After testing the PSP, I found that the analog stick and HOME button do not work at all. These are major controls, so the system clearly was not fully tested before being sold. When I explained the issue at the other location, I was only offered store credit or told I could keep it. I ask if it would be possible to do a partial refund or price adjustment since I was willing to repair it myself, but they refused. I also asked if I returned it, they would at least mark the PSP's price down they said no i also asked if they would label it as having joystick issues before reselling it, and I was told no. What frustrated me most was the attitude during the interaction. The employee was dismissive and laughed while talking to me instead of trying to help resolve the issue. I understand retro electronics can have problems sometimes, but if a console is sold as "tested" and "working," basic controls like the analog stick and HOME button should function properly. They had a great variety of items, and their blind box selection was especially good. I even found some really cool ones that I haven't seen at other locations. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked questions, which made the experience even better. I also love that it's located in Mekong Plaza, super convenient, and parking was easy. Overall, I'd definitely come back. They have so many cute and unique items at great prices!
