Nothing was able to be taken care of on the spot which is somewhat understandable, but days later my claim was denied. I was in absolute shock upon receiving this email. So because your system isn't able to prevent fraudulent theft of your gift cards I am left without my gift card funds? I've been shopping at Nordstrom since I was in high school 20+ years ago and I have always like Nordstrom Rack and Last Chance, but I mean this when I say this, I will never go there ever again or any of my family until this is resolved.

Really anything you could ever want! It was all very reasonably priced, and cute!! They have a little dressing room for you to use to try anything on! Their store is a bit hidden, as you have to walk behind and past Jeni's to find it. They've been here for 4 years and deserve all the business they can get! Kristie is super friendly and greeted me with a bestie attitude that I love. Often times tourist towns can have a bit of an elitist attitude, but this is not the case here. Kristie deserves a raise for how she engages people even outside where hats are displayed. That was actually what drew me in to look inside.
