Really anything you could ever want! It was all very reasonably priced, and cute!! They have a little dressing room for you to use to try anything on! Their store is a bit hidden, as you have to walk behind and past Jeni's to find it. They've been here for 4 years and deserve all the business they can get! The owner was working and struck up conversation with us. I stopped into Maverick Western Store to get my cowboy hat shaped and cleaned, and also to try on…read moresome boots. The whole experience was exactly what you hope for in a western store: helpful, knowledgeable, and zero pressure. The staff took their time with the hat and made sure it looked right instead of rushing through it. They were also great with the boots, helping me figure out what size actually worked for me across different styles and brands. That part matters because cowboy boot sizing can feel like it was invented by someone who wanted to make online shopping impossible. What I appreciated most was that they weren't pushy. They clearly knew their stuff, explained the differences, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me find the right fit. Overall, great local spot if you need hat work, boots, or just want guidance from people who actually understand western wear.

To then dismiss the feelings of people who dealt with it, is deeply disturbing and the way your establishment handled this is poor, and shows your not any better than your employees. Please learn how to run a business properly because your actions have scared away sales. While I have spent plenty of money at your store, as well as my friends, being a group of college aged kids in the area, I can assure you no one deserves the level of disrespect that I watched my friends receive.
