Coach is located in the Outlets at Anthem also known as Outlets North Phoenix. This is a little confusing as the outlet itself is nowhere near North Phoenix. I am sure there's a story behind it. Coach is well known for their leather goods. I still have a vintage bag in my collection. They make a great product that will last just about forever. One of the Worst Shopping Experiences of My Life at COACH 4/6/25 Today, my husband and I walked into COACH, ready to spend our hard-earned money on a new purse and matching wallet. I picked one out, and the associate kindly offered to hold it at the front while we continued browsing. But what started as a normal shopping trip quickly turned into a deeply uncomfortable and downright insulting experience. We quickly realized that no matter where we walked, someone from the staff was either following us or openly watching our every move. At first, we thought we were being paranoid, but it soon became painfully clear that we were being monitored as if we were potential thieves. The final straw? As we headed to the front to pay, a woman literally ran around a corner and jumped in front of us like she'd been hunting us down. The look on her face--caught red-handed--said it all. She quickly turned away, visibly shaken, knowing exactly what she had just been caught doing. When we finally got to the register, the associate checking us out sensed something was off and asked if we were okay. We explained what had just happened, and to her credit, she apologized multiple times, promising to bring it up with her team. But the damage was done. We weren't just disrespected. We were profiled. We didn't steal, we didn't act suspicious, and yet we were treated like criminals for simply existing in that store. I didn't just walk out with a purse and wallet today--I walked out with a deep sense of disappointment and a bitter reminder that, even in 2025, some people still judge you by how you look, not who you are. I bought a bag/wallet on line (12/20) and then after trying the bag out this morning decided it wasn't my style and would return it and get something else. I went to this store carrying the bag and let another sales associate know I was returning the bag and needed to replace it with something else. I get to the cashier and she refused to return it stating that it was used and wouldn't accept my bag. I explained to her that I had the emailed receipt (which she never looked at) and told her that if the Coach Outlet site stated all sales were final I wouldn't have purchased the bag. She said that was the case and continued to say the bag was used. I will never shop @ this shitty place again and the fact that she wouldn't even bother looking @ my receipt speaks volumes. They have the best deal on coach purses at this outlet especially on Black Friday. Today they have a 60% off and an additional 30% off on some of the purses. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The store is a relaxing environment and plenty of room to walk around and test out the purses. read more

Never had an issue before until yesterday. I like to buy online and now I remember why. Some of the "seasoned" associates need to retake a class on customer service. When I walked into the store with my mom I had not one but two or three associates following us at a time. When I picked up two items they were quick to inch their way closer to me. Every two minutes asking if I needed help with anything to the point where I had to ask them to take my boxes to the register if that made them feel better about me... they were quick to do so. When I asked about a return policy for boots for my daughter who clearly wasn't with me another associate who was "fixing wallets" was quick to add that the boots had to be unused condition. HOW RUDE I had to tell her that goes without saying and I obviously don't have my daughter with me so I couldn't try on the boots until I was home... if that was okay with her. It was then they backed off a little bit. At the end of the trip I did end up buying 400$ worth of items. Didn't steal anything... And I will definitely avoid this location or stick to online. I'm not a big brand name gal, however when I heard there were great sales at Coach I had to check them out. This last weekend there were purses on sale for 50% percent off the already reduced price. I bought a super cute blue coach purse for $40 and I love it!! I better not become a "Coach snob" now!!! haha The store was very clean and the associates were all very friendly and helpful, especially Deb. I bought a tote 14 months ago. 6 months ago the straps started fraying and falling apart. Since I live 155miles away today was the first time I've had a chance to get back to the store. The manager refused to let me exchange it saying I'd be better off buying a new one or I could pay $95 to have the straps replaced. He offered 10% off another purchase as consolation. Was very skeptical of this really being a discount when we got there but had been reading the reviews. We walked in they gave my wife a 70% of card for most things in the store we walked out with two gifts for both combined being under $200 dollars usually that's not even the price of one item when I have shopped with my wife at the coach stores in San Francisco and Honolulu. The sales staff were friendly and not pushy on sales. Next time my wife wants something coach going to recommend we check there first to see if they have anything to meet her wants. read more

I love the outlet stores for this chain. They always have good discounts on items and friendly staff. We headed in to "just look," which always turns into getting something since the discounts get me everytime! They had a great tote-inside-a-tote jade green bag that was just perfect for our upcoming trip to Orlando, so I grabbed it up with the 70% off clearance offer, plus an additional 10% off any purchase that day. Both the associate that assisted up in finding the color I liked and the cashier that checked us out were very friendly and welcoming. Overall: A I'm sure we'll be back again if we are in the area. The store was VERY clean and the sales ladies were really helpful and friendly. The selection was great and you can't beat the outlet prices and the deals they always seem to run of at least 50% off almost everything in the store. This place is comparable to the Tanger Coach outlet in Glendale, but this one seems to be a little smaller with a more limited collection and options. I still was able to find a great deal on a tote purse and wallet so I left really happy. The clearance section (which is my favorite place) was a little on the small size, but I was still able to find something. I will more than likely be back. If you are looking to get a Coach purse or item without having to pay the full price, while actually getting to hold and see the item, then I highly recommend checking this store out. read more

My husband and I stopped in this store while visiting the Outlets at Anthem on Veteran's Day, November 11th. The customer service is exceptional. I was greeted by a nice sales associate who asked if I needed anything and gave me good pointers about the purses I was looking at. I browsed around and found a purse I liked. The sales associate made sure everything was good and asked if I needed anything else. She then met another sales associate who took my purchase to the other side of the store where the register's are located. The sales associate was very pleasant and we received an additional discount because my husband is a Veteran and retired from the Navy. The whole experience was easy. I bought a $500 coach, briefcase on May 7, 2017. I was unsure if it would work for me. So I told the manager I lived in Flagstaff and would need to try it she is assured me that this was no problem, staring you have 30 days to do a return. I got home to Flagstaff I tried my stuff in the briefcase found it did not work it was too small. I brought it back to the coach store in today which is May 27 under my 30 day a different manager tells me he cannot return it as it is used. So please buyer beware. Most of the products are "made for outlet" and noticeably inferior quality compared to full-price store products. Therefore, you're not really getting a good deal for the $200 bag that supposedly retailed for "$400," because that bag was never meant to be sold for anything more than $200. The leather is different and the styles are different. The sales associates are extremely pushy when it comes to making a sale. They are also very rude and accusatory if you ever decide to return something. I bought a bag and changed my mind the next day (see above reasons) and decided to return it, unused of course. The tags were still on, I had my receipt, and the bag was clearly unused since I had purchased it Monday night and was returning it Tuesday. The sales associate made a big show out of inspecting the bag and asked me "why the bag was dirty" and "did you happen to use it??". Um. Well. You tell me why you sold me a bag that is dirty. And you explain what use I could have had for a giant tote bag on a Monday night if I was somebody who wanted to use something and return it. The sales associate was completely unprofessional and I am decidedly never buying anything from that store again. If I'm dropping a few hundred dollars on a bag, I expect at least the service you get any mall store. I'd rather spend a little more for better quality at a full-price store and not be accused of returning a used bag, or better yet, just wait for a good sale at Dillards! Dillards has a "take an additional 50% off sale items" every New Year's Day and similar sales throughout the year. I've gotten Coach bags at Dillards for $150, which is both cheaper and better quality than the "made for outlet" crap that they sell here. Also, if you've ever bought a coach bag before, they regularly send you coupons for 30% off full price or $100 an item. Doesn't make sense to put up with crap both service and quality-wise at the outlet. read more

Always go there to c if they have good deals, for a few years now. it was a different manager before, much better. This one right now doesn't wanna check if they have a new one in the back for u. Everyone touches the one on display I prefer a new one from the back. Also On a different purse I purchased she said oh that one we don't have extra ones just the one on display, ok I understand. I bought the one on display, But when I came back an hr later I saw there's an anther one sitting there exactly the same as I bought. Plus a different color too. She says she didn't know there's another one, but I don't believe it. I know it's an outlet store, but still id like the manager to be honest and help customers to get what they want. read more

LOVED my experience when I went there last weekend. My husband and I drove out there on Sep. 15th specifically to get me a coach purse and wallet. When we walked in we were immediately handed a 40% off the entire purchase coupon. SCORE! I was looking for a specific purse and the sales clerk was very attentive to trying to find what I was looking for, wish I remembered his name to give him kudos. Turns out the bag I was looking for was already out of season-damn! But he did find similar bags to that style. I opted for something different though, lol. When I picked out "the one" he informed me it was a new style- double score, and guided me to the matching wallets (poor hubby-- hahahaha!!!)... When we stood in line another salesclerk immediately came up to us and asked if we were paying with a credit card (it is a rare occassion when we actually do have cash) and told us she could take our payment. We were standing by some display when she pulled out this device from her pocket with a credit card sliding thing attached to it-- I'm pretty sure I've seen it on tv before... it kinda looked like that square thing you can attach to a phone and set it up to email me the receipt.. the less paper that I have the better.. Oh and a side note! I thought we were gonna spend $400 for everything combined, hubby thought $600, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw the prices- Purse was $179, the wallet was $119, and after the coupon the total was $238- even. So... excellent customer service- check. Great prices- Double check. So will I be going back there again? Absolutely. Oh, poor hubby!!!
