Nothing was able to be taken care of on the spot which is somewhat understandable, but days later my claim was denied. I was in absolute shock upon receiving this email. So because your system isn't able to prevent fraudulent theft of your gift cards I am left without my gift card funds? I've been shopping at Nordstrom since I was in high school 20+ years ago and I have always like Nordstrom Rack and Last Chance, but I mean this when I say this, I will never go there ever again or any of my family until this is resolved.

Whether it's clothes or shoes or whatever you will find it. I do have to admit I really browsed around more this time than on my first visit. Paying attention to their clearance sign is suggested. A lot of items are marked down from there original prices. Today I was able to find me some nice shirts and let me tell you can't go wrong looking for shoes here. Today was a good visit. The area is very busy so be careful driving around as there are plenty of other places to shop, so driving around can be tricky. My suggestion is to come here during the week days if possible. It's well stocked and for the most part pretty organized.

The whole experience was exactly what you hope for in a western store: helpful, knowledgeable, and zero pressure. The staff took their time with the hat and made sure it looked right instead of rushing through it. They were also great with the boots, helping me figure out what size actually worked for me across different styles and brands. That part matters because cowboy boot sizing can feel like it was invented by someone who wanted to make online shopping impossible. What I appreciated most was that they weren't pushy. They clearly knew their stuff, explained the differences, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me find the right fit. Overall, great local spot if you need hat work, boots, or just want guidance from people who actually understand western wear.

When…read moreI walked in, there were only two girls in the store- one behind the counter and one next to her, talking to each other. Neither one looked up and greeted me, and as I looked around in the store, they kept talking to each other and not once asked if I needed something. I have worked in retail before, and rule #1 is you greet the customer. I'd understand if they were busy but I was literally the only customer in the store. After taking a look around at their overpriced (and if I'm being honest, mostly tacky) clothes, I decided to leave. Didn't even get a "goodbye" or "thanks for coming in". Nothing. I have been coming to this store for years and never had an experience like this- everyone working there was always so friendly. Just found out that the owner, Victoria, sold this store in the fall. That explains a lot. There are loads of cute boutiques in this area where the employees are actually friendly and the clothese are really cute. I will take my business there.

She is so engaging, kind, fun and great at selecting items that look great on you! The store is laid out in a way that makes it so easy to find outfits that coordinate with each other. The styles are on-point and fashionable and the quality is great! I intend to become a regular client of Dolce as well as bringing many of my friends in to shop all of the fun items Mandy has to offer. The jewelry is beautiful also. This is an AMAZING small business, woman owned boutique!! The owner, Ann, was working and was very…read morehelpful and friendly. They have goods ranging from purses, bags, dresses, blouses, pants, candles, jewelry, children's books and toys, children's outfits, plates and silverware, stickers, hanging wind chime type decor! Really anything you could ever want! It was all very reasonably priced, and cute!! They have a little dressing room for you to use to try anything on! Their store is a bit hidden, as you have to walk behind and past Jeni's to find it. They've been here for 4 years and deserve all the business they can get! The owner was working and struck up conversation with us.
