Their sticker, key chain, patches, and pin wall.

I've bought jewelry, pins, patches, and keychains here but they also have clothes, things for baby, homegoods, and more. Most if not all things are local. What I love is if I'm buying a gift they do complimentary gift wrapping which is nice. Parking is rough, it's a very small lot behind the store which they share with Stinkweeds record shop, and Halo piercing. For pricing, a gold filled crescent moon necklace was $50, a large alligator enamel keychain was $9, and a joint smoking cat enamel pin was $15. Sometimes they have sales, you can always call ahead to ask. Since the cat was a gift they happily gift wrapped it for free.

This store has some really nice Arizona souvenir type items. Not everything in here is souvenir stuff, they have many nice giftable items.

I don't even know how I stumbled across Frances on Instagram, but once I found it, I knew I had to visit the locally owned boutique store. Frances has a nice selection of woman's clothes; I know I could find something super cute that my daughter would love. They also have some pretty adorable baby onesie and books. What I love is the unique items, from coin pursues, name plaques, great notebooks, catchy gift items, I honestly could spend a lot of time checking out everything they have! If you are looking for a one of kind item to buy yourself or friend, go check out Frances, you won't be disappointed!

Someone I know recently shared this place on Instagram and it looked so cute that I had to visit. I loved the feel in here. It was Instagram-worthy (which we all love, let's be real), had the most kind and inviting staff, and had something for everyone. The shop includes jewelry, knick knacks, clothing, patches and pins, soap, feminist-themed things, Arizona decor, reusable bags and cleaning supplies, children's things, etc etc. I bought gold cactus earrings, a ring with a gold band and silver heart, rose soap, and a Swedish washcloth. I wouldn't have picked that up if one of the employees hadn't talked me into it! I've used it a few times and (1) it's cute, (2) it's held up after a few washes so far, and (3) is stronger than it looks! Thanks, girl (who I can't remember her name - sorry!). I am obsessed with everything I purchased. I loved the shop, the products, and the people. Great boutique!

Super adorable little shop with lots of unique things! There are a lot of Arizona themed things- perfect for tourists. They also have a lot of very cute stickers and re usable items.

I like Frances, it is a cute shop to visit...and fun to look at all the interesting overpriced things that you don't find at a mass-produced chain stores. T-shirts for $45? Yikes! 3 rubber stamp cubes for $18? Are you kidding me?! The clothing is overpriced, even when it's in the clearance rack.... I usually buy a few reasonably priced items when I visit there. There are some items that make nice gifts and not just another cheapo thing you picked up at Target. I asked the clerk if I could take a photo, she said "yes"....then the owner or manager came up to me and made a snippy comment about me taking photos in their store... the clerk told her that that she gave me permission to do so. They should be glad that customers want to show other people photos of their store.

This is my favorite spot for greeting cards, yes greeting cards. I may be one of the dying few that still enjoy sending and receiving snail mail! Luckily this place has so many witty cards that I can't get at Target or Hallmark. Sometimes I'll even add one of their stickers in for a nice surprise! They have cute Arizona-esque decor and nil naks. Great place to find a gift for someone!

    Too good!!!

I love Frances because they have a great selection of local wares, AZ inspired goods, and interesting kitschy items that are up my alley (see my picture for Wayne's World earrings).

I was a little bummed but went to Whicker Goddess instead and purchased an adorable vintage silk dress. The next time I attempted to go, I purposely chose on a Saturday at 12:00 noon to make sure it would be open. When I entered I was the only one patron. As I opened the door I didn't see any workers or other shoppers and walked further into the. Two workers were talking in the back and made their way out from the back. One said a quiet hello. The other worker didn't acknowledge me or stop talking to the 2nd worker. I casually looked at the clothing racks but didn't see anything I needed but they do have some cute clothes. I did however purchase a plastic vintage green looking oil bottle. It was $39 marked down from $65. When I paid they both did thank me for stopping in. I honestly liked the vibe better at the Whicker Goddess and another boutique several doors down and the shop purveyors at both those locations were so sweet and engaging. But if I go back to the little plaza again I would go into Vida Moulin again, as it is a cute boutique. I liked the decor and home items there more than the clothing choices.

I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Find more details on what is coming up at the Biltmore Fashion Park at https://www.reddevelopment.com/biltmore-fashion-park/events. While stores and restaurant hours may vary, the hours are typically 10 AM to 8 PM daily except for Sundays from 12 Noon to 6 PM. There is plenty of free parking around the Biltmore Fashion Park along with valet options.
