I just wanted to give a shoutout to Angela for providing excellent customer service. She was personable, helpful, and just overall friendly. She helped us find clothes and wasn't busy or bothered as we asked a lot of questions and took some time shopping. She made our experience A+ and it was worth coming back here to acknowledge that as rarely do I really get that kind of hands on helpfulness in a more mall or big brand store like these. I can also second that most of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful for the most part. There were two other staff that I interacted with that were just as nice. Maybe not as helpful when I had questions but again I think it was busy and they did their best. Angela set the bar high. This store is clean and spacious which made for a good shopping experience. I love the quality of the clothing and the styles are pretty cute. I'm not fancy enough to really shop here for myself but when it comes to gifts for some of my fancy pants friends and family, this spot was definitely great and I'm happy I stopped in.

You have to book an appointment for them to help you, she said it was easy to schedule. They had lots of dress types and it was so fun to see, I had no idea. The prices ranged from the $200s + although the majority of them were over $500. The service was ok, our lady was nice, she brought the dresses my friend wanted and we sat in a small room in the back, the couch was not comfy or inviting. The mirror was nice and had two panels to the side for multi angle viewing. She actually DID end up saying yes to the dress here but nothing special for this from them, which I guess is fine, but a missed opportunity on the customer service side in my opinion. For such a momentous occasion why not make her feel extra special for having selected THE dress at your establishment. Was left feeling underwhelmed and semi disappointed but it was good overall and we are happy she picked her dress!

She introduced me to a new routine and taught me easy application techniques that even someone like me (by no means a makeup expert) can easily replicate. I especially loved their jewelry and accessory selection. There are so many great statement pieces! What really made the visit stand out was how fun it was to just pop in and look around. It's definitely one of those boutiques where you walk in "just to browse" and end up leaving with something you love. If you're in the area and looking for a stylish boutique with cute, on-trend pieces, I'd definitely recommend stopping by. Make sure to ask for Heather! She's the best!

Alexandrea Collections at 44th & Camelback has always been one of my favorite places to shop. It's within walking distance of my home, the store is lovely, and it's my go-to spot for gifts. The staff has always been friendly, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Before Christmas, my mom and I came in and purchased over ten gifts for family and friends. Unfortunately, one of the necklaces we purchased turned out to be broken. When I returned to the store, my full intention was simply to exchange it. However, before I even explained the situation, I was immediately told that returns were not allowed and that I could only exchange the item or receive store credit. I then showed my receipt and asked a simple question: if a product is damaged or broken at the time of purchase, is the customer still unable to receive a refund? I was told yes. I expressed that I felt this was unfair, especially since the item was sold damaged, and I was told that this was store policy after the owner was contacted. While I did exchange the necklace (and even paid $12 more for a replacement), the situation left me feeling very upset and unheard. I fully understand and respect store policies, and I am not someone who tries to bend rules. That said, I believe customer satisfaction matters, especially when the issue is the result of a damaged product being sold. I truly hate writing this because I love supporting local businesses, but I do feel it's important to share my experience. In situations where the store is responsible for selling damaged merchandise, I believe a full refund should be an option. Sadly, because of how this was handled, I don't feel comfortable shopping here again.
