He was Professional, wore a mask, fun, and most of all knowledgable about his products! Brad listened mostly to what I did NOT want and then made suggestions easily and quickly which is what I like! The entire process to make a selection was painless and I TRUSTED his opinion. So many options to chose from but all within an affordable cost which made for making a final decision easy. I ordered top/down honeycomb fabric blinds for all the windows, two slider door blinds, and two shutters for my bedrooms. The overall cost was exceptionally reasonable having done some research. The decision was actually made easy from having Brad L come to the house for the quote. He is Awesome!
