After testing the PSP, I found that the analog stick and HOME button do not work at all. These are major controls, so the system clearly was not fully tested before being sold. When I explained the issue at the other location, I was only offered store credit or told I could keep it. I ask if it would be possible to do a partial refund or price adjustment since I was willing to repair it myself, but they refused. I also asked if I returned it, they would at least mark the PSP's price down they said no i also asked if they would label it as having joystick issues before reselling it, and I was told no. What frustrated me most was the attitude during the interaction. The employee was dismissive and laughed while talking to me instead of trying to help resolve the issue. I guess they're not interested. no response, not even, we're not buying at this time, but thanks for contacting us. Nothing. My 515 records are worth over $4000.00 but I'll sell for pennies on the dollar, all or some. If a customer isn't worth a 2-minute email response, this isn't a business I would consider reliable, trustworthy, or even shopping at.

This time around they had The Saw movie set and it looked exactly like the movie. So cool!! One of the vendors in the shop offered different themed and surprise boo buckets and I ended up purchasing one for a gift. I think the value for most of these items is fair and priced right.
