It starts with a sketchy parking lot. Poorly maintained, trashy, etc. The store itself is not kept clean. Accepted inventory is poorer in quality than what other Goodwill stores accept and stock. I was met with sighing, an eye rolling, from the manager, and then when she removed those items, she tossed them across the counter at me.
