I had saw online they had one specific couch I wanted but didn't show a price. I had the gentleman show me it. It says everywhere that they are closing but they will not be closing until next year.. THE PRICES are not sales at all...You will see prices like $1,000- $10,000 and I'm sure it goes up from there. I was offered 20 percent off of my purchase for the couch but I didn't want to be rude. I chose to look around and I looked through the whole store.. I found the clearance!! The clearance section seems to be the best prices here. I bought a chair for $34 and it's modern! I was happy with that. What it looks like to buy furniture there first you will be talking to the sales person they will take to a section to fill out your information and then you have to go to a separate area to check out.. it was quite the long process... checking out should only be a few minutes but mine was 20 minutes.. they are pretty excessive when they ask for info. The sales man who helped me was very nice and helped. He is the only reason why I am not giving this place a 1 star.. My take is that all of furniture except for the clearance is WAY OVER PRICED! The checkout process is long. This place is accessible. There is a ramp, accessible parking and widely spaced out.

Upon returning (which was easy as I placed online), I decided to spend a little time perusing through the aisles and identify some things or items that I liked. I do like the fact that a lot of these items are essentially located in one store, but of course I'm gonna check online to make sure I get the best deal or cost for an item. Nice wide selection of things, just wish the cost was a little bit cheaper so I can feel confident with my purchases.

Melissa was wonderful to work with. I was not sure what to expect with having interior decorating…read moredone but she made the process simple and fun. We had just purchased a new house and needed help making the space feel more like "us" and started looking for interior decorators in the area that could help. I invited Melissa for a consultation and was immediately impressed. She was friendly, and very professional. Most importantly is that she was a great listener and really considered our ideas and what we wanted the space to "feel" like. She helped us pick colors, and furnishings (furniture, plants, bookshelves, etc). She used a digital program as a mock up and it made it very useful when interacting with sales people at furniture outlets. We are more hands on with our decorating process and we didn't mind doing our own shopping. However, I like how Melissa can be as full or partial as you want. I know with other clients that she will shop and pick up pieces. She has a strong functional sense of how a space should be used. Melissa is also practical with her advice (sofas that have armrests will be more comfortable than ones without, even if the ones without look cool). We want to live our rooms rather than take pictures of them for Instagram! :-) She brought our ideas to life and incorporated them into our home. She is young and creative and also price conscious without compromising quality. She is direct but very friendly in her approach and gives you her true opinion which helps making decisions easier. She had great communication throughout our project and didn't strong arm us into a certain design style or expensive pieces. Overall I was beyond happy that we chose to work with Melissa! Highly recommended.

Best Deal Furniture was my 7th stop, and that's where I met Albert. I told him what I was looking for, but he could tell I still wasn't sure. He ENCOURAGED me to keep looking and said when I found the one I loved, to come back and he'd help me get it. That's exactly what I did! A week later, I returned--Albert remembered me and helped me get the couch of my dreams, warranty included. Plus, they offered free delivery, which was a huge bonus! To be honest, I was a little nervous since it's a small business and I wasn't 100% sure the couch I wanted would be the same one delivered. But it was! They called the day before to confirm the delivery window, and the next day, they showed up and set everything up with ease. I can't thank the team ENOUGH. I put so much time and effort into finding the right couch, and I'm so glad I chose this place. If you're looking for a couch--or any furniture--I IMPLORE you to visit this store. 5 out of 5 stars, no doubt. I'll definitely be back for anything else I need!
