This place is next door to another boutique. I hit up the other boutique first and purchased several cute things. I came here ... and I will say the workers in the front, or owners ... I don't care who they were, were extremely rude, not helpful, and bitchy. I purchased one top there to try and complete an outfit I needed for that night.... It's a higher price boutique, some cute things... however NOT worth the price. My top was on sale, and they made it clear it was "FINAL SALE" by stamping the receipt like 4x ... RELAX guys no one is trying to go back and return anything with y'all... I'd just gift it away just so I didn't have to come here and feel unwelcome. Will never go there again if I am in town. Super cute shop on Roosevelt in downtown Phoenix. I came in here on a Sunday afternoon with some friends. The interior is kind of modern and industrial at the same time. The staff was friendly but allowed me freedom to shop on my own. They had designer fashion brands I knew like Ganni, Agolde, and Rachel Comey and a lot of other interesting brands I had not heard of. Also lots of fragrances, home stuff, accessories and jewelry. I bought some really nice incense from Japan and a top and sneakers by Comme des Garcons and a pair of sunglasses from Korea by a brand I was not familiar with. They told me they have a lot of new arrivals coming for spring and I will definitely be back to check it out. read more

I've been coming to this store for a while now and actually purchased some shoes and clothes, recently stopped by with my girlfriend to check out what new items they had in and as I was looking through the mens rack and the jewelry display and I felt uneasy and when I looked up I saw one of the employees was standing right behind me starring at me, never asked if I needed help or a size, or if I wanted to take a better look at the jewelry. Walked over to the shoe display table and another employee just starring at me never offered any help, I felt extremely uncomfortable almost like i wasn't welcomed so I asked my girlfriend if we could leave. My girlfriend and I both had designer bags on and have purchased here before, I don't know what threat they saw in us. I'm all for supporting small local businesses but the flat out profiling in this day in age is not okay, I'd rather shop else where. read more

Just like the other comment I completely agree with the sale associates are not friendly and rude. I came in the other day and as I walked in had 3 sale associates just stare at us, I smiled and said hi then as I'm walking around I feel eyes on me the entire time, I get it if they would have asked if we needed a size or help finding something but they didn't, just starred and followed us around the whole store. When I looked over to my friend to tell her about a shirt I thought looked cute the same sales associates was just glaring at her pick it up. I will add there were two guys shopping that came in the same time as us and were being treated completely different. I will add they were white males and my friend and I were the only minorities there which makes me feel like this was racially motivated. We live no more than 5 mins away so we are always in that area so it's sad they treated us this poorly. read more
