This is another Valley location that focuses on discounts I've added to my rotation. I've actually purchased quite a few things from here, and you should follow their socials online as they typically post weekly special deals for excess items. Be patient while searching, as you may come in with something specific in mind, or you may go rogue like me and see some creative things that are needed. It helps to know what store price points are items you're looking at to compare. The staff is really friendly and there are actually 2 areas indoor & an outside area for shopping. read more

I really don't understand the negative energy of this store & bad attitude from employees. The concept of the store is great but overtime the store has became junky & now selling OVERPRICED BROKEN items. I can see why the other location closed . The attitude of the owner & employees along with broken products is not worth it. There's plenty of other stores like this opening up around town. BEWARE OF THIS STORE & the heavily used & overly priced broken products! read more

My hubby loves shopping at Valley Discount and has found some great bargains... like a dishwasher, tools, cabinets-- you name it. I get a little overwhelmed when I'm inside the store because it's just packed with so much random stuff. Most items are returns or items that didn't sell from other department stores, and the selection is always very random. Overall, if you are a bargain hunter, this is the perfect place to go! read more

Store used to be great, great products at a great price and very good customer service. Now it has become an absolute junk of a store overall. Terrible employees, rude / racist. Non helpful, non welcoming, just overall terrible employees working there. The products they sell now? Overly priced and literally always non functioning or missing something. I recently bought 2 door knobs, looked new. Opened them up to install and came with no keys and the keyhole for one of them is all bent as if they picked the lock with something. Multiple items I've bought in the past year have always ended up being broken or missing items. Terrible store now. Do not recommend at all read more

Angie is super helpful always willing to assist great store and people! Great discounts as well.

You have to know what you are looking for & knowledgeable about the products. If you know your stuff, you get amazing value!

Obsessed with this store! The girls here are hilarious, super sweet, and seriously know their stuff. They hooked me up with a great deal and made the whole shopping trip way more fun than I expected. They even helped me test the foot massager and purifier before buying (since they were final sale), which I really appreciated--it gave me peace of mind knowing everything worked perfectly. Plus, the store was spotless (bonus points for that!). You can tell they actually enjoy helping people, which makes a huge difference. Shoutout to the crew--y'all are the real MVPs! Definitely recommending this place to everyone I know. read more

I had a gear experience shopping at Valley discount. Shauna was very helpful. They have a great selection of discounted items here.

The service was terrible. The place was messy, and no one greeted us when we entered. We walked around for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging us. The employees were gossiping and not paying attention to customers. At one point, someone even yelled, "Hey, you guys have a line!" read more

We visited the store today to browse their selection of items for sale. Shauna greeted us warmly upon arrival and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. Just a great experience overall , very helpful and all questions answered will come again

Absolutely one of the worst situations I've ever had the owner herself blocked me all together because her and her employees were disrespectful which I have screenshots of the entire conversations. Very unprofessional very disrespectful! Went back on her word and proceeded to hang up on me when I just wanted what I was supposed to get as she said she'd honor the price. The ordeal was very distasteful and honestly a true reflection of just how things are done there. 200% do not recommend spending your money here as she claims if she honored the price she wouldn't be able to pay her employees that week? Why is that put on me because she went back on her word? Knowing she could manipulate the situation? Please see attachment! read more

If ou don't mind looking through lots of shelves this is the place for you. My husband and I were looking for some household items and thought we'd check this place out. It's fairly small in the middle of a strip mall in a not so nice neighborhood. As you walk in you are greeted and in a small room with lots of tools and such. Most are in bins you have to look through. As you walk into the back you find the room is long and narrow with an abundance of treasures. You name it, they have it. Furniture, lawn and garden, housewares, fireplaces, lawn equipment. You must inspect the furniture some of its damaged. They day we went all furniture was 50% off. We bought 4 new dining room chairs and 2 headla.p flashlights for $60. Vally Discounts is a great place to go if you don't have anything to do on a weekend afternoon. read more

Don't go to this store if you are looking for deals and customer service because it doesn't exist. specially if you have children with you This morning I was in the store with my family along with several other family with small children and one of the employees with short hair yell out loud in the store to grab the children and that it was not a park or a playground as you can imagine, the store was already chaotic because it was a Saturday. Instead of kindly asking the parents personally to watch the kids she definitely could have gotten about it a different way. The Glendale Location read more

Angie was amazing , supper friendly and answered all our questions for our purchase. Thank you so much!

Bad service ! Had a product had it put aside in the front register and they still sold it after I informed the person in the front they said they were gonna put it aside for me . , poor communication with in staff. They don't communicate and staff favorites other customers that are friends instead of being equal to all customers Glendale location does better communication with staff and honors customers who put things aside while shopping! read more

FRAUD. They posted "cobalt blue fire glass" bags on OfferUp. We asked how many bags they had, and they said 5. They knew we lived 40 minutes away, but are so desperate for customers at their crappy store that they are willing to lie to get people out there. They tried to get us to pay upfront on OfferUp. Thank heavens we did not do this. When we arrived within the hour, they had only one (1) bag of the blue fire pit glass. They confessed that they only ever had one bag. They tried to get us to buy 4 other bags of random other colors. This was a waste of 2 hours of our time and a lot of gas. They were unapologetic. Look on Google -- they have cheated lots of other people with lies and defective items. BEWARE and protect yourself from people like this -- people who are willing to lie, defraud you and have no respect for your time. read more

If you haven't visited this store, you should make the time. Each day they have something new to offer at wonderful buys! We purchased this incredible cat tree and lodge, and may start a Feline B&B! Depending on the day, they could have furniture, holiday decorations, vanities, tools, pet supplies, etc. It isn't a fancy place, it's a warehouse with great deals. Anyone working there is very helpful, but Christian went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. We stop in every week now, and appreciate the products offered and the great customer service! read more
