Very wonderful Home Depot one of my favorite by far the employees are very nice and welcoming and always willing to help and they always have what I need in stock! :))

Whoever was working the return counter today 3/11/2021 @ approx 1:20pm was rude, no people skills, and not the least bit helpful. She did not even make an attempt to take my return for an item that I purchased with an entire kitchen appliance purchase. I provided a receipt and told her it was also on my card. She asked me to swipe my card so I did. I asked which way does the stripe need to be and just kind of stared at me and eventually told me to just swipe it. So I swiped my card. She said the item wasn't popping up and was getting ready to just walk away from the register and thought I was just going to accept that it wasn't there. I said well it should be there, and I have the receipt look it's right here and I pointed to where the item was listed on the receipt. She didn't scan the receipt and scan the item once more and continue to tell me that the item was not there. Even though the item was clearly listed on the receipt I had provided. She told me the item was only ringing up for one cent and could not return it. She did not apologize or say sorry about this etc. Absolutely no customer service skills. And I have had nothing but issue after issue since purchasing my kitchen appliance package here at this Home Depot. I made the purchase back in November and lost several days of work due to having to reschedule delivery dates after being told time and time again that I wouldn't need to reschedule. The installation I paid for was not done correctly and they did not install my dishwasher and I had to do it myself. In doing so, I realized I did not need the power cord the told me I absolutely needed upon preach song everything back in November. I tried returning that power cord today and apparently she could not find the item that was clearly listed on the receipt.

Helpful and friendly! I needed 2 more dowels cut, and behold, the young man who helped me the last time was at the cutting station ready to help me with my dowels. Christian remembered me from last week and cheerfully assisted me. At the cashier's, the check-out lady was warm and hospitable. I am a total fan!

The worst and most unprofessional floor installation i have ever seen installed in my life! My 80 year old mother had the worst floor installation experience dine by Home Depots so called contractors. Take a look at the pictures which show how these clear amateurs install flooring. First off to hide their uneven cutting along the edges the installer put down molding but because they are so lazy they put down white molding and didn't even bother to match the color of the flooring or the oak color of the cabinetry above the flooring! In addition they did not bother to remove the old baseboard prior to laying down the flooring and just added additional molding next to the old baseboard! Who does this crap.... i will tell you who untrained immigrants who barely speak englush and just slap down a crappy job and expect to get paid by Home Depot probably because they give them a bargain basement price to become a Home Depot' sub-contracting company! The installer then advised my 80 year old mother he would leave her some touch up paint to get on her hands and knees and paint/touch up to paint and match the white molding to the oak cabinetry! Isn't that were we're paying Home Depot for is to professionally install it properly?? What is the point of Having an 80-year-old woman pay a professional installer and have them tell her she needs to finish the job! Making forPaying for a Home Depot installation Absolutely POINTLESS! If I did not live in another state I would take this directly up with Home Depot but at this point I'm thoroughly appalled and ultimately dissatisfied with their installation and practices! They deserve no stars whatsoever

This location has a lot of really good deals. I came here to buy a couple of barbecue grills because he wanted to do a little barbecue with my friends and family over the next weekend. But when I got here they have really good specials on water heaters swell. The water heater inside my Stepmother's house is actually going out the fact that they had a really good deal and I really get to Ceylon water secrecy or something that I appreciate

From start to finish, my experience with Moon Valley Nursery in Avondale was not just good--it was beyond exceptional. Honestly, 10 out of 5 stars isn't even enough. Wesley Erwin, the sales rep, set the tone right away--professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. I am wheelchair bound and not knowledgeable about AZ plants and trees. BUT Wesley took time and care and walked us through every single little question we had with a smile!! Wesley even put me in a UTV vehicle to drive us around the entire lot as we looked and quizzed him!! He is a wonderful man with a big heart and a love for his job! Then came Javi and his planting crew, and that's where things went to another level. Javi may be a young man, but he carries himself with the pride, work ethic, and integrity of an old soul. You can hear it in his voice, feel it in his handshake, and see it in every detail of his work. That kind of character is rare. His crew? Fast. Efficient. Respectful. And genuinely friendly--something you don't always see these days. They worked hard, worked smart, and treated me with real care and respect as a disabled veteran. Because of this team, Moon Valley Nursery has earned my loyalty--no question about it. If you're looking for top-tier service and people who truly take pride in their work, this is the place. These guys are the real deal--the best of the best.

One branch was hanging outside the truck and had been stripped clean from the freeway drive to my place. A few other branches were broken. I took some photos and called Moon Valley. The manager invited me to come pick out a new tree. Fair enough. But when my wife and I show up the manager has a salesperson deal with us while he sits slumped in a chair, hands stuffed in the pockets of his hoody, and sun glasses on. He does not greet us. Does not remove his sunglasses as any professional would. And there is no apology. Instead, he pouts like a nine year old who just had his e-bike taken away.. I wouldn't even bother posting this review if it weren't for the pissy manner were treated by the guy in charge. So here is what I want to say 1. It's not the customer's fault when you deliver a sickly mistreated tree. 2. If you feel expectations are too high then don't charge the highest prices in the valley. 3. If you feel your prices are right then bring your service up to match them. My experience was at the Avondale location. For all I know the other Moon Valley locations have a better grip on customer service.

It wasn't the closest location for us, but it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. There was zero sales pressure, and we were fortunate to meet Jeffrey Peters. He gave us a thorough education on the trees we were considering and helped us understand what would work best in our yard. The tree we loved was a little outside our budget, but Jeffrey worked with us and negotiated a price that made us very happy. The delivery and installation team from the 7th Street location were equally impressive. Eric and his crew were prompt, courteous, professional, and efficient. They walked us through everything--from placement to the watering and care schedule--making sure we were completely comfortable before they left. We were so pleased with the entire experience that we ended up purchasing even more! I shouldn't need to walk all the way back up front to ask -- and I've been giving the wrong information before anyhow. Its important to know what kind of plant you're buying for multiple reasons. The other Whitfill location (off Guadalupe and Cooper) doesn't have this issue. Overall I think the plants are pretty healthy but after having an issue with lack of labeling (on both the kind of plant and pricing), having been given the wrong plant info on a plant, and after having asked if they had Pink Fairy Duster and being sent off in a direction to wander and never find it on my own, I'm really over this location.

I told myself I wasn't going to get anything unless something truly called out to me... and, well, it happened. A Nanouk caught my eye (and heart), and now it's settling in at home with me. Their outdoor plant selection is broad and vibrant, though I'm not the best at keeping outdoor plants happy, so I admired from afar. Inside, the houseplant section had a good mix of some plants you see often, but also a few rare and interesting ones I don't usually come across, including some unique philodendrons and a couple pothos. The indoor area is on the smaller side, so when it gets a little crowded, it can feel a bit tight... that's probably my only minor critique. That said, the overall vibe was welcoming. I appreciated being greeted when I came in and then left alone to browse when I mentioned I didn't need help. That balance matters. The prices were fair as far as my knowledge in cruising through plant aisles and sections. Nothing unreasonable from my perspective. I'm glad I stopped in, and I'd definitely come back once I and my new Nanouk get to know each other a bit more. All in all, a peaceful and worthwhile plant stop.
