I stopped here because I'd seen photos and videos with awesome looking home goods. When I arrived, the place was 95% clothing, and I honestly was driving out of the parking lot when I saw they had a second building next to the first building, with home stuff and furniture. So I parked again and checked them out and it was just what I was looking for. A really wide range of goods, even including some pet supplies, sporting goods, and vintage camera equipment. I bought a set of drink coasters for $5 that "Ross" said was $6 new at some other store, and was probably $5 or less at Ross, but I like them anyway. Staff was polite and friendly, and everything in the store I saw was in good shape. Actually, though I didn't need any clothes, the clothing looked especially nice. I'd recommend stopping here if you get a chance. read more

Posting this from the parking lot because I'm so in shock. They're selling confederate flag bandannas here. It's 6/27/2026 as of right now they have 3 confederate flag bandannas. sitting on the floor on the woman's side. Unsure if there's more or anything else like this, I left pretty fast after realizing this wasn't a place I wanted to give money. I was shopping at another thrift store and a woman told me about this place. I realized I have passed it hundreds of times and wondered about it. I dislike shopping in general, but I do like to thrift every now and again. I was driving by anyway that day so I stopped in. At first I was very confused on how they had the clothes organized but once I figured it out it was okay, inefficient, but okay. I found a few things to take home. A great book and a cute necklace. They have a dollar rack but nothing of interest to me and mostly kids clothes. It is a nice store. The proceeds goes to kids at local schools so it is a great cause. The staff, or perhaps they are volunteers, were very friendly and helpful. They play great music. haha! Prices are higher than most other stores but quality items like Chicos and other high brand names. Wednesdays they offer senior discounts, I would go back. The book was definitely a great deal. they had some really nice jewelry. read more

They had an odd variety of clothing, it looked like it was an old white moms closet, no variety. It was semi clean. the prices are good.

Thrift store about a block north of Glendale Ave on N. 7th st. The premises and building is very nice closer to an upscale office building department store quality. They have an excellent selection. I've bought several shirts there for under $5, a nice suit jacket for under $20, well functioning Mr. Coffeemaker for only $8, towels etc. They also have even more discounts(25 percent off)on Wednesdays. The staff is very professional and helpful. There is ample parking but be careful turning into the lot as N. 7th st. is very busy. This is the best thrift store Ive been to in Phoenix and top five in my experience anywhere. read more

I love everything about this small thrift shop! It's run completely by volunteers and all profits go to support school children's. You'll find very high quality clothing, shoes, furniture, and household things and incredibly low prices. The prices are so low that most often I include a small donation when I pay my total! Word of caution, check their hours on the website before heading out for a fun thrift shopping experience. read more

-Limited selection of stuff. (the building looks so HUGE on the outside, but ONLY a small area is used for the Thrift Store). -Most of the few things they have is crap from the 80's and '90's, so I guess it belongs in a thrift store...if you like that kind of stuff. -No funky smells, probably because there isn't a ton of misc stuff to create one huge thrift store aroma. -If you want to see the employees FREAK OUT, just wander into their break room by mistake, since it looks like part of the Thrift Store. The old "dears" will scold you like you are a little kid. -Prices...um, ok, I guess. Seems like there were many older ladies browsing through the clothing racks. -The (older ladies) store employees watch you like you are going to steal (or wander into their break room). -Parking is convenient. -Not a Thrift Store that I would go out of my way to stop at again, I've been here 4 times and never found anything good to purchase. read more

One of my favorite places to go...just lost not only my respect but my money. They had the same sale on the same day for weeks on end. This same sale since i started going here. Never had signs, they would just come up and tell you. So today when I go back again, the only thing on sale was clothes!!! At the check the nice cashier was ringing everything up 50% off and out of no where the oldest lady of the group said no, only clothes are on sale. They disagreed and I explained to the older lady I have always been told these items were on sale on this day. The oldest lady who was Adamant about the sale said it wasn't true. The other two ladies disagreed and wanted to give me the discount but she kept saying that sale never existed. As I was walking away she said to the other cashier " that wasn't true". I turned around and said I will bring you back my receipts to show you I am not lying! What I won't do when I come back is spend another dime of my money. You do NOT call your customers liars!!!! Perfect example of how you lose business and eventually...doors closed. When big spenders like me come in and clear your shelves, you do what it tales to keep them coming back. So disappointed. You get two stars because you are a cause and and you have two wonderful associates who should have more power. Do your store a favor and get rid of that terrible lady. read more

This place is very pretty and organized. The lady I spoke to when I asked questions was not nice at all. I was surprised as I live in this neighborhood and have never had an issue. The prices are out of control. $49 for used jeans?!!! Pay careful attention to the color tags- they have multiple shades and you will be told this at the counter. There are much better options in this area. read more

This thrift store has some amazing values, especially during sales, which happen often. Right now they have all kinds of wonderful Holiday decorations all around the store. They get great furniture from model homes, but don't delay as it moves fast. I donate here too as all proceeds fund programs to help kids in Title I schools and it is almost all volunteers that run the store. read more

Nice little shop. Donated here twice in the last two days and the volunteers were extremely friendly. Every time you donate to this organization in person, you receive a coupon for 10% off of your purchase at their thrift store. Only caught a glimpse of the actual thrift store, which is next to their donations queue, but it looked fairly sizeable with a lot of different trinkets inside. I make steady purchases from them every other month - they carry some unique items that I require for my crafting, and always seem to have plenty of what I need. I also have a relative who volunteers her time here. She is in her 80s. I saw a number of reviews that dinged people due to customer service. I'm pretty sure the people who work there are volunteers, giving their time to help a cause they believe in. I doubt mgmt is in a position to "give them a talking to" - other than maybe a nice request. You may not realize this, but working/running a thrift shop has it's challenges - the largest one is that customers do lie, steal, change tags, etc. I suspect that the negative comments about "this was on sale, but they didn't honor it" or "this is ALWAYS on sale, but this week it wasn't!" are just communication issues - The volunteers do their best to keep things straight, and I think it makes them a bit rigid sometimes when it comes to people trying to convince them of a discount, or sale, or negotiate a price. This isn't a thrift shop where you are interfacing with an owner who can say "sure, I'll give you those at a discount because of that stain" or "I know we said no refunds, but obviously we made a mistake - I'll give you your money back". Maybe politely ask to talk to a manager if you have a problem, instead of beating up on the people who have volunteered to help run the store. read more

This is one of my favorite thrift stores I love the vintage clothes they have in this location always the perfect delicate lace items. There prices are awesome and there is always a sale on top of the low prices. Majority of the staff is older women and they all seem to be really polite... I stoped in today to browse on my way home and when opening the door there was an employee standing in front of the jewelry counter closest to the front entrance... she immediately looked at me and ROLLED HER EYES... I awkwardly said hello confused as if me walking in the door had offended her. I headed towards the furniture section where I was very politely greeted by a very sweet older Native or Hispanic woman. She told me sales today and asked if I was looking for anything special. She was a delight. I then headed to the clothing side and the same customer service woman just ignored me... I found two items, tried them on without any assistance and from the rude woman at the door. I proceeded to head to the register and noticed there was a sign saying to check in on yelp for Facebook for 10% off! What a great deal considering nothing I was purchasing was on sale today! I let her know I had just checked in, she rolled her eyes at me again !! & said nothing...!! Just punching the cash register! She then uttered my total. I handed her my card and she asked for I.d which I provided and another woman bagged my items. I then asked for her name and she said " oh mine " realizing this yelp review would be coming shortly. CAROL IS BY FAR THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WORKING AT THAT LOCATION. I frequently stop in here maybe once a week. And she is always rude!!! My mother taught me to respect my elders which is why it's taken me so long to even muster up the courage to ask her name after receiving rude treatment each time. But today I had it...Carol needs a talking too. Expensive! Expensive! Expensive! I get they're helping the community but Jesus Christ. They are the most over priced thrift store I've ever been to. Don't get me wrong they do have some nice stuff, but so do a lot of other thrift stores. It's also nice that it is very organized and clean. But too expensive. I mean the items are donated!!! For example: they had a designer sweater with stains and missing buttons for $65. Really? I see most of their high end inventory stay for long periods of time. And they are always comparing their prices to Ebay. Go sell online then! It's nice to check out but be pre pared to spend some money. An upscale but small thrift store. I like that they support programs for children and I donate my better things to this shop. I am taking off a couple of stars due to the unfriendly cold volunteer with a snooty attitude who accepts the donations at the rear of the shop. A turnoff. On the other hand the friendly, helpful, grateful guys at Goodwill that unload your donations make you feel good that you donated there. read more

I stumbled in on a Thursday afternoon looking for a specific item, a twin bed rail. I asked around as I walked in and they didn't have one. But they took my name and number to call me if they got one, which is helpful. I stayed to look around since I had never been in before. It is on the smaller side, with 2 biggish rooms that make up the store. One side is furniture, kitchen, knick knacks etc. the other side is clothing, purses, shoes etc. The store is full of volunteers that are arranging, helping customers, cleaning etc. so there is always someone to ask for help. The selection is a little small, but I happened to stumble upon some things I didn't know I needed and some more treasures. They had a 75% off clothing sale on older clothing and I grabbed some cool vintage swimwear. They have large dressing rooms and lots of aisle space for mommas with a stroller like me. The pricing was a little all over the place- furniture is priced high, clothing is priced higher than average for used, and lots of nice jewelry with sizable price tags to match. $125 for a quilt! $7 for a faded table cloth $8-$10 for most purses But, chochtkes and kitchen ware were very inexpensive. I got several kitchen items for 25 cents- $2 Such as life with volunteers! I did leave happy! I am not sure why they had bad reviews on customer service, they were super friendly while I was there. read more

Nice shop-well organized, quality items, decent prices. But the ladies of this shop always remind me why I rarely come. They have strict policies on little stuff like bathroom keys and needing to be escorted there. They are unbending on sale prices even when you ask about condition or season. It is not a kid friendly place. I will continue to donate to this neighborhood shop but it will be awhile before I'm back. read more

The shop has three large rooms with tons of clothing which includes designer racks, shoes, purses, jewelry at great prices, lots of collectibles, crystal, dishes, home decor, furniture and a huge library of books, DVD's, CD's and record albums for collectors. Prices are great, the volunteers are friendly and helpful and the proceeds fund their programs which provide new school clothes for children, books, dictionaries, infant clothing and more. I bought Ralph Lauren dishes, framed oils and water colors, a St John evening bag, blue enamel cookware, tablecloths and other items over the years. I don't shop any other thrift shops with merchandise like this one has. read more
