A salesperson approached us and rudely said, 'We are closing in 8 minutes, you better finish your shopping.' My sister and I were trying on dresses, but she kept rushing us and was very rude. Although I bought a dress quickly, my sister was very upset by how she treated us. After I purchased the dress, she pushed us to leave. She even told three other customers to leave, stating the store was closed. After we left, I checked the hours on the outside window, and it stated Monday to Saturday, it is open until 9:00 pm. This was a horrible customer service experience. She couldn't even find my account from my phone number. I love your store and do not want to stop shopping there, but this experience was very disappointing."

The store has great products you can get for yourself, your home, your family, or gifts for others. They have apparel, shoes, accessories for women, men, and children, along with home products, small electrics, bedding, luggage, and more. They have national brands you know (and some you don't know). I have shopped at this location using coupons as well as made purchases online and picked it up in store. The associates in the store have always been helpful to me, and they have gone above and beyond by answering questions that I should already know the answer. They have a great pick-up system where you can save on shipping charges and avoid delivery wait times. They also often offer "Get $10 in Kohl's Cash when you spend $50" and even better deals around Black Friday shopping. This location's hours are Sundays from 9 AM to 8 PM and every other day from 9 AM to 9 PM. The store services include in-store pickup, Wifi enabled, Amazon Returns outpost, and Energy Star. Store features include Draper James, Sephora, Little Co., and Kids Room Shop. If you go to their website (https://www.kohls.com), you can find items for sale, clearance items, a baby registry, a link to the Kohl's Card, and coupons. Having a combination of the Kohl's Card and the rewards card will save you a lot over the year. Discounts can even be applied on sales items, and you receive a dollar-off coupon ($5-10) each year for your birthday. I noticed a lot of teenagers walking around, and the whole place feels lively in a way that teenagers would love. The outdoor areas, the open walkways, and the spots to sit or take pictures don't cost anything at all, which makes it easy to have fun there without needing a plan. I didn't realize how much there was to enjoy until I walked around and saw how welcoming and upbeat the whole marketplace feels. It surprised me how comfortable it was to just be there without feeling rushed or overwhelmed by the crowds. Even though it's a shopping and entertainment center, it gives teenagers a great place to hang out, take photos, listen to music, or just be creative while exploring the different areas. I only visited Desert Ridge Marketplace one time in my life before making this review, but it ended up being one of the most enjoyable and youthful places I've been to in a long time. I never doubted that the experience would turn out the way I hoped it would. I've lived for 24 years, but in the summer of 2024 I learned that I'm still physically and mentally 18 years old, and that my prefrontal cortex is more developed than the average 25‑year‑old's. Maybe that's why I connect so much with places that feel playful, social, and full of energy. I would highly recommend that teenagers go to this marketplace because it gives them a fun, open space to enjoy themselves, walk around, and feel creative. Earlier this week, I met a friend for lunch at a restaurant in The District and then walked around and went into a few stores. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do. The Desert Ridge Marketplace is known for some great restaurants. While they have less in terms of fine dining, there are many great casual or upscale casual restaurants, national chains, and local chains. There are also some good fast casual restaurants to go. Some of my favorites include Islands, Tikka Shack, The Keg, Cafe Zupas, Fly Bye, and Flower Child. You can then grab some treats to go at ITSUGAR or Cold Stone Creamery. There are also plenty of shops from casual ones to nicer casual. You'll need to head to nearby Scottsdale Quarter or Kierland for the upscale shops. My wife and I frequent Barnes & Nobles, Bath & Body Works, Five Below, Kohls, Target, and DSW the most. I walked into this location and I was immediately greeted, let know of the current promotions and asked if there was anything they could help me find. They were all very friendly and helpful and I felt like I was shopping with a friend. This location carries a pretty good amount of clothing, although smaller than what I am previously used to. The store is always well kept and clean. It is easy to shop and you have a comfortable amount of space to navigate while shopping. I highly recommend this location for an overall wonderful shopping experience. Conveniently Bath and Body Works , Ross, Ulta and Old Navy are neighbors of Torrid making this location even more desirable.
