We found the store to be clean and organized with a good amount of inventory. Lots of good sales going on currently and their prices seem fairly reasonable. The sales associates do not seem to hover over customers when they walk in the door or approach them aggressively like a used car salesman like at some of their competitors stockrooms. They simply leave you be to shop and seem to really work with you on pricing as well as financing if you choose to purchase with them. That said, we have not purchased anything from them yet, so I cannot speak on that. All in all, had a great experience looking at what they have to offer and will be back in the future to explore their showroom in hopes to find a good fit for our furniture needs.

I ended up purchasing a couch & rug from the outlet section, and an entertainment center from the main store. It is frustrating that you're required to deliver items from the outlet and new items from the store with a different delivery service. The reason for my 2 star review is the sales reps are either extremely uneducated or plain lying to get you to buy furniture. I was told the delivery for my outlet items would be ~$150, it ended up costing $270 and I was told there's nothing they can do since it's through a 3rd party delivery service. As for the new store items, I was told the entertainment center comes assembled and the sales rep advised me to opt for the drop off delivery rather than the white glove delivery to save a few bucks. But upon unboxing the item, it is not fully assembled and required assembly, which presented an issue for me as a disabled person. I get a sales rep wants to go for a sale and earn his store revenue, but I would have happily paid a bit extra for the white glove delivery had I known there was additional assembly required. Furniture is pretty solid, delivery services have been a huge miss. If you opt to purchase anything here, I'd highly advise you only do so if you're able to pick up & assemble items on your own.

It was honestly quite shocking to witness while looking for some outdoor patio furniture here. After browsing and seeing the conditions their outdoor showroom was in, it was a hard pass! Not only that, the sales team can stand around and approach potentially clients like a used car salesman, but not care one bit about the standards of what they are trying to sell you on?! They are either completely oblivious or are blind to the conditions of their merchandise they're trying to sell. They should be ashamed & embarrassed, there is no excuses for the appearance of their furnishings. We were "in and out" in a matter of time and are thankful learning after the fact- that many customers have had negative experiences from nightmare problems with their products & purchases, to third party delivery services that aren't under contract with the business & aren't insured. Finally; not honoring their warranties and extended warranty coverages. Please do your research before making any decisions about doing any dealings with this business and review their contract details, warranty policies etc. prior to signing or paying up front for furnishings. Check the BBB and use your best judgement before visiting this establishment.

We originally only came to their store just to get new cushions for our chaise lounge chairs but....Gloria is a FANTASTIC salesperson & told me that they also do iron furniture refurbishing. Once we got back home & I looked our current iron furniture that was in dire need of being refurbished, I called Gloria & got a quote for refurbishing our chaise lounge chairs & high top table & chairs. And also realized we needed to replace our 10 year old Sunbrella cushions on our couch & club chairs. Gloria was super helpful & patient with helping me to pick out new Sunbrella fabric that coordinated with our current throw pillows. Brandon did a phenomenal job making sure we got the brown powder coating paint for our refurbished furniture job to be completed. There was a bit of a hassle with this job because the original powder coat color we picked out was backordered & Brandon did his best to make sure we got the color we wanted ....which involved him going above & beyond & having to drive across town to get us the color we wanted. On top of everything, we also needed to have all of our new cushions & newly coated furniture delivered by a specific date.....Gloria & Brandon made sure that this happened & we truly appreciate that! The biggest problem is reliability and communication. They are constantly closed during posted business hours, and there always seems to be an excuse as to why no one is there. Communication about timelines and when work will actually be completed is inconsistent and unclear. Instead of getting answers, it often feels like you're met with confusion and no real direction. It's disappointing because this used to be a business I trusted and recommended. Sadly, I can no longer recommend them based on my recent experiences.
