occupation. read more

i drove 30 minutes to come here and they closed an hour earlier than the hours posted online.

Poor customer service. The girl at the front desk was unnecessarily rude when I asked about their jacket selection. Sorry if you're having a bad day or you hate your job or whatever... but there's no excuse to not be kind to someone. Even though Scrubs & Beyond has a decent selection and good prices, I'll be getting my scrubs elsewhere now out of principle. I recommend going to Apparel Pro in Tempe - everyone there is welcoming and very helpful! read more

They have affordable selection of scrubs. Unfortunately customer service ruined my experience. Came here for a set of scrubs. As soon as we walked in the cashier made us feel rushed and kept making comments about being ready to close and made it clear that she did not want to be there. When checking out she thanked us for being done on time and yelled out at the other employee to start cleaning. On a positive Mary Kay was very calm and gentle. She gave me great recommendation on the new scrubs in stock. She assisted me throughout the store and got the fitting room ready. read more

Absolutely fabulous customer service. Excellent selection, excellent service, super clean store and just a great shopping experience!!

Charlene was amazing! (So was the other woman, I think Sarah? but I mainly got help from Charlene). She was super helpful and even allowed me to stay 15 minutes passed close to try on a pair of scrubs I didn't initially notice. Coming from someone who works in the service industry, I don't personally allow people to ever stay after close; so the fact that Charlene allowed me to stay an extra 15 minutes really stood out to me! It showed just how willing these ladies are to go above and beyond for their customers. Super appreciative of their hospitality and my amazing experience. read more

Scrubs and Beyond = Mecca for nurses (or perhaps anyone else shopping around for medical apparel)! Do you need shoes? Check out their awesome selection of Danskos. Need white lab coats? Plenty of styles to choose from here. Did your multicolor pen happen to fall out of your pocket while you were cleaning up a "code brown" and decided to leave it behind (good call)? Don't fret my friend, that happens to all of us, and Scrubs and Beyond is here to help you! In addition to the above mentioned items, one can also pick up stethoscopes, compression stockings, medical scissors, name badge holders, and a wide range or colors, patterns, styles, with the scrub sizes range from XXS - 3X. Brands include: Greys Anatomy, Urbane, Koi, Peaches, Dickies, Cherokee, and many, many more. This place recently expanded to hold a lot more scrubs, but yet when I went there the other day, they were out of the two items I needed, BOO! Alas, I forgave them and was able to order what I needed from their online website. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also, depending on where you work, you get a discount, so don't forget to bring your ID Badge! :) read more

Good selection of scrubs here, shoes, compression socks and medically related accessories like stethoscopes, penlights and the like. They carry men's and women's scrubs here and in tons of styles. I particularly like the Grey's Anatomy scrubs are they are the most comfortable and fit well. I got two pairs of scrub pants, ear pieces for my steth and some compression socks for about $55 which seems like a good deal. The woman helping me was so nice, she showed me where the items I needed were, started me a dressing room and was great to talk to. I learned that she was also a Nursing student as well! Great store, definitely will be back if I ever need anymore scrubs. 10% off your purchase if you have your school or hospital badge on you. read more

When buying personal scrubs, it's hard to find many options outside online. However, Scrubs and Beyond offered a wide variety of options that met my needs. At the time there was a marketed emphasis for recent graduates and nurses, but as a medical researcher, I felt just as welcome looking for scrubs. The staff was very friendly in helping me look for specific features, such as specific pockets or pants without the front tie and only the waistband. I suppose price is relatively reasonable. Besides the $5 sales rack, a standard top and pants pair cost about $20 each, with quality exceeding the generic scrubs found in the hospital. There was a wide variety of colors too. Whether you need a pair of scrubs for your new job or you want to cosplay doctors for some reason, Scrubs and Beyond is a very convenient location for your scrub shopping needs. read more

Poor service. Drove here out of my way to use my "later" 30% off coupon. Same coupon as the "now" one I used last month on compression socks. The cashier refused to accept coupon stating the coupon could only be used on apparel and not accessories. I explained that I used that very same coupon last month without trouble on the same compression socks which I liked. Both wife and I are medical professionals have shopped here on occasion for our uniform needs. They have officially lost our business for good. read more

Though I work in a doctor's office and was buying for a doctor, ironically, I stopped by Scrubs and Beyond for a Halloween costume. We needed embroidered scrubs, stethoscope and various other medical accessories. Scrubs and Beyond was able to supply all of it. Our only other option might have been to shop online, for perhaps cheaper prices, but they made my job easier and I didn't have to wonder if the embroidering would turn out OK. Nurses, doctors and wannabe medical practitioners, if you want to look legit, shop here. They have a huge variety of scrubs, clothing and beyond to choose from. Who knew Grey's Anatomy actually had a line of scrubs? M.D. not included. read more

I visited the desert ridge location today and was kindly greeted by a girl named Eryn. She was very warm and welcoming (you need this for good business). Right off the bat she was eager to ask if I was looking for anything in particular (I was looking for the popular jogger bottoms, I have never owned a pair). She asked me my size and proceeded to show me a few different pairs and got me a dressing room ready. While I was trying on different pairs she even went to find more different options for me. I found a pair I liked and went to check out. I couldn't find my 20% off coupon but she somehow found me one and was super kind to do that. I hope you guys know you have an awesome employee who goes the extra mile for your customers. This girl deserves a raise :) read more

Due to Covid-19, I was in need of some affordable scrubs and fast!! I had shopped here before but never in a crisis and was sure I would have to pay out the ting yang!! Bought some compression socks from them and they were too small. Went to return them, with receipt and tags intact and they refused to return them. Wish I knew this before hand before I bought them. They accept people trying clothes on in the fitting rooms which is just as dirty and unsanitary as return Returned today needing scrub pants.. rude customer service person. Trying to tell me that the size I am trying is wrong. I tel her I have the same pants at home and she's telling me I must have gained weight. Doesn't make sense when my size at home is large and the ones in store are small. Horrible business. Hope covid destroys their business. read more

Christine was the only employee working when I arrived at a busy time after work. She was able to greet all of her customers, finalize returns, complete purchase sales, and grab special orders and different sizes for people all at once. This woman needs an award!! I so appreciate all of her help and her positive attitude. read more

Extremely poor customer service. Sales associate was very rude and dismissive. I went to this location only by force as this is where my work partnered with. When I asked the sales associate questions regarding picking up my scrubs after getting embroidered, she spoke to me in a very demeaning tone, as if my questions were stupid. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard from anyone about my scrubs being ready for pickup. read more

Christine is so helpful and sweet. She was honest with me about what I had tried on too. I'm glad she was working the day I went in.

Working in a medical office, its sometimes difficult to find that perfect outfit to wear everyday. Just kidding. This store is great! Scrubs, shoes, stethescopes, you name it, they got it. SCAM! FAKE COMPANY! DO NOT PAY THEM! I had placed a large order that was paid for and charged on my CC. Then 1 month later i emailed them. No response. Emailed again. No response. Called them - they said, "Im sorry our website seems to have had some errors, we cannot find your order. We will call your back." Then no one called me back. DO NOT USE! read more

The store is super disorganized, and the employees are flat out rude. There were two employees in the store yesterday afternoon and neither one of them acknowledged me when I walked in the store. As I rummaged through the horribly disorganized racks searching for what I needed, the two stood behind the counter visiting. Not once did they ask if I needed assistance! I became so frustrated rummaging through the racks not finding what I needed, that I walked out without purchasing a thing. The two remained behind the counter visiting, again not acknowledging me as I left the store. I will not be returning to Scrubs and Beyond!! read more

Customer service blows. Their employees are all rude and unwilling to help you order things online which they are more than capable of doing. Their system is down often and they don't even apologize that they're unable to help you. They make you feel like a burden that you even come into the store. Definitely lost my business for good. read more

Christine was working the afternoon I came to exchange a pair of Danskos that I had previously exchanged, frustrated with the fit. Christine didn't ask any questions regarding the receipt or timeframe, she just immediately began educating me about Dansko and how they are made which affects the fit. Then she brought me over to the shoes and pulled out about 10 pairs for me to try on, then watched me walk in them to assess. She knew exactly what I needed and how to find the perfect fit. Christine took the time to really help me make an educated choice. Her concern was a reflection of the elite customer service skills she has, she didn't want me to go home with a shoe that didn't fit and have to bring them back again. The exchange was made without any issues. Christine was a delight and I appreciated her concern for my situation. She has such a positive and genuine attitude, she deserves all the best! read more

I've been here a few times now. There's a good selection of scrubs, and always plenty of staff to help. The people are friendly, and the store is clean, if cluttered. Sad.... I have been buying my scrubs here for the past few years and always enjoyed coming in, the staff is friendly and polite easy to talk to and always willing to help. My whole family buys our scrubs here! I'm sad to say that none of us will return.... I went in and bought some scrubs and one of the styles I wanted they didn't have my size. So the female who worked there overly assured me that they run small and shrink and that I will be fine especially once I washed them. I tried them On and she was right they did run small. A few days later after I washed them I wore them to work and as they started to loosen up and they chafed the inside of my legs so bad that I was raw and bled. When I took them back to the store I was honest to the girl told her what I was informed about, and that I had washed them and wore them. She would NOT damage them out! She told me it was not a manufacturer defect and that bc I wore them and washed them the answer was no, but I could get another pair with a 20% discount. I usually get 10% already with my hospital discount. Then she preceded to check the lining inside for a "defect" which she didn't see. I offered to show her my legs which she said no. The worst part of the whole experience was the girl that sold them to me stood there and didn't say one word, never stepped in or anything..... Maybe she should have encouraged the manager to help me out like she encouraged me to buy them...... I will never go back.! read more

I went to this store yesterday looking for some scrubs for work. I was very displeased with the size selections. When I finally would find a style I liked they would only have them in large sizes. Also I noticed a lot of scrubs had make up and deodorant stains on them from people trying them on. When I finally found a couple of things I wanted the guy was so rude checking me out. He rolled my clothes in a ball and shoved them in a bag. You could tell he couldn't care less about working there. I will just go back to buying my scrubs online for cheaper and less hassle. read more

I'm giving two stars because Amalia (at the register) was awesome and earned this place back some stars. Otherwise, I've been disappointed every time I come here. The manager was very weird about customer service. I stated that I wanted some nice fabric scrubs- and she told me that all fabric is nice fabric and said I just didn't care for them properly. It was awkward. She asked me- "so you don't want cotton?". I told her that I liked the fabrics that offer more motion. I asked her about my size and she stated they didn't carry that size and I'd have to order it- however I saw that size all over the store, but not in the fabric I wanted. She also kind of yelled it out loud- which I get was strange to discuss someone's size in front of everyone in the store. I find that other scrub stores offer more variety and petite sizes- and the customer service is more helpful. I think this place could be great with a couple improvements in these areas! Customer service is about making the customer feel wanted, comfortable, and smart! ; ) read more

This has been an absolute horrible experience with ordering from the website. I will never order from this again nor would I recommend anyone to do it. I place a large order at the beginning of February and was told with would be coming within a week. A week came and I received nothing. I waited a few more days just to give it time. I contacted the Help Number on the website at 1-866-972-2849. I was told that my order was lost and delivered to a completely different state. I was informed my order would have to be replaced and shipped again and I would get this order within a week. I waited for this order to come and still again I did not receive anything. I call the Help Number again and was told they still have not shipped out my order and now they have canceled items from my order. They could not tell me when my order was going to be shipped out to me but not to worry because they have the order placed in their system. I told the representative I wanted to just cancel the whole order and I wanted my money back. I was told they could not do this because the order has been placed and now I have to wait for them to ship my order whenever they decided to send my order and then I could return it back to them to get my money back. This has been the worst experience ever. And never ever ever again will I be placing any orders with this company. read more
