The store was dirty, disorganized, and poorly maintained, and the customer service was among the worst I have experienced in retail. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like assisting customers was an inconvenience to them. The management was just as disappointing. I honestly questioned how some of these managers were placed in their positions because there was very little professionalism, accountability, or genuine concern for customers. The jewelry department was particularly frustrating. The customer service was terrible, and the overall experience left me feeling completely unwelcome. Customers should not be treated as though they are bothering employees or judged based on how much they may or may not spend. Especially the manager Trashy Stacey! A retail store should make customers feel respected, valued, and comfortable--not judged or looked down upon. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Macy's Glendale seriously needs to address its customer service, management, cleanliness, organization, and overall treatment of customers. There are plenty of other places where you can spend your money and be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Will file a complaint with BBB as well! She helped us find clothes and wasn't busy or bothered as we asked a lot of questions and took some time shopping. She made our experience A+ and it was worth coming back here to acknowledge that as rarely do I really get that kind of hands on helpfulness in a more mall or big brand store like these. Maybe not as helpful when I had questions but again I think it was busy and they did their best. Angela set the bar high. This store is clean and spacious which made for a good shopping experience. While the back portion of the store faces Camelback, you cannot enter or exit using a door on that side of the store. You need to enter from the courtyard in the middle of the Biltmore Fashion Park (north side of the store). It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. If you go to https://shop.lululemon.com, you can shop online, locate a store, and learn more about their free membership program (https://shop.lululemon.com/membership). Benefits include free hemming, partner perks, early access to product drops, exchange or credit on sale items, member-only experiences, receipt-free returns, and select Peloton classes. After you spent $500, you bump up to another tier where you now get exclusive access to products and a personal shopper.
