The store itself has an odd and musty smell. My partner and I also saw a lot of stains on the carpet, and it overall left a very unclean impression of the store. Not only that, I have discovered 3 bug bites in a row on my arm, which may indicate they have bed bugs living in their show furniture. I'm hoping it's not bed bugs and that they did not hitch a ride home with me :( We were helped immediately as soon as we walked in because we were the only customers there on a weekend. What a huge contrast to how busy it was at the furniture store we stopped by before this one! We were told some helpful things, but after we were promised to be left alone to look around, we were approached a few more times again. It felt rather awkward. Overall, it's really hard for me to recommend Mega Furniture to anyone unless you have a very specific style you're looking for because they do have some furniture pieces that are not what's currently trending. I can at least respect a store that isn't afraid to carry more niche styles.

We ordered a swivel rocking chair for our nursery when I was six months pregnant. I am currently sitting here 2 weeks away from giving birth and we have YET to receive this chair! We have been patient. We have stopped by the store multiple times to check on shipment times, we have made several calls. We have always been pleasant and understanding. But the fact that we have had to go out of our way multiple times to check on the status of things rather than being contacted with updates is incredibly frustrating. Each time we have called we have been given the runaround or told some bs estimated time. I called yesterday again after having been told previously that "the manager is the one who deals with these things, he'll be in later in the week." As I was giving our ordering info over the phone, the worker rudely interrupted me stating she knew who I was and that the chair was not to be expected for another month when 2 weeks previously we were told it would only be a week. I finally lost my cool and demanded a refund then and there, we had had enough. The worker let us know she would have the manager give us a call personally to go over details. We received no such call. Today, we had to go out of our way AGAIN to drive to the location and figure out wtf was going on. The man at the front (I'm assuming this so called manager we were waiting on) actually asked us "you haven't gotten your chair yet?" when we explained why we were there, as if he was just hearing this for the first time. He took us to customer service where the worker already had the paperwork ready for our refund. Big lack of communication there. There was no apology, no offering to make things right (switch out for a different chair, free delivery, ANYTHING.) They mentioned that we must be in a rush to find something else, nodding to my belly. They ran our card that they were so eager to take two months before and let us know it may be 5-7 business days, maybe more, to see the refund reflected on our credit card. So now we are here playing the waiting game AGAIN and $400 short until we get the refund and can venture out to find a furniture store who will respect our time and hard earned money. I am absolutely devastated that our nursery will not be complete for our son's arrival and he will have nothing to soothe him until we can find another chair. We did our part and ordered ahead of time, they severely lacked the compassion to respect that and keep in contact. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else.

Who would buy furniture from here? The staff was also extremely pushy and blamed it on their culture. No culture that I'm aware of involves stalking someone and not even giving them time to breathe.

Plus they have light bulbs for that shining idea that hit your head. This tremendous place has terrific service and quality items for every need in your light life. Miss Jaime was wonderful and patient accommodating us with questions, sifting through inventory, and coming up with marvelous sale items. Please make note to spend plenty of time as the extensive inventory is lit! No really, the lights are "on" allowing most floor samples to be viewed. How bright is that?! We were really more window shopping than seriously looking, so that was appreciated (being allowed to wander without pressure to purchase). The prices are quite good and it seems if you like a style and there's some nicks and dings, they will discount if not already discounted and there's usually another set or two of the same item or similar style with different color or texture in their warehouse or back of the store. It's always worth asking. Overall, we had a good experience here and saw a nice, though not very extensive selection of furniture that were used previously in their showroom for rental furniture or actually used in offices and homes where their rental furniture is used to furnish those apartments, houses, or offices. A good place to get a few key pieces of furniture for less than full retail if you don't need the top designer brand. There's brand new and gently used items here.

They have decorative wall artwork - all very reasonably priced $39 or under. This place is a gem - accidentally stumbled upon it! They are delivery to me after 5pm (I don't have to take vacation hours to get off work). They honor active duty military/veterans (which I am one) with 10% off discount! I will be back guaranteed!

I used it not only to gauge the location of items but also to make sure they had everything in stock, as I needed to get everything in one swoop and use a coupon for savings. If you are doing something major like a bed or larger pieces, you'll get a printout if it's not available in the self-service aisle for you to go over to the far corner of the building where they have the pickup point. They won't pull your item until you've paid for it, so make sure you give yourself about 10-15 minutes. Mine took over 30 mins and the downside was that I couldn't preload anything in my car, as that was the bulky stuff that had to go in first and on the bottom. All the customer service members were helpful that ended up interacting with this last trip (6 people).

They have a Swedish restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Småland which a supervised play area, and a Click & Collect area available for pre-placed online orders. There are plenty of staged areas for each type of room from a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and more along with a Market Hall where you see sections on cookware and tableware, textiles and rugs, bed and bath textiles, bathroom accessories, home organization, lighting and home electronics, and home decoration. There is also a self-serve furniture area, the as-is area, check-outs, and customer service. This particular store is open Sunday through Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 9 PM. The cafe is open during the same hours. They are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving and have special store hours on July 4th, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. Now that we have this other sectional before the 12 months were up our guest got electrical shock from the recliner control because of a defaulted shorted switch box. Now they keep dragging it out to get the switch boxes replace going on 6 months! Not happy customers... We would prefer to just get our money back since we are not able to have a functional couch sectional that we wanted.
