Have now visited this store a few times and actually we just replaced all of our patio cushions, bench cushions, out door rug, and got a couple of other patio-related things. First...this IS the store to go to when you want a giant selection of patio cushions. After visiting several other stores and finding minimum selection, we got blown away by the huge section of cushions, lounger covers, pillows, etc. They have so many that it was hard to choose. We actually purchased a few different things, brought them home, and then went back to purchase everything else we wanted. Service was great, although I will say they don't have a lot of employees wondering the store and we didn't need help so other's reviews about customer service I can't agree with or disagree with. I know that the cashier we worked with was great, friendly, quick, and overall we had a great experience! We will be back! read more

Just want to say this is the greatest store for finding seasonal decorations. I've seen a lot of Christmas sections at stores over the years, nothing beats At home for their insane selection. Outside of seasonal things, it's just an amazing store for home decor. They have a wide selection of everything. A go-to store for home decor. Their prices are reasonable and of course they have a lot of sales once their seasonal items are out of date for the year. Overall, a great store if you're looking for something beyond the normal Target/Walmart/IKEA decor. read more

First off I want to say the customer service here is spotty at best. Not because they don't try to help you but because they seem disorganized. They're at the registers then they are not but the not seems to come at the wrong times. There appears to be enough staff, but they all seem to be focused on different things and there doesn't seem to be actual cashiers. It's not incredibly busy so maybe that's the plan. Now the stuff! OMG there is so. Much stuff! The merchandising is pretty much on point but that's probably because everyone is doing it and not the registers. But everything seems organized and well stocked and there are so many choices. I would have to say they have the best Christmas trees and decor and their pricing is really inexpensive here. The prices seemed to be pretty good compared to other places. An item I went in for was priced at nearly half anywhere else which is what brought me here in the first place. The register setup is a little clunky to, but I'm thinking maybe there are times when they are real busy and so it is what it is. Don't knock them for the "service" part, like I said, it's just a little disorganized but everyone is friendly and really try to help. read more

I love shopping at At Home. I always find something during my favorite season (Halloween). This was my first visit to this location. I especially love the layout of the store and how well organized it is. From the time you enter you're flooded with beautiful decor all around you. Right now there are Fall and Christmas decor around every corner. I ended up leaving with discounted Halloween plates. Score! The positives are customer service from the cashiers. They're usually always nice which is a wonderful experience as a customer. read more

It's like Christmas in this place! You can skip Christmas lights this year because at the entrance your smacked with so many Christmas displays! So much stuff of all varieties to decorate and furnish your home. We weren't looking for anything particular when we sauntered in. I had been to the location on the west side years ago and had loved it. Here they have cute Christmas decorations and a large variety of Christmas trees. They also have these ballerina tutu dresses made of tinsel and Christmas tree branches. They look beautiful. They also have a nice selection of fluffy rugs- I could have easily bought at least 3, home decorations- where do I start? Lots of great ideas and finds, kitchenware- I didn't explore as much but I'll be coming here after my remodel, patio seating- if I had a bigger patio, I would have bought a cute patio set, bathroom stuff, and a ton of other stuff! I've always loved this store, they usually have exactly what you're looking for. Being that this store is barely a month old, it's still very neat and organized. It's also a lot larger than their old location in Mills. We went in looking for new patio furniture, that turned into also looking at nightstands. We found exactly what we were looking for and I was shocked at how inexpensive the dating was! They had a nice variety of nightstands both modern and vintage, which I'm absolutely torn between. I found two that I really like, now I have to make a decision. Lol If you're looking for holiday decorations, they have a huge selection. The trees are worth a look! First and foremost I was looking for patio cushions (that happened to be out of season) just three weeks ago and got two cushion chairs that were 50% off in the same area shown in the picture below. However today's shopping experience was not that pleasant. I was directed to Kory a female manager who showed a lackluster attitude and a condescending tone when I asked how come my cushions ring up full price. All Kory wanted to do was read to me the sign as if I was illiterate and could not read it my own self and tell me that the sign does not say "all" cushions. I quickly had to tell Kory do not talk to me like that and it was clear by her demeanor that she was there not to help but to read a sign. A sign that was very misleading when it has arrows pointing to a location. But today I am supposed to based on the signage attempt to figure out which cushions are on sale again beyond a clearance tag because the signage does is points to where the cushions are. But all Kory the manager could do was focus on the fact that the sign did not say all cushions. It amazes me how a store such as this large can employ a manager that has no empathy or experience in customer service. Not a pleasant experience dealing with Kory today at all and I let her know that I would be attempting to reach corporate or a district manager to go over the shopping experience and interaction I had with their manager Kory. What happened to customer service especially in times like these definitely not handled appropriately by Kory the manager! read more

Wow, what a huge location! My husband and I came here over the weekend to walk around and see what deals there were... There weren't any. I love the decor and all of the things this store has to offer but I feel like their pricing is off. Some things are great deals and in line with other / similar stores and other pricing just seems out of range. We also didn't see anyone on the floor so we ended up not buying anything because we couldn't find it. The only staff we saw really was at the cash register. The area for this location is a bit odd, it's not super convenient for us but there's a location closer to where we usually go to shop. read more

This place is great!!! They have everything and anything you need to decorate or give your place a new look. I came in looking for an area rug and end up coming out with more then just a rug. This is one of those stores like target where you come for one thing, but will end up finding things you didn't know you needed. read more

I bought a product that did not have the the package of parts to to put the product together. I went to return the product explaining that parts were missing and they sold me a faulty product. They said they could only give me 50% of my money back because that is their corporate policy. They would not let talk to the GM, and asked me to leave the store after I asked to speak to the GM. I have contacted the corporate office. They do not have any live people to speak with and only will allow commumications through email. I still have not heard back. Everyone in there was rude and pushy. The manager rushed our questions and all around acted like he just didn't want to help us. Workers didn't act different than the manager. I asked for help and he just told me to do it myself and then they would help and basically ran away pushing a couch. Do not recommend. read more

This new location is larger and very well organized. You can find almost anything for indoors or outdoors at great prices. Fantastic selection of holiday decor.
